1. Free cancellation/free rescheduling/transfer to another tour if booked 30 days or more prior to departure;

2. If the departure date is 29-16 days prior, a 5% handling fee will be deducted, and the remainder will be refunded.

3. A 35% deduction of the total tour fee will be made if the departure date is 15-9 days prior to the departure date;

4. If the tour fee is paid 8-6 days prior to departure, 55% of the total tour fee will be deducted.

5. If the tour fee is charged within 5 days prior to departure, 100% of the total tour fee will be deducted.

B. If your visa application materials have already been processed through our company, the cancellation terms are as follows:

1. A £100 handling fee will be charged if the departure date is 45 days or more prior to departure; the remaining balance will be refunded.

After breakfast, gather at the hotel and depart for St. Ives (lunch and sightseeing time approximately 2.5 hours). St. Ives is a seaside town nestled between mountains and the sea, with many galleries and art exhibitions. It is known as the "Aegean Sea of England". Immerse yourself in the beauty and romance of nature!

In the afternoon, we arrived at Land's End, the southwest corner of mainland England (approximately 1 hour visit). A 200-foot-high cliff plunges sharply into the sea, where the land seems to stop. Surrounded by the sea on three sides, the view is expansive, and sunlight sprinkled on the water resembles scattered stars. We returned to the hotel for the evening.

Twin rooms are arranged by default.
If you require a double room or a room for three people, please be sure to indicate this in the order notes. Triple rooms are scarce in UK hotels, so we will prioritize families with children. If this is not possible, you will need to provide the names of any guests who can share the room so we can coordinate.

After receiving the confirmation email, you can start booking your round-trip transportation to the starting city and your hotel accommodation. 2-3 days before departure, we will send you the tour guide's contact information and tour notification via email.

There is no minimum number of participants for this tour. All scheduled departure dates are guaranteed, so please book with confidence.

3. What personal information is required for booking?

4. How is the tour fee calculated for solo travelers?

- If you are willing to share a room with a same-sex tour member, please select the adult shared room price. We will do our best to arrange shared accommodation, and if it is ultimately not possible, no additional single supplement will be charged.

- If you wish to stay alone, please select the adult (single room throughout the tour) option, and we will arrange a single room for you. Please note that single rooms typically come with a single bed (approximately 90cm wide).

- Shared rooms are randomly assigned with same-sex tour members, and there may be differences in age and sleeping habits (such as snoring, sleep schedule, sensitivity to light/sound/indoor temperature, etc.). If you are concerned, it is recommended to upgrade to a single room. Our agency will not be responsible for any sleep problems arising from this, nor will we accept complaints or refunds based on this.

5. Can the tour guide pick me up from the hotel?

We apologize, but you will need to make your own way to the meeting point. As this is a bus tour, to save everyone's time, we will all meet at a designated location with public transportation and depart from there.

6. How large is the tour group?

Typically, we will use a 50-seater or larger bus. However, during the off-season, if the number of participants is small, we may arrange a smaller tour vehicle.

7. If I am traveling alone, can I choose my roommate?

We will randomly assign same-sex roommates and cannot accommodate requests for specific roommates or other special conditions.

8. Can minors join the tour alone?

We apologize, but minors must be accompanied by at least one adult to join the tour. We cannot accept bookings for unaccompanied minors.

9. Can I join midway or leave early?

If you need to join midway or leave early, you will still need to pay the full tour fee (except for multi-city hop-on/hop-off tours). Please confirm feasibility with customer service before booking.

10. How are lunch and dinner handled?

Lunch and dinner are at your own expense. They are usually arranged at attractions, along the way, or at hotels. You can ask your tour guide for dining recommendations and suggestions.

11. Are there any luggage restrictions?

Each traveler can bring one piece of luggage not exceeding 23kg and with a total dimension of less than 158cm, plus a small personal bag. For special requirements, please contact customer service.

12. Do hotel rooms provide kettles and hair dryers?

Most UK hotels provide hair dryers and kettles. If you absolutely need to use them every day, it is recommended to bring your own.

13. Do hotels provide disposable toiletries and slippers?

To protect the environment, UK hotels generally do not provide disposable toiletries and slippers. Please bring your own personal toiletries and slippers.

14. Can I smoke in hotel rooms or on the bus?

17. Can I use a credit card during the trip?

Most merchants in the UK accept international credit cards. UnionPay, Alipay, WeChat Pay, and other payment methods are not common in the UK.
