This is a small, boutique Chinese-speaking tour for 20 people, offering an in-depth 7-day tour of five Baltic countries. The itinerary departs from Helsinki, Finland, and departs by cruise ship to Tallinn, the capital of Estonia, to explore one of Europe's best-preserved medieval cities. You will stroll along the cobblestone streets of Tallinn's Old Town, admiring its striking towers, turrets, and Gothic architecture. Cancellation Terms

A. Standard Cancellation Terms

1. For bookings made 31 days or more prior to departure (including the 31st day), our company will collect 10% of the amount due on the booking confirmation.

2. 15-30 days prior to departure (inclusive), our company will collect 25% of the amount due on the registration order;

3. 8-14 days prior to departure (inclusive), our company will collect 55% of the amount due on the registration order;

4. If all vehicle and hotel reservations are confirmed within 7 days prior to departure (including the 7th day), our company will not refund your tour fees.

B. If your visa application materials have already been processed through our company, the cancellation clauses are as follows (if a refusal letter is available):

1. For bookings made more than 31 days prior to departure (including the 31st day), our company will charge a 10% change fee based on the amount due on the booking order;

2. 15-30 days (inclusive) before departure, our company will charge a 25% change fee based on the amount due on the booking order;

3. 8-14 days prior to departure (inclusive), our company will charge a change fee of 55% of the amount due on the registration order;

4. If all vehicle and hotel reservations are confirmed 0-7 days prior to departure (including the 7th day), and changes are not possible, our company will not refund your travel fees.

If there is no refusal letter, an additional processing fee of £50 will be charged for each visa application.

After meeting at the Helsinki port at 9:30 AM, we will board a cruise ship to Tallinn, the capital of Estonia. You can also wait for the group to arrive in Tallinn. Tallinn is one of the best-preserved medieval cities in Europe, boasting striking towers and cannons, historic fortified walls, and beautiful and magnificent Gothic architecture. We will visit the City Hall Square, Tombélé Castle, Alexander Nevsky Cathedral, the Estonian Gate, and St. Nicholas Church. Overnight in Tallinn or the surrounding area.

Tallinn Old Town World Heritage

After breakfast, travel to Parnu, Estonia's summer capital, a Baltic coast resort renowned for its golden beaches and pristine pine forests. Stroll through the Old Town, admiring Hanseatic architecture, visit the 14th-century Red Tower fortifications, and the Neo-Gothic Elizabeth Church. Afterwards, travel to Latvia, exploring the medieval town of Cesis, and visiting the well-preserved ruins of Cesis Castle in the Baltic region. Afterwards, travel to Vilnius, the capital of Lithuania, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and a "museum of architectural art," perfectly blending Gothic, Renaissance, and Baroque styles. Visit Vilnius Cathedral, the center of Lithuanian Catholicism, pass through the Dawn Gate (where the image of the Virgin Mary is enshrined), stroll through the charming City Hall Square in the city center, and explore Vilnius University, the oldest university in the Baltic region. After breakfast, travel to Trakai, the historic capital of Lithuania, to visit Trakai Castle, a unique island castle in the middle of Lake Galva, a landmark in Eastern Europe. Built in 1409, this Gothic complex of orange-red brick and stone stands in the middle of Lake Galva, connected to the shore by a wooden bridge. It is one of the best-preserved ancient castles in Lithuania. In the afternoon, travel to Kaunas, Lithuania's second-largest city, to explore this cultural capital at the confluence of two rivers. Visit the 14th-century ruins of Kaunas Castle and admire the towering white spire of the Cathedral of the Resurrection. Overnight in Kaunas or its surrounding area.

After breakfast, drive to Lendal, passing the Šiaulie Cross Hill, where you can experience the solemn atmosphere of hundreds of thousands of crosses of all sizes standing majestically. Next, visit Lendal Palace, the largest and most magnificent palace in the Baltic region. Known as "Little Versailles" or "Little Winter Palace," Lendal Palace is another exquisite work by the architect of the Winter Palace in St. Petersburg. It was built as a summer palace for the Grand Duke of Courland and is a prime example of Baroque and Rococo architecture in Latvia, truly a jewel of the region. Afterwards, proceed to Riga, the capital of Latvia, for overnight accommodation.

After breakfast, visit Riga, the "Pearl of the Baltic," the Latvian capital known as the "Paris of the North," a perfect blend of medieval charm and Art Nouveau flair. Visit the Gothic St. Peter's Cathedral, admire the historic Three Brothers Houses, a group of medieval dwellings, and explore the unique domed cathedral. Stroll through the old town, where you'll find Hanseatic League merchant residences and Jugendstil architectural masterpieces, experiencing the rich history of this World Heritage city spanning eight centuries.

