Cancellation Terms

A. Standard Cancellation Terms

1. For bookings made 31 days or more prior to departure (including the 31st day), our company will collect 10% of the amount due on the booking confirmation.

2. 15-30 days prior to departure (inclusive), our company will collect 25% of the amount due on the registration order;

3. 8-14 days prior to departure (inclusive), our company will collect 55% of the amount due on the registration order;

4. If all vehicle and hotel reservations are confirmed within 7 days prior to departure (including the 7th day), our company will not refund your tour fees.

B. If your visa application materials have already been processed through our company, the cancellation clauses are as follows (if a refusal letter is available):

1. For bookings made more than 31 days prior to departure (including the 31st day), our company will charge a 10% change fee based on the amount due on the booking order;

2. 15-30 days (inclusive) before departure, our company will charge a 25% change fee based on the amount due on the booking order;

3. 8-14 days prior to departure (inclusive), our company will charge a change fee of 55% of the amount due on the registration order;

4. If all vehicle and hotel reservations are confirmed 0-7 days prior to departure (including the 7th day), and changes are not possible, our company will not refund your travel fees.

If there is no refusal letter, an additional processing fee of £50 will be charged for each visa application.

At 9:30 AM, gather at the Helsinki pier to board a cruise ship across the Baltic Sea to Tallinn, the capital of Estonia (you can also choose to meet the group directly in Tallinn). This medieval city, a UNESCO World Heritage site, boasts perfectly preserved city walls, defense towers, and Gothic architecture dating from the 13th to 15th centuries. Stroll through the bustling [Town Hall Square], the heart of the Old Town. Visit [Toompea Castle], a symbol of Estonian power, and admire the Russian onion-domed [Alexander Nevsky Cathedral]. After breakfast, we will visit Sigulda, often referred to as the “Switzerland of Latvia.” Surrounded by lush forests, this charming medieval town features romantic castle ruins and picturesque river valley parks, creating a truly poetic atmosphere.

We will then continue to Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, known as an “open-air museum of architecture” and listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The city beautifully blends Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque styles.

During the tour, we will visit the Vilnius Cathedral, the spiritual center of Lithuanian Catholicism, pass through the historic Gate of Dawn, home to a revered icon of the Virgin Mary, and stroll through the lively Town Hall Square in the city center. We will also explore Vilnius University, one of the oldest universities in the Baltic region.

After breakfast, head to Trakai, the historical capital of Lithuania, to explore the unique island castle, 【Trakai Castle】, in Eastern Europe. Built in 1409, this Gothic architectural complex made of orange-red bricks stands in the center of Lake Galvė, connected to the shore by a wooden bridge. It is one of the most well-preserved ancient castles in Lithuania. In the afternoon, proceed to Kaunas, Lithuania's second-largest city, to tour this cultural capital at the confluence of two rivers. After breakfast, we will drive to Rundāle, passing by the famous Hill of Crosses, where hundreds of thousands of crosses of all sizes stand in solemn silence, creating a deeply moving and spiritual atmosphere.

We will then visit the magnificent Rundāle Palace, the largest and most impressive palace in the Baltic region. Often referred to as the “Little Versailles” or “Little Winter Palace,” it was designed by the same architect who created the Winter Palace in St. Petersburg. Built as a summer residence for the Dukes of Courland, the palace is a masterpiece of Baroque and Rococo architecture in Latvia, and is considered one of the region’s most dazzling landmarks.

After the visit, we will continue to Riga, the capital of Latvia, where you will check in to your hotel.

After breakfast, we will explore Riga, known as the “Pearl of the Baltic.” Often called the “Paris of the North,” the Latvian capital beautifully blends medieval charm with elegant Art Nouveau architecture.

We will visit the Gothic-style St. Peter’s Church, admire the historic Three Brothers Houses, one of the oldest groups of medieval residential buildings in Europe, and explore the distinctive Riga Cathedral.

As you stroll through the Old Town, you will see merchant houses dating back to the Hanseatic League era alongside remarkable Art Nouveau masterpieces, experiencing over 800 years of history in this UNESCO World Heritage city.

In the morning, depart for Tallinn. Today, you will need to take a ferry from Tallinn back to Helsinki on your own. The guide will not board the ferry; after dropping off guests at Tallinn pier, the guide will assist with check-in procedures. Upon arrival at Helsinki pier, please make your own way from the pier to your hotel for check-in.

After breakfast at the hotel, please make your own way to Helsinki Terminal and arrive before 10:30 AM for assembly.

The Pearl of the Nordics group is expected to arrive at Helsinki Terminal by cruise at 10:30 AM. After the group gathers, we will visit [Senate Square]. Afterwards, we will relax at [Sibelius Park], and experience the quiet tranquility of [Temppeliaukio Church] (optional activity), a hidden gem in the city. See the hustle and bustle of [Market Square], and experience the local Finnish charm. Afterwards, we will return to the terminal and take the cruise back to Stockholm, spending the night on the ship.

*Choosing a single room for the entire trip does not include a single room for cabin accommodation. Cabins are defaulted to quadruple occupancy, and there may be mixed-gender room sharing. If an upgrade is desired, an additional fee applies, as listed in the optional activities. If there are not enough people for an upgrade, a price difference must be paid!

