In the morning, we will travel to Matera, the "Stone City." This ancient city, with thousands of years of human habitation history, is famous for its Sassi cave dwellings. Stone houses are built into the hillside, with cave churches hidden among them, forming a unique landscape of human settlements. Winding stone steps and ancient alleyways seem to transport you through layers of accumulated civilization. Afterwards, we will travel to the fairytale-like town of Alberobello. Here, the Trulli domed stone houses with white walls and gray roofs, scattered like mushrooms across the hills, are a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Small group tours do not offer room-sharing services; single travelers will be charged a single supplement.

4. Age and Health

Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Seniors aged 70 and above must sign a Health Waiver for Seniors before the tour.

5. Children Policy

2 adults can bring 1 child aged 2-6 who does not require a bed.
If 1 adult travels with 1 child, the child will be charged as an adult.
Children of any age requiring a bed will be charged the adult fare.

1. What is the booking process?

This tour requires booking at least 16 days before departure. After you pay the tour fee online and complete your personal information, we will send a booking confirmation email within 1-2 business days. Upon receiving confirmation, you can arrange your round-trip transportation to Rome and pre/post-tour accommodation. If you need assistance with arrangements, please contact us early. 2-3 days before departure, we will send the final tour notice and contact information for your driver-guide via email.

This tour is guaranteed to depart with 1 person, with fixed weekly departures.

4. Can the tour guide pick me up from my hotel?

No. You need to proceed to the designated meeting point to join your group. We offer pre/post-tour hotel and transfer services at an additional charge; please consult customer service for details.

5. What is the size of the group?

This is a small group tour, with a maximum of 6 people per group, using 5-9 seat commercial vehicles. The pace of the itinerary is relatively flexible, and seating is more comfortable.

6. Can minors join the tour alone?

Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult to join the tour. Bookings for unaccompanied minors are not accepted at this time.

7. Is it possible to join midway or leave early?

If you wish to join midway or leave early, the full tour fee is still required. Please confirm the feasibility with customer service before booking.

8. How are lunch and dinner arranged?

Lunch and dinner are at your own expense. Meals are typically arranged near attractions or in the city. The driver-guide can offer dining suggestions, and you are free to choose according to your personal preferences.

9. Are there any baggage restrictions?

10. Do hotel rooms provide kettles and hair dryers?

Most four-star hotels in the UK and Europe provide hair dryers, and some hotels have kettles. If you need to use one daily, it is recommended to bring your own travel kettle for convenience.

11. Do hotels provide disposable toiletries and slippers?

In line with environmental policies, hotels in the UK and Europe generally do not provide disposable toiletries and slippers. It is recommended to bring your own personal items.

12. Is smoking allowed in hotel rooms or vehicles?

According to local regulations, smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms and vehicles. Violations may result in high cleaning fees or fines from the hotel, which will be borne by the guest.

13. Is it allowed to cook in the hotel room?

Please do not use electric stoves, cook, or heat food in hotel rooms. Smoke may trigger alarm systems and cause unnecessary financial loss.

14. Can the travel agency purchase personal travel insurance on my behalf?
