1. What is the booking process?
This product requires manual confirmation. After completing payment and submitting your details, we will verify the tour date, hotel, and related services, then send a booking confirmation email. Please do not purchase non-refundable flights or book other non-cancellable services before receiving the official confirmation.
2. Is there a minimum number of participants required for the tour?
This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants to guarantee departure, with a maximum of 12 people per group. The actual tour dates and availability are subject to what is displayed at the time of booking and the final confirmation email.
3. What information do I need to provide when booking?
Please provide the traveler's name, gender, date of birth, nationality, email address, mobile number, and accurate arrival and departure flight details. While no identification document number is required at the time of booking, a valid photo ID must be presented on the day of the tour.
4. How is the tour fee calculated for solo travelers?
For single occupancy, please select "Single Occupancy," and the cost will be calculated based on the single room rate. This product does not guarantee room-sharing arrangements with other tour members.
5. What does the tour fee include?
The tour fee includes 7 days of transportation, 6 nights of selected hotel accommodation, daily breakfast, and English/Chinese-speaking staff. Lunch, dinner, attraction tickets, mandatory expenses, optional activities, driver and guide service fees, transportation surcharges, and personal expenses are not included.
6. What is the group size and vehicle type?
Each tour group will not exceed 12 participants. We typically use 7-seater commercial vehicles or spacious high-roof tour vans less than 3 years old, equipped with in-car Wi-Fi and charging facilities. The actual vehicle type will be arranged based on the number of participants and operational conditions.
7. Is airport pickup available at JFK/LGA?
Free airport pickup is provided at JFK and LGA from 08:00 to 24:00 on Day 1. Each booking is entitled to only one free pickup service within the specified time slot.
The free pickup does not include the driver's service fee, which is US$15 per passenger to be paid on the day of pickup. Please provide accurate flight details when booking.
8. Can I join the tour directly if I don't use the airport pickup service?
Yes. Travelers can go to the Flushing meeting point between 09:30 and 17:00 on Day 1, located at 37-20 Prince Street, Suite 2E, Flushing, NY 11354; alternatively, you can proceed directly to the designated hotel for check-in according to the final confirmation details.
9. Is pickup service available at Newark International Airport?
Paid transfer service is available only from Newark International Airport (EWR). The reference price is US$160 per car per way, covering the first two passengers; for the third passenger onwards, an additional US$10 will be charged per person.
Transfer prices and vehicle arrangements may be subject to change, with final confirmation based on the booking result.
10. What time should I book my flight on the last day?
If choosing JFK drop-off, please book flights departing after 21:30 on Day 7; if choosing LGA drop-off, please book flights departing after 20:30.
Paid drop-off is only available at Newark International Airport (EWR); please book flights departing after 23:00. The final arrival time may be affected by traffic conditions returning to New York from Boston.
11. Which cities and attractions will the itinerary visit?
The itinerary visits New York, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Niagara Falls, and Boston. Key attractions include Brooklyn DUMBO Arts District, Wall Street, Times Square, United Nations Headquarters, Hudson Yards Vessel, Philadelphia Independence National Historical Park, U.S. Capitol, White House, Lincoln Memorial, Niagara Falls, Harvard University, and Quincy Market.
12. Which items are mandatory expenses?
Mandatory expenses for this itinerary include:

Charges for adults, seniors, and children may vary; the specific amounts are subject to the latest prices published on the product page and at the time of booking.
13. Are there any other additional costs?
In addition to the basic tour fee, travelers will need to pay the following expenses:
- Driver and guide service fee: US$15/person/day, totaling US$105/person for 7 days
- Transportation surcharge: US$5/person/day, totaling US$35/person for 7 days
- Mandatory expenses, attraction tickets, optional activities, lunch, dinner, and personal expenses
Driver and guide service fees for children and infants occupying a seat are charged at the adult rate. The final amount is subject to the order or pre-departure notice.

15. Can I purchase my own tickets or use a City Pass?
No. Mandatory items and attraction tickets required for the group itinerary must be purchased uniformly as arranged by the guide. Travelers are not permitted to bring their own tickets or use a City Pass as a substitute.
16. Is the Maid of the Mist boat tour open all year?
No. The Maid of the Mist typically operates from late April to approximately October; actual dates are subject to weather, water conditions, and ice formation on the river.
During the boat's operating season, the Niagara Falls Double Wonders Tour typically includes Whirlpool State Park and the Maid of the Mist; when the boat is closed, it is usually replaced by Whirlpool State Park and Old Fort Niagara State Park.
17. Is entry to the U.S. Capitol guaranteed?
Not guaranteed. The mandatory in-depth tour of the U.S. Capitol and National Archives plans to enter the U.S. Capitol and National Archives, and view the Supreme Court and Library of Congress from the outside.
If entry to the U.S. Capitol is not possible due to government activities, security arrangements, or temporary closure, the itinerary will typically be changed to an in-depth tour of Washington D.C., with the actual arrangements subject to opening conditions on the day.
18. How are hotels and room types arranged?
The itinerary includes 6 nights of selected hotel accommodation. The first and second nights are arranged at a hotel in the Flushing area of New York. Other accommodations are located near Delaware or Wilmington, Gaithersburg, Buffalo or Niagara Falls area, and the Springfield, Massachusetts area.
Common room types in U.S. hotels include one King or Queen Size bed, or two Double Size beds. Each room can generally accommodate 2-4 people, but specific bed types, floors, views, connecting rooms, or room locations are not guaranteed. For triple or quadruple occupancy, existing beds in the room are typically used, and extra beds are not guaranteed.
19. What are the注意事项 for luggage, children, and travelers with mobility issues?
Luggage space in boutique small group vehicles is limited. Each traveler is allowed to bring only one piece of luggage, approximately 26 inches or smaller, with a reference size of 65cm (length) × 45cm (width) × 28cm (height). If you need to bring extra or oversized luggage, please contact us for confirmation before booking.
Children under 8 years old must use a car seat, which costs US$10/person/day to rent. The itinerary involves long journeys by car, frequent boarding and alighting from vehicles, and walking. Travelers with mobility issues, requiring a wheelchair, or other assistance, please contact us for confirmation before booking.
20. Will the itinerary be adjusted due to weather or attraction availability?
Yes. The guide or driver may adjust the touring order,停留时间, meeting times, or arrange alternative attractions based on weather, road conditions, traffic, holidays, government activities, and attraction availability.
Niagara Falls boat tours and other seasonal activities are not guaranteed to be open. The actual itinerary, vehicle, driver, and guide arrangements are subject to the final pre-departure notice and operational conditions on the day.
