Specific routes

London Guided Tour

This guided tour begins with a drive to some of London's most iconic landmarks. Visit Parliament Square and the statues of 12 prominent politicians, including Nelson Mandela, Mahatma Gandhi, and Winston Churchill. Next, we'll pass Trafalgar Square, home to Nelson's Column, a monument commemorating Admiral Nelson's victory at the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805. It then proceeds to Piccadilly, Hyde Park Point, and Kensington, before heading to Hampton Court Palace and Windsor Castle.

Hampton Court Palace

Hampton Court Palace is a royal palace in Richmond upon Thames, London, built in 1515 by Cardinal Thomas Wolsey, Henry VIII's favorite advisor. Once the most powerful man in the English court, second only to the King, Cardinal Wolsey lost Henry's favor after failing to negotiate annul his marriage to Catherine of Aragon in exchange for marrying his recent obsession, Anne Boleyn. After Wolsey's death in 1530, Henry VIII took control of Hampton Court Palace and showcased his vast wealth by transforming it into a hotel, theater, and a huge private playground. When William III and Mary II (1689–1702) ascended the throne in 1689, they commissioned Sir Christopher Wren to build an elegant new Baroque palace. Queen Victoria opened the palace to the public in 1838, and it has remained one of England's most popular historical sites. Stroll through the spacious kitchens where cooks worked day and night, bringing Henry his purse dolphin and roasted swan. Don't forget to visit the beautiful gardens and see if you can escape the world's oldest surviving labyrinth.

Windsor Castle

Windsor Castle, Queen Elizabeth II's preferred weekend residence, is one of the oldest and largest castles in the world. Stroll through the stunning State Apartments, noting rare artworks by Leonardo da Vinci and Michelangelo on the walls. Visit Queen Mary's Dollhouse, complete with hot and cold water, electricity, and trinkets crafted by 1,500 of the 20th century's finest artisans. Explore St. George's Chapel, where Harry and Meghan got married, and the final resting place of Henry VIII and many other members of the royal family.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • If I purchase a senior citizen/student ticket, do I need to bring a valid ID on the day of the tour?

To purchase discounted tickets for seniors or students, you need to bring your identification on the day of the tour. Otherwise, you may be refused the discount ticket.
  • If I am late, can the bus and tour guide wait for me?

No. The bus will strictly adhere to the boarding time. If you are not on time, it will be treated as a "no show," or you will need to make your own way to the next attraction to meet the group. Please be sure to arrive at the departure point 15 minutes in advance and find your group.
  • Is a Chinese-speaking tour guide service guaranteed?

Chinese-speaking guided tours are typically available during the UK's peak tourist season from May to September. In rare cases, the minimum number of participants may not be reached the day before departure. If this happens, we will offer a free refund, or you can choose an English-language tour of the same itinerary or another Chinese-speaking guided tour that can be booked.
  • Are there guided tours inside the attraction?

At most attractions, a guide will accompany you inside and provide professional commentary. However, Windsor Castle has a special rule prohibiting guides from entering, so you will need to rent a multilingual audio guide inside.
  • Is the boarding location inside the Victoria long-distance bus station?

No, the boarding location is not inside the long-distance bus station. The boarding location is approximately a 10-minute walk from the long-distance bus station; please check the map.
  • Does booking guarantee a tour departure?

English-language tours are guaranteed to depart year-round, but Chinese-language tours require secondary confirmation if not during peak season.
  • How big is the group?

This is a bus tour, typically using buses with around 50 seats. Day tours accept bookings up to the day before departure, so it's difficult to predict the final number of participants.
  • How far in advance do I need to book?

To avoid disappointment, the earlier the better, especially during summer vacation.
  • Where do the group members come from?

With members from all over the world, this is a great opportunity for you to meet new friends.
  • Could you provide the tour guide's or driver's phone number?

No, due to privacy concerns. However, we will provide you with an emergency contact number and your booking number on your tour confirmation. You can call the emergency number if you have any questions.
  • Do you provide hotel pick-up and drop-off services?

Since this is a group tour, hotel pick-up and drop-off cannot be provided. However, the group pick-up location is in central London and near a subway station, which is very convenient.
