Cancellation Terms
  • More than 16 days (inclusive of the 16th day) before departure, the Company will charge 10% of the total amount payable on the booking order.
  • 9-15 days (inclusive of the 15th day) before departure, the Company will charge 55% of the total amount payable on the booking order.
  • Within 8 days (inclusive of the 8th day) before departure, all vehicle and hotel reservations are confirmed, and the Company will not refund the travel fees you have paid.

Remarks:

1. Participants who fail to show up on time on the departure day will be deemed to have automatically forfeited their trip, and no refund will be given for the tour fees paid.

2. If, due to personal reasons (lack of travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), a participant withdraws during the trip or fails to participate in any part of the itinerary, the tour fees paid will not be refunded, nor will any other services be offered as compensation.

3. In the event of force majeure factors such as weather, war, or strikes that prevent travel, the Company will make every effort to protect the personal safety and property of guests, and has the right to cancel or adjust part or all of the itinerary. The Company will not be held responsible for any direct or indirect liabilities arising from force majeure, and no refund will be given for tour fees already paid.

1. Free airport pick-up on the day of the tour: John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) and LaGuardia Airport (LGA). Free pick-up time: 08:00-24:00. Pick-up and departure immediately, no waiting required.

2. The pick-up procedure at John F. Kennedy International Airport (JFK) is as follows:

1) Upon arrival at Terminal 1/T4/T8: Disembark → Contact the pick-up person → Collect baggage → Follow the Passenger Pick-Up signs to the terminal exit → Cross the street at the traffic lights and follow the signs to the Passenger Pick-Up area → Arrive at the pick-up point in Zone F (T1 waiting area) / Zone C3 (T4 waiting area) / Zone D (T8 waiting area) and wait for the pick-up person.

2) Upon arrival at Terminal 5: Disembark → Contact the pick-up person → Collect baggage → Proceed to Exit 4 or 5 → Find the sign for number 4 and wait for the pick-up person.

3) Upon arrival at Terminal 7: Disembark → Contact the pick-up person → Collect baggage → Find the International Arrivals Metting Point sign and proceed to the exit → Exit the terminal from the exit to the left of the Hudson convenience store → Arrive at the pick-up point in Zone B and wait for the pick-up person. Our first stop today is the United Nations Headquarters, where you'll take a group photo in front of the Secretariat Building with flags from various countries. Afterwards, we'll visit the Vessel, a massive structure at the heart of Hudson Yards' landscape promenade and public square. This honeycomb-like staircase is affectionately known as the "Big Pinecone." Its incredibly cool appearance allows you to discover unique beauty from different angles, making it an excellent spot for viral photos. Later, we'll take a Statue of Liberty Circle Line cruise to enjoy a 360-degree view of the world-famous sculpture's magnificent grandeur.

The U.S. Capitol Building stands on Capitol Hill, 25 meters high in Washington, and is the seat of the U.S. Congress, symbolizing government of the people, by the people, for the people. Afterwards, we will visit the National Museum of Natural History, which is dedicated to the maintenance and preservation of natural history specimens and human artifact collections, and to understanding the natural world and humanity's place within it. 4. Service fee (minimum USD$15 per person per day; children and infants occupying seats are charged the adult rate).
5. Personal expenses in hotel rooms (laundry, telephone, etc.).
6. All personal expenses not included in the package.

Age and Health

  • Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. Unaccompanied minors are not accepted.
  • Pregnant women participating in the tour must not be more than 24 weeks pregnant on the last day of the itinerary.
  • The itinerary includes long-distance travel, frequent boarding and alighting, city tours, and outdoor walking. Travelers must have basic mobility.
  • The New York Financial & Wealth Tour involves vehicle tours combined with light walking. Some attractions require walking or standing.
  • Travelers with limited mobility who require a wheelchair or other assistance should contact us for confirmation before booking. If not informed in advance, we cannot guarantee suitable vehicle or seating arrangements.
  • If a traveler is unable to complete part of the itinerary due to personal health conditions, fees for unparticipated activities will not be refunded.

Children and Car Seats

  • Children sharing existing beds with adults in a room are not guaranteed an extra bed.
  • Children under 8 years old participating in the tour must use a car seat. The rental fee is US$10 per person per day.
  • If children are traveling with you, please provide their ages when booking so that car seats can be arranged and children's admission fees calculated in advance.
  • If a large tour bus that does not require a car seat is used on the day of travel, the relevant rental fee may be refunded as per regulations.
  • Driver and tour guide service fees for children and infants occupying a seat are charged at the adult rate.

