The Titanic Belfast Museum is a Belfast landmark, located on the original site of the Titanic—the Harland and Wolff shipyard where it was designed and built. The museum's architecture, resembling a ship's prow and an iceberg, is strikingly modern and has become one of the city's most important cultural symbols. The core of the museum is the "Titanic Experience," a nine-part immersive exhibition showcasing Belfast's prosperity in the early 1900s, the Titanic's construction process, meticulously reconstructed interior cabins, the historic moments from its launch to its sinking, and subsequent salvage and exploration of the wreck.

The museum also displays a large collection of precious original wreck artifacts and passenger belongings. After the tour, visitors can board the SS Nomad (the only surviving White Star Line ship) moored nearby or stroll through the original shipyard area and Maritime Promenade outside the museum.

How to Get There

Reaching the Titanic Belfast Museum is very convenient. If you are coming from Belfast city center, the most recommended mode of transport is the Glider rapid transit bus (get off at the Titanic Quarter stop, which is directly opposite the museum entrance), or a walk of about 25 minutes. If arriving from George Best Belfast City Airport, the Airporter 600 bus goes directly to the museum entrance; from Belfast International Airport, the quickest way is to take a taxi, which takes about 30 minutes. Visitors driving can use the museum's paid parking lot. Please be sure to book your tickets in advance on the official website to guarantee entry.
