Cancellation Terms

A. Standard Cancellation Terms

1. Free cancellation/free rescheduling/transfer to another tour if booked 30 days or more prior to departure;

2. If the departure date is 29-16 days prior, a 5% handling fee will be deducted, and the remainder will be refunded.

3. A 35% deduction of the total tour fee will be made if the departure date is 15-9 days prior to the departure date;

4. If the tour fee is paid 8-6 days prior to departure, 55% of the total tour fee will be deducted.

5. If the tour fee is charged within 5 days prior to departure, 100% of the total tour fee will be deducted.

B. If your visa application materials have already been processed through our company, the cancellation terms are as follows:

1. A £100 handling fee will be charged if the departure date is 45 days or more prior to departure; the remaining balance will be refunded.

2. 30% of the total cost will be charged if the departure date is 15 to 45 days prior.

3. If a visa is refused within 15 days prior to departure, a £100 processing fee will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.

St. Ives is a seaside town nestled between mountains and the sea, with many galleries and art exhibitions. It is known as the "Aegean Sea of ​​England". 4. How is the tour fee calculated for solo travelers?

- If you are willing to share a room with a same-sex tour member, please select the adult shared room price. We will do our best to arrange shared accommodation, and if it is ultimately not possible, no additional single supplement will be charged.

- If you wish to stay alone, please select the adult (single room throughout the tour) option, and we will arrange a single room for you. Please note that single rooms typically come with a single bed (approximately 90cm wide).

- Shared rooms are randomly assigned with same-sex tour members, and there may be differences in age and sleeping habits (such as snoring, sleep schedule, sensitivity to light/sound/indoor temperature, etc.). If you are concerned, it is recommended to upgrade to a single room. 5. Can the tour guide pick me up from the hotel?
