  • If you have children under 12 years old or shorter than 1.35 meters, please inform us in advance when registering.
  • One adult can bring a maximum of two children aged 5–15 years, and the children must occupy a bed.
  • For families of four, two rooms will be arranged, with one adult accompanying the child in each room.

3. Room type arrangement and booking instructions

  • The itinerary only offers B&B accommodation, which includes breakfast and a private bathroom.
  • To protect your privacy, please book a single room if you are traveling alone. We do not offer room sharing services with other guests.
  • The double room rate applies to two people traveling together (either two adults or one adult and one child).
  • Each order can book a maximum of 2 single rooms.

  • Accommodation is usually located within a 20-minute walk of the town center.
  • During peak seasons, exhibitions, or major events, accommodation locations may be adjusted to within a 30-minute walk.

  • British hotels and guesthouses are generally more traditional, and their facilities may differ from those in China.
  • Some hotels or guesthouses do not have elevators or air conditioning.
  • The beds are generally narrow and short, and some double rooms may have one large and one small bed.
  • Due to limited resources, only B&Bs can be arranged in the Scottish Highlands and islands.

2. If I am late, can the bus and tour guide wait for me?

No. The bus will strictly adhere to the boarding time. If you are not on time, it will be treated as a "no show," or you will need to make your own way to the next attraction to meet the group. Please be sure to arrive at the departure point 15 minutes in advance and find your group.

3. Are there guided tours inside the attraction?

At most attractions, a guide will accompany you inside and provide professional commentary. However, some attractions, such as Windsor Castle, have special rules prohibiting guides from entering, so you will need to rent a multilingual audio guide inside.

4. Is the boarding location inside the Victoria long-distance bus station?

No, the pick-up location may not be in London. Please check the "Tour Information" section on the website.

5. Does booking guarantee a tour departure?

Since this is a group tour, hotel pick-up and drop-off cannot be provided. However, the pick-up location for the group is usually in the city center and near a subway station, which is very convenient.

There are no toilet facilities in the vehicles, but drivers will stop at rest stops at appropriate times.

12. Do I need to bring my own lunch?

You can bring your own food, but our driver/guide will also recommend local delicacies during the trip. You can choose a restaurant or cafe that suits your taste and budget.

13. Is room sharing available?

For privacy reasons, English-language tours do not offer room-sharing services. If you are traveling alone, please book a single room.
