London Guided Tour

This guided tour begins with a drive to some of London's most iconic landmarks. Visit Parliament Square and the statues of 12 prominent politicians, including Nelson Mandela, Mahatma Gandhi, and Winston Churchill. Next, we'll pass Trafalgar Square, home to Nelson's Column, a monument commemorating Admiral Nelson's victory at the Battle of Trafalgar in 1805. It then proceeds to Piccadilly, Hyde Park Point, and Kensington, before heading to Hampton Court Palace and Windsor Castle.

Hampton Court Palace

Hampton Court Palace is a royal palace in Richmond upon Thames, London, built in 1515 by Cardinal Thomas Wolsey, Henry VIII's favorite advisor. Once the most powerful man in the English court, second only to the King, Cardinal Wolsey lost Henry's favor after failing to negotiate annul his marriage to Catherine of Aragon in exchange for marrying his recent obsession, Anne Boleyn. After Wolsey's death in 1530, Henry VIII took control of Hampton Court Palace and showcased his vast wealth by transforming it into a hotel, theater, and a huge private playground. When William III and Mary II (1689–1702) ascended the throne in 1689, they commissioned Sir Christopher Wren to build an elegant new Baroque palace. Queen Victoria opened the palace to the public in 1838, and it has remained one of England's most popular historical sites. Stroll through the spacious kitchens where cooks worked day and night, bringing Henry his purse dolphin and roasted swan. Windsor Castle

Windsor Castle, Queen Elizabeth II's preferred weekend residence, is one of the oldest and largest castles in the world. Visit Queen Mary's Dollhouse, complete with hot and cold water, electricity, and trinkets crafted by 1,500 of the 20th century's finest artisans. If you are booking a child's ticket, the child must be accompanied by an adult; you cannot book a ticket alone.
Adult tickets are for ages 17-59, children's tickets are for ages 3-16, student tickets require a valid student ID card on the day of booking and travel, and seniors are 60 years and older.

Itinerary

It is recommended to arrive at the designated departure point at least 30 minutes in advance. The doors will be closed 15 minutes before departure . All tours will depart on time. If a tourist does not arrive on time, the tour will be treated as "NO SHOW" and no rescheduling or refund will be offered.
In the event of major local events, attraction closures, or other force majeure events that cause changes to the itinerary or prevent entry to attractions, adjustments may be made or attractions may be changed to exterior views only. The final arrangements on the day shall prevail.
The tour itinerary for the day will be determined by the driver/guide.
Due to UK law restricting driver working hours, if your tour returns to London after 7:45 pm, you will be taken to Gloucester Road Underground Station instead of Victoria. Your driver will drop you off at a stop a few minutes' walk from Gloucester Road Underground Station. Gloucester Road is in Zone 1, 3 stops from Victoria. The Piccadilly Line is also available from Gloucester Road Underground Station, just 5 stops from Piccadilly Circus.

If I purchase a senior citizen/student ticket, do I need to bring a valid ID on the day of the tour?
To purchase discounted tickets for seniors or students, you need to bring your identification on the day of the tour. Otherwise, you may be refused the discount ticket.
If I am late, can the bus and tour guide wait for me?
No. The bus will strictly adhere to the boarding time. If you are not on time, it will be treated as a "no show," or you will need to make your own way to the next attraction to meet the group. Please be sure to arrive at the departure point 15 minutes in advance and find your group.
Is a Chinese-speaking tour guide service guaranteed?
Chinese-speaking guided tours are typically available during the UK's peak tourist season from May to September. In rare cases, the minimum number of participants may not be reached the day before departure. If this happens, we will offer a free refund, or you can choose an English-language tour of the same itinerary or another Chinese-speaking guided tour that can be booked.

At most attractions, a guide will accompany you inside and provide professional commentary. However, Windsor Castle has a special rule prohibiting guides from entering, so you will need to rent a multilingual audio guide inside.
