Upon arrival at London Airport, your driver will meet you punctually according to your flight schedule and transfer you to your hotel in central London (European hotels typically allow check-in after 3 PM; if you arrive early, you can store your luggage for free). Children and teenagers under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult when booking and cannot make individual bookings.
If there are children under 12 years old or under 1.35 meters tall, please inform us in advance so we can prepare a child safety seat.
Children and adults are charged the same price.
Exclusive Airport Pick-up Service: 1) You can specify the time for the driver to enter and pick up (we recommend 90 minutes after flight arrival). The driver will wait for 30 minutes free of charge. 2) Normal airport transfer service hours are between 07:00 and 22:00. For transfers outside these hours, an additional £60 per vehicle per trip will be charged.
The general check-in time for hotels in the UK is after 15:00. If you arrive early, please leave your luggage at the front desk.
Please pay tips in British Pounds cash to the driver on the last day of service.
Regarding luggage allowance, each person is limited to one piece of luggage under 23kg and 26 inches, plus one small carry-on bag.
In case of major local events, attractions being closed, or other force majeure causing changes to the itinerary or inability to enter attractions, adjustments may be made or attractions may be viewed from the outside, subject to the final arrangement on the day.
Regarding single room supplement, if a group member is willing to share a room with a person of the same gender, no single room supplement will be charged. If no one is available to share a room, single travelers participating in the tour will need to pay the single room supplement.
Drivers do not assist with check-in services for hotels, cruises, or flights.

For payments in RMB, please select the Globepay payment method and choose WeChat Pay. The system will convert the RMB to GBP using the real-time exchange rate for settlement.