Room Arrangement

  • Common room types in US hotels include one King or Queen Size bed, or two Double Size beds.
  • Each room generally accommodates 2-4 people, including adults and children.
  • The tour package guarantees the corresponding number of rooms but does not guarantee specific bed types, floors, views, connecting rooms, or room locations.
  • When three or four people stay in the same room, existing beds in the room are usually used, and extra beds are not guaranteed.
  • Hotel check-in time is usually after 3:00 PM. Actual arrangements are subject to hotel regulations.
  • The first and second nights are arranged at hotels in the Flushing area of New York. Other accommodations are located near Delaware or Wilmington, Gaithersburg, Buffalo or the Niagara Falls area, and the Springfield area of Massachusetts.
  • The itinerary is arranged according to the selected hotel list published on the product page. The specific hotel for accommodation will be subject to the final tour confirmation notice.

Hotel Deposit and Facilities

  • Some hotels may require each group of travelers to provide a US-enabled credit or debit card as a guarantee upon check-in.
  • The hotel may pre-authorize or charge a deposit to the bank card. If there are no additional expenses, the deposit is usually refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after check-out. The actual time is subject to the hotel and issuing bank.
  • US hotels generally do not provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers. Please prepare them yourself.
  • Most hotels provide hair dryers, but hot water kettles are not guaranteed; if you need to use one daily, it is recommended to bring your own.
  • Smoking is prohibited in hotel rooms and tour vehicles. If this rule is violated, the hotel may charge a cleaning fee of at least US$250 per night or an amount specified by the hotel.

Luggage Restrictions

  • Due to limited luggage space in small group tour vehicles, each traveler is allowed to bring only one piece of luggage.
  • Luggage size is approximately 65cm (length) × 45cm (width) × 28cm (height) or less, which can be referred to as luggage not exceeding 26 inches.
  • If you need to bring extra, oversized, or special luggage, please contact us for confirmation before booking. Unconfirmed luggage may not be accommodated.

Tickets, Compulsory Fees, and Optional Activities

  • Compulsory activities and optional tickets in the itinerary must be purchased uniformly as arranged by the tour guide.
  • Travelers are not allowed to purchase tickets themselves or use a City Pass to replace group tickets.
  • Compulsory activities include the New York Financial & Wealth Tour, an in-depth tour of the US Capitol and National Archives, and the Boston First of America Tour.
  • Optional activities include the New York Morning Tour, New York Night Tour, Statue of Liberty Harbor Cruise, One World Observatory, RiseNY, Broadway Musicals, Chinese Audio Guide at the American Museum of Natural History, Corning Museum of Glass, Niagara Falls Night Tour, Niagara Falls Wonderland Tour, and Boston Lobster Dinner, etc.
  • Once confirmed, Broadway Musical tickets cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.
  • Ticket, meal, and activity prices may be adjusted based on notifications from attractions or suppliers. The latest prices announced at the time of booking or departure will apply.
  • All activities are subject to weather, location, and supplier operational conditions. Actual arrangements are subject to the situation on the day.

Seasonal Activities

  • The Maid of the Mist boat tour usually operates from late April to approximately October. Actual dates are subject to weather, water conditions, and river ice conditions.
  • During the boat tour's operating season, the Niagara Wonders Double View Tour usually includes Whirlpool State Park and Maid of the Mist.
  • During the boat tour's off-season, the itinerary is usually changed to an in-depth Niagara tour, including Whirlpool State Park and Old Fort Niagara State Park.
  • Niagara Falls lighting and other on-site events are subject to date, weather, and operational arrangements and are not guaranteed to occur daily.
  • The opening dates, alternative arrangements, and tour content for seasonal activities are subject to the actual situation on the day.

Small Group Tour Arrangements

  • Each tour group will not exceed 12 people. Business 7-seater vehicles or spacious high-top touring vans, typically less than 3 years old, are used.
  • Vehicles are usually equipped with Wi-Fi, charging ports, and charging cables. The actual vehicle model will be arranged according to the number of participants and operational conditions.
  • The tour is provided by professional bilingual (Chinese/English) driver-guides and includes guided commentary equipment.
  • Normally, departure is no earlier than 8:30 AM daily, and return to the hotel is usually no later than 6:30 PM; if dinner is arranged en route, check-in at the hotel may be around 8:00 PM.
  • Actual departure and return times may still be affected by traffic, weather, attraction opening hours, and group arrangements.
  • The itinerary includes an electronic travel guide, pre-trip customer service chat group, and bottled water in the vehicle. Actual service arrangements are subject to the tour confirmation notice.

Itinerary Adjustments

  • Tour guides or drivers may adjust the order of attractions,停留时间 (stopover times), meeting times, or vehicle arrangements based on weather, road conditions, traffic, attraction opening hours, and the actual needs of the group.
  • If an attraction is closed due to inclement weather, holidays, government activities, security arrangements, maintenance, or other force majeure factors, it may be changed to an exterior view, an alternative attraction, or canceled.