In the morning, we traveled to Tallinn and took a ferry back to Helsinki, concluding our trip.

Please note: Starting in 2026, guests returning from Tallinn to Helsinki today will need to take the ferry independently. The tour guide will not board the ferry. The tour guide will assist with check-in after dropping guests off at the Tallinn pier.

3. Room type arrangement

  • Twin rooms are arranged by default.
  • If you require a double room or a room for three people, please be sure to indicate this in your booking notes. Triple rooms are limited, and we will prioritize families with children. If this is not possible, you will need to provide the names of any guests who can share a room with you so we can coordinate.

  • Hotel ratings are based on globally renowned booking websites (For example, Booking.com).
  • Rooms provide: kettle, hairdryer, shower gel, and Wi-Fi (mostly free).
  • Please bring your own: toothpaste, toothbrush, and slippers.
  • Important rule: Smoking is prohibited throughout the hotel. Violators will face hefty fines.

After you pay the tour fee online and fill in your personal information, we will send you a booking confirmation email within 1-2 business days. Once you receive the confirmation email, you can begin booking your transportation to and from the city where the tour will begin, as well as your hotel accommodation. 2-3 days before departure, we will send you the tour guide's contact information and tour departure notice via email.

There is no minimum number of participants required for this tour to proceed. All tour dates are guaranteed to depart, so please feel free to book.

4. How is the tour fee calculated for solo travelers?

- If you would like to share a room with a same-sex member of the tour group, please select the adult room-sharing price. We will do our best to arrange room sharing, and if room sharing is ultimately not possible, no additional single room supplement will be charged.

- If you wish to stay alone, please select the "Adult (Single Room for the Entire Trip)" option, and we will arrange a single room. Please note that a single room is usually equipped with a single bed (approximately 90cm wide).

5. Can the tour guide pick me up from the hotel?

We apologize, but you will need to make your own way to the meeting point. Since this is a bus tour, to save everyone's time, we have agreed on a location with public transportation for the departure.

6. How large is the group?

We usually use buses with 50 seats or more. However, during the off-season, if there are fewer participants, we may arrange smaller tour buses.

7. If I am traveling alone, can I specify which travel companion I will share a room with?

We will randomly assign same-sex group members to share rooms. If you cannot accept a specific roommate or other special conditions, please do not request a roommate.

8. Can minors join a tour group alone?

We regret to inform you that minors must be accompanied by at least one adult to participate in the tour. We cannot accept bookings for minors traveling alone.

9. Can I join the group midway or leave early?

If you need to join the tour midway or leave early, you will still need to pay the full tour fee (except for multi-location loop tours). Please confirm the feasibility with customer service before booking.

10. How will lunch and dinner be handled?

Lunch and dinner are at your own expense. They are usually arranged at attractions, along the way, or at your hotel. You can ask your tour guide for recommendations on dining options and suggestions.

11. What are the restrictions on baggage check-in?

Each guest may bring one piece of luggage weighing no more than 23kg and with the sum of its three dimensions not exceeding 158cm, as well as a small carry-on bag. For special requests, please contact customer service.

12. Do the hotel rooms provide a kettle and a hairdryer?

Most hotels provide hairdryers and kettles. If you absolutely need to use them every day, it is recommended that you bring your own.

13. Does the hotel provide disposable toiletries and slippers?

To protect the environment, hotels typically do not provide disposable toiletries and slippers. Please bring your own personal toiletries and slippers.

14. Am I allowed to smoke in my hotel room or on the bus?

Smoking is prohibited in public places by law, including hotel rooms and buses. Please abide by the regulations and strictly prohibit smoking in hotel rooms or buses. If caught, you will be subject to a hefty fine or prosecution.

15. Can I bring my own electric stove to cook in my hotel room?

Please do not cook in your hotel room. The heat and smoke will trigger the smoke alarm and sprinkler system, requiring an emergency evacuation of all guests. This may result in unnecessary financial losses for you.

16. Can the travel agency purchase personal travel insurance for me?

We cannot purchase personal travel insurance for you. However, we strongly recommend that you purchase suitable personal travel insurance in your country of residence before departure and fill in your correct personal information to ensure a safe and worry-free trip.

17. Can I use a credit card while traveling?

Most merchants accept international credit cards. UnionPay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay are not commonly used in Europe. It is recommended that you carry an international credit card and a small amount of British pounds in cash for tips, tickets, or other personal expenses. For your safety, please do not carry large amounts of cash.
