1. What is the booking process?
This product requires manual confirmation. After completing payment and submitting your information, we will verify the tour date, hotel, and related services, then send a confirmation email. Please do not purchase non-refundable air tickets before receiving official confirmation.
2. Is there a minimum number of participants required for the tour to proceed?
This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants to proceed. Once the minimum number is met, departure is guaranteed.
Route A departs every Sunday; Route B departs every Thursday. The actual dates and availability are subject to booking confirmation.
3. What is the difference between Route A and Route B?
The two routes visit the same main attractions, but the order of the Southwest National Park segment and the group arrangements differ.
Route A is a regular tour, departing every Sunday, visiting Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon, and Monument Valley first, then proceeding to Canyonlands, Arches, Bryce Canyon, and Zion National Park.
Route B departs every Thursday, visiting Zion and Bryce Canyon first, then proceeding to Canyonlands, Arches, Monument Valley, Antelope Canyon, and Grand Canyon.
4. Is Route B a small group tour of 13 people throughout?
No. Only the Southwest National Park segment of Route B, from Day 2 to Day 6, is a small group tour of no more than 13 people.
The Day 1 Las Vegas airport pickup, and the San Francisco, Yosemite, and Los Angeles itinerary from Day 7 to Day 10, are not part of the 13-person small group tour.
5. What information do I need to provide when booking?
Please provide the traveler's name, gender, date of birth, nationality, email address, mobile number, flight details, and tour pick-up location.
You are not required to provide identification numbers at the time of booking, but you must bring a valid photo ID on the day of the tour.
6. How is the tour fee calculated for solo travelers?
For solo occupancy, please select "Single Occupancy," and the cost will be calculated based on the single room rate. This product does not guarantee room-sharing services with other tour members.
7. What does the tour fee include?
The tour fee includes transportation as listed in the itinerary, 9 nights of hotel accommodation, Chinese and English speaking staff, and breakfast as specified in the itinerary.
Lunch, dinner, mandatory fees, optional activities, driver and guide service fees, transportation surcharges, and personal expenses are not included.
8. Is Las Vegas airport pickup provided?
Free pickup is provided from Harry Reid International Airport (LAS) in Las Vegas on Day 1 from 10:00–18:00, limited to one pickup per room.
Pickup locations are Starbucks next to Baggage Claim 8 in Terminal 1, or Gate 51 in Terminal 3.
If you miss the free pickup window, you can book a 24-hour private car pickup. The first two passengers are a combined US$80; each additional passenger from the third onwards will be charged an extra US$20.
9. Can I join the tour directly if I don't use the airport pickup?
Yes. Travelers can go directly to The STRAT Hotel, Casino & Tower on Day 1 at 15:30.
The hotel address is 2000 Las Vegas Blvd S, Las Vegas, NV 89104. The final meeting information will be provided in the confirmation email.
10. What main attractions will the itinerary visit?
The itinerary covers Las Vegas, Los Angeles, and San Francisco, and visits Zion, Bryce Canyon, Canyonlands, Arches, Grand Canyon, and Yosemite National Parks.
Other attractions include Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Monument Valley, 17-Mile Drive, Golden Gate Bridge, and Fisherman's Wharf.
11. What mandatory fees are included?
Each traveler must pay the following two mandatory fees, totaling US$220/person:
- Mandatory fee for Southwest National Park segment: US$170/person
- Mandatory fee for San Francisco and Yosemite segment: US$50/person
The above fees do not include Lower Antelope Canyon and National Park surcharges for non-U.S. residents.
12. Are there any other additional fees?
Driver and guide service fee is US$15/person/service day. The basic itinerary has 9 service days, totaling approximately US$135/person.
Transportation surcharge is US$5/person/vehicle day. There are 8 vehicle days from Day 2 to Day 9, totaling approximately US$40/person.
