How to Get There

You can take the Dubai Metro to the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station and follow the walkway signs to the mall, or take a taxi to a designated entrance. The mall is large, so please allow extra time to walk from the station or drop-off point to your destination.

Travel Tips

Visit Arrangements：Opening and show schedules may vary for the shopping center, indoor entertainment facilities, and outdoor musical fountain; if you plan to experience multiple attractions on the same day, please check the latest times and booking requirements for each individually. Expect larger crowds during holidays and peak periods.

Attire and Weather：The shopping center is heavily air-conditioned; consider bringing a light jacket and wearing comfortable walking shoes. If heading outdoors to the lakeside to watch the fountain, please remain mindful of high temperatures and stay hydrated during the summer.

Tips for the Fountain Show：Shows generally begin at 18:30, running every half hour for 3-5 minutes each. It takes some time to walk from the mall to the lakeside, so it is advisable to arrive early if you wish to enjoy the full performance; do not confuse the fountain show times with the mall's operating hours. Please be mindful of crowds and pathways when taking photos on-site.