After breakfast, arrive at Stockholm pier around 10:00 AM. Upon arrival in Stockholm, visit the [Stockholm City Hall] (optional activity), located on the shore of Lake Mälaren, which from a distance resembles a cruise ship sailing on the sea. Of course, there's also [Stockholm Palace] and its Royal Guard changing ceremony at noon. [Stockholm's Old Town] offers a different charm altogether. With its narrow cobblestone streets and the rich aroma of coffee wafting through the air, a stroll through the Old Town will make you feel as if time has slowed down. You can also experience its beauty from the water by taking a [Stockholm Boat Tour] (optional activity). After leaving Stockholm, we will check into a hotel in Karlstad or the surrounding area.

After breakfast, we will cross the border into Norway and arrive in Oslo, the capital, to begin a journey into Nordic art and culture.

Our first stop is the world-famous Vigeland Sculpture Park, an open-air museum named after Norway’s renowned sculptor Gustav Vigeland. The park features an impressive collection of bronze and granite sculptures, vividly portraying the many stages and emotions of human life.

We will then visit the grand Oslo City Hall, admired for its striking architecture and richly decorated interiors, including murals and reliefs inspired by Nordic mythology.

Finally, we will explore the medieval seaside fortress of Akershus Castle, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the Oslofjord while experiencing the rich history of this historic stronghold.

3. Room type arrangement

  • Twin rooms are arranged by default.
  • If you require a double room or a room for three people, please be sure to indicate this in your booking notes. Triple rooms are limited, and we will prioritize families with children. If this is not possible, you will need to provide the names of any guests who can share a room with you so we can coordinate.

Once you receive the confirmation email, you can begin booking your transportation to and from the city where the tour will begin, as well as your hotel accommodation. 2-3 days before departure, we will send you the tour guide's contact information and tour departure notice via email.

There is no minimum number of participants required for this tour to proceed. All tour dates are guaranteed to depart, so please feel free to book.

4. How is the tour fee calculated for solo travelers?

- If you would like to share a room with a same-sex member of the tour group, please select the adult room-sharing price. We will do our best to arrange room sharing, and if room sharing is ultimately not possible, no additional single room supplement will be charged.

- If you wish to stay alone, please select the "Adult (Single Room for the Entire Trip)" option, and we will arrange a single room. Please note that a single room is usually equipped with a single bed (approximately 90cm wide).

5. Can the tour guide pick me up from the hotel?

We apologize, but you will need to make your own way to the meeting point. Since this is a bus tour, to save everyone's time, we have agreed on a location with public transportation for the departure.

6. How large is the group?

We usually use buses with 50 seats or more. However, during the off-season, if there are fewer participants, we may arrange smaller tour buses.

7. If I am traveling alone, can I specify which travel companion I will share a room with?

We will randomly assign same-sex group members to share rooms. If you cannot accept a specific roommate or other special conditions, please do not request a roommate.

8. Can minors join a tour group alone?

We regret to inform you that minors must be accompanied by at least one adult to participate in the tour. We cannot accept bookings for minors traveling alone.

9. Can I join the group midway or leave early?

If you need to join the tour midway or leave early, you will still need to pay the full tour fee (except for multi-location loop tours). Please confirm the feasibility with customer service before booking.

10. How will lunch and dinner be handled?

Lunch and dinner are at your own expense. They are usually arranged at attractions, along the way, or at your hotel. You can ask your tour guide for recommendations on dining options and suggestions.

11. What are the restrictions on baggage check-in?

Each guest may bring one piece of luggage weighing no more than 23kg and with the sum of its three dimensions not exceeding 158cm, as well as a small carry-on bag. For special requests, please contact customer service.

12. Do the hotel rooms provide a kettle and a hairdryer?

Most hotels provide hairdryers and kettles. If you absolutely need to use them every day, it is recommended that you bring your own.

13. Does the hotel provide disposable toiletries and slippers?

To protect the environment, hotels typically do not provide disposable toiletries and slippers. Please bring your own personal toiletries and slippers.

14. Am I allowed to smoke in my hotel room or on the bus?

Smoking is prohibited in public places by law, including hotel rooms and buses. Please abide by the regulations and strictly prohibit smoking in hotel rooms or buses. If caught, you will be subject to a hefty fine or prosecution.

15. Can I bring my own electric stove to cook in my hotel room?

Please do not cook in your hotel room. The heat and smoke will trigger the smoke alarm and sprinkler system, requiring an emergency evacuation of all guests. This may result in unnecessary financial losses for you.

16. Can the travel agency purchase personal travel insurance for me?

We cannot purchase personal travel insurance for you. However, we strongly recommend that you purchase suitable personal travel insurance in your country of residence before departure and fill in your correct personal information to ensure a safe and worry-free trip.

17. Can I use a credit card while traveling?

Most merchants accept international credit cards. UnionPay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay are not commonly used in Europe. It is recommended that you carry an international credit card and a small amount of British pounds in cash for tips, tickets, or other personal expenses. For your safety, please do not carry large amounts of cash.

Forced shopping tours are illegal in the UK and Europe. There are no mandatory shopping arrangements on this itinerary; you can fully enjoy every moment of your trip.
