Payment instructions

Please read our booking terms before making payment. Your successful payment indicates that you have read and agreed to the booking terms of the product you have booked.

• There are four payment methods: VISA/MasterCard, GlobePay (WeChat/Alipay), electronic invoice, and bank transfer.
• Online orders already include transaction fees. Please select your preferred payment method and make your payment online.
• For customized products that require ordering via manual electronic billing, an additional 3.2% credit card processing fee and a 2.3% GlobePay transaction fee will be charged.
• Bank Transfer: Please transfer in GBP and choose to bear the transaction fees yourself. Transfers within the UK are free of charge; transfers outside the UK will incur an additional £6 per transaction on top of the total order amount. Please send the bank slip to customer service after the transfer.

• All prices for our products are settled in British pounds. Prices for UK products are based on British pounds. Prices for European tour products are calculated using the Euro to British pound exchange rate, with a fixed exchange rate of 1 Euro = 0.9 British pounds throughout the year.