On Day 10, if participating in other day tours, related service fees and transportation surcharges will be calculated separately. Children and infants occupying a seat will be charged at adult rates.
13. Do non-U.S. residents need to pay a National Park surcharge?
Yes. Starting January 1, 2026, non-U.S. residents aged 16 or above entering designated national parks will be required to pay an additional fee of US$100/person/park.
This itinerary involves Zion, Bryce Canyon, Grand Canyon, and Yosemite. Those without an applicable annual pass may pay up to US$400/person.
The annual pass for non-U.S. residents costs US$250. Under current regulations, one annual pass covers the holder and up to 3 additional adults traveling with them. When using the annual pass, the holder must be present and show identification.
U.S. residents must also carry valid proof of residency. For more details, please refer to theofficial website of the U.S. National Park Service.
14. Is Lower Antelope Canyon included in the tour fee?
No. Lower Antelope Canyon is an optional activity, with reference prices as follows:
- Adults and children aged 4 and above: US$105/person
- Children aged 0–3: US$20/person
The fee includes local transfers and guide services. Actual prices and availability are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
15. Is visiting Antelope Canyon guaranteed?
Not guaranteed. Antelope Canyon may be closed due to weather, flood risk, maintenance, or local operational conditions.
If the original canyon is unavailable, the itinerary may be adjusted to another canyon or an alternative attraction. Children participating must comply with local supplier's car seat regulations.
16. What other optional activities are available?
Main optional activities include:

17. Is Yosemite National Park always visited in winter?
Not guaranteed. In case of heavy snow, icy roads, or road closures, the Yosemite itinerary may be changed to Solvang and Santa Barbara.
The final arrangements will depend on road conditions, weather, and national park availability on the day.
18. What is the itinerary for Day 10 and airport drop-off arrangements?
Day 10 is a free day in Los Angeles, or you can book an additional day tour.
Travelers not participating in a day tour will need to depart independently; airport or station drop-off services are not included.
- If participating in a Los Angeles city tour or Universal Studios, please book a domestic flight departing after 20:00 or an international flight departing after 21:00.
- If participating in the Coast Starlight or Joshua Tree day tour, please book a domestic flight departing after 20:30 or an international flight departing after 21:30.
- If participating in a Disneyland, San Diego, or SeaWorld day tour, airport drop-off is not provided; only designated drop-off locations are available.
The departure location must be selected at the time of booking; some locations may incur a drop-off fee.
19. How are hotels, meals, and room types arranged?
The itinerary includes 9 nights of hotel accommodation and breakfast as specified in the daily itinerary. Lunch and dinner are at your own expense.
U.S. hotels typically provide one King or Queen Size bed, or two Double Size beds. Specific bed type, floor, and room location cannot be guaranteed.
For three or four occupants, existing beds in the room will be used; extra beds are not guaranteed. Some hotels may require a credit or debit card for a deposit.
20. Is this tour suitable for children, pregnant women, or travelers with mobility issues?
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult. Pregnant women must not be more than 24 weeks pregnant on the last day of the tour.
Children under 8 years old require a car seat, rental fee is US$10/person/day. Please provide the child's age when booking.
The itinerary includes long-distance travel, national parks, and outdoor walking. Travelers with mobility issues or requiring wheelchair assistance, please contact us for confirmation before booking.
21. Can I purchase tickets myself or use a City Pass?
No. Tickets required for group tours must be purchased collectively as arranged by the guide; self-purchased tickets or City Passes are not accepted as alternatives.
Ticket and activity prices may change and are subject to confirmation at the time of booking or on-site announcements.
22. Will the itinerary be adjusted due to weather or attraction closures?
Yes. The guide may adjust the order of visits, duration of stops, or meeting times based on weather, road conditions, traffic, and attraction availability.
If an attraction is closed, it may be replaced by an external viewing, an alternative attraction, or canceled. Multiple segments of the itinerary may also involve changing vehicles, drivers, or guides.
