Movies and filming locations
| Godric's Hollow
Both the Dumbledore family and Harry's family once lived in Godric's Hollow. Harry was born here and his parents are also buried here.
| Malfoy Family Manor
In "Deathly Hallows", as Voldemort's command base, it was also responsible for holding prisoners. Harry and his friends were also captured by the Death Eaters and imprisoned in the basement of the Malfoy manor.
| Escape from the Cliff
The cliff where Harry and his friends set up their tent when they were escaping. In "The Deathly Hallows", the Death Eaters invaded Hogwarts, and Harry and his friends searched for Horcruxes while escaping. One of the stops on the way to escape was a cliff, where they recognized the mysterious symbol from "The Tales of Pitto the Bard".
| Diagon Alley
In "The Philosopher's Stone", Hagrid took Harry to the back door of the Leaky Cauldron for the first time and knocked on the red brick wall with his wand five times. The brick wall magically rotated and separated to form an archway. Harry was stunned by what he saw. This street is Diagon Alley, where young wizards buy all kinds of magic props and books.
| Hogsmeade Station
This station is where the Hogwarts train arrives at the school. In "The Philosopher's Stone", Hagrid hugs Harry goodbye and gives him a photo album. It is also at this time that Harry sees a photo of him and his parents for the first time.
| Hogwarts School
The prototype of the exterior of Hogwarts Castle and the Quidditch classroom. In "The Philosopher's Stone", this is where Harry first flew on his broom, Neville's broom didn't work, Harry and Malfoy had their first head-on confrontation, and when Harry was chasing the Snitch, he was discovered by Professor McGonagall and became Gryffindor's Seeker.
| Harry Potter Birthplace
As the birthplace of Harry Potter, Edinburgh does not have any filming locations in the movie, but JK Rowling wrote Harry Potter in this city. What kind of city could give her such inspiration to create this magical world?
| Hogwarts Lake
In The Prisoner of Azkaban, Harry rides a Hippogriff through the air and across the lake.
| Hogwarts Corridor
The Hogwarts corridor is the whispering corridor where Nearly Headless Nick often floats around in "The Philosopher's Stone"; in "The Half-Blood Prince", this corridor is also the place where Snape drags Malfoy out of Slughorn's dinner party for questioning.
| Hogwarts Great Hall
The Great Hall is perhaps the most impressive scene in the entire Harry Potter film. The entrance ceremony, the canteen, and various ceremonies were all held here. The stairs outside the hall were the location for the stairs of Hogwarts, and many scenes were filmed here, such as when Professor McGonagall stood here to welcome the students of Hogwarts. The corridor of the college is where the Quidditch trophy won by Harry's father is displayed.
| Platform 9¾
To get to Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, you must take the Hogwarts Express from Platform 9¾, between Platforms 9 and 10 at King's Cross Station.
| Entrance to the Leaky Cauldron in Diagon Alley
The entrance to the Leaky Cauldron in Diagon Alley in The Philosopher's Stone. The Leaky Cauldron is one of Harry's "must-go" places at the beginning of each term, especially in the first and third film series.
| Order of the Phoenix Headquarters
Sirius Black's home. In "Order of the Phoenix", Professor Moody and other members of the Order of the Phoenix took Harry to the headquarters of the Order of the Phoenix, which is Sirius Black's home. Professor Moody poked the ground with his staff a few times, and the building appeared. Usually this building is hidden inside, and Muggles (us) can't see it.
| Harry Potter Studio
This is the most important pilgrimage site. After the filming of the Harry Potter movie was completed in 2011, Warner Bros. renovated the entire set and opened it to the public. The interior and exterior scenes and large props in the movie are all here. The banquet hall, Diagon Alley, the Ministry of Magic, Dumbledore's office, Harry and Ron's dormitory, the Hogwarts train, the exterior scene of Harry's aunt's house, Tom Reard's tomb, etc. There is also a green screen room for background synthesis, and taking photos on a flying broom is also essential. At the end, you must have a cup of butter beer. After drinking it, you can take the cup home and cherish this wonderful memory.
