For orders placed 17 days or more prior to departure, a 5% handling fee will be deducted, and the remainder will be refunded.
A 55% deduction of the total tour fee will be applied if the departure date is 16–8 days prior.
If the departure date is within 8 days, 100% of the total tour fee will be deducted.

In the morning, at the designated time and location in Berlin, you will be picked up door-to-door by a Chinese-speaking driver/guide and embark on a journey through the maritime charm and fairytale legends of Northern Germany in a comfortable business van. The first stop is Lüneburg, a medieval salt city in Northern Germany, which prospered because of its "white gold" salt industry. Stroll through the old town, visit the City Hall to learn about the glorious history of the salt industry, visit the Salt Museum to delve into the millennia-old salt-making culture, and explore the well-preserved Lüneburg Abbey to experience the tranquil medieval atmosphere.

Afterwards, travel to Hamburg, Germany's second-largest city, a port city known as the "gateway to the world," famous for its canals, bridges, and harbor scenery. 1. Booking Time

Bookings must be made at least 16 days in advance.

2. Payment

If the booking is made less than 16 days before the departure date, all payments must be made at the time of registration.

3. Hotel Arrangement

Single room supplement: 75 euros/person/night.
Reference hotel: Holiday Inn Hamburg - City Nord 4* or equivalent.

4. Age and Health

Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
Seniors aged 70 and above must sign a Health Declaration for Seniors before the tour.

5. Child Policy

2 adults can bring 1 child aged 2-11 who does not occupy a bed.
If 1 adult travels with 1 child, the child will be charged the adult fare.
Children of any age who require a bed will be charged the adult fare.

This tour requires booking at least 16 days prior to departure. After you pay the tour fee online and complete your personal information, we will send a booking confirmation email within 1-2 business days. Upon receiving confirmation, you can begin arranging your round-trip transportation to Berlin and pre/post-tour accommodation. 2-3 days before departure, we will send the final tour notice and contact information for your driver/guide via email.

2. Is there a minimum number of participants required for the tour to proceed?

This tour is guaranteed to depart with a minimum of 2 participants, departing from Berlin every Thursday and Sunday.

4. Can the guide pick me up from my hotel?

Yes. This is a small group tour by van, offering door-to-door pick-up and drop-off service from hotels within Berlin city limits. Specific pick-up times will be confirmed before the tour.

5. How large is the tour group?

This is a small group tour, with a maximum of 6 people per group, using a 5-9 seater commercial vehicle. The itinerary pace is relatively flexible, and seating is more comfortable.

6. Can minors join the tour alone?

Minors must be accompanied by at least one adult to join the tour. Bookings for unaccompanied minors are not accepted at this time.

7. Can I join mid-tour or leave early?

If you join mid-tour or leave early, the full tour fee is still required. Please confirm the feasibility of such arrangements with customer service before booking.

8. How are lunch and dinner arranged?

Lunch and dinner are at your own expense. Meals are typically arranged near attractions or within cities, and the driver/guide can offer dining recommendations, allowing you to choose freely according to your personal preferences.

9. Are there any baggage restrictions?

Each traveler may carry: 1 piece of luggage not exceeding 23kg and 1 small carry-on bag. If you are carrying oversized luggage or special items, please confirm with customer service in advance.

10. Do hotel rooms provide kettles and hairdryers?

Most four-star hotels in Europe provide hairdryers, and some hotels are equipped with kettles. If you need to use one daily, it is recommended to bring your own travel kettle for convenience.

11. Do hotels provide disposable toiletries and slippers?

To comply with environmental policies, European hotels generally do not provide disposable toiletries and slippers. It is recommended to bring your own personal items.

12. Is smoking allowed in hotel rooms or vehicles?

According to local regulations, smoking is strictly prohibited in hotel rooms and vehicles. Violations may result in high cleaning fees or fines from the hotel, which must be borne by the guest.

13. Is it allowed to cook in hotel rooms?

Please do not use electric stoves, cook, or heat food in hotel rooms. Smoke may trigger alarm systems and cause unnecessary financial loss.

14. Can the travel agency purchase personal travel insurance on my behalf?

We cannot purchase personal travel insurance on your behalf, but we strongly recommend that you purchase suitable travel insurance in your country of residence before departure to ensure your safety during the trip.

15. Can credit cards be used during the trip?

Most businesses in Germany and Europe accept international credit cards (Visa / Mastercard). It is advisable to also carry a small amount of cash for small purchases or special occasions.

16. Is there any mandatory shopping during the itinerary?

No. We offer a pure sightseeing itinerary with no mandatory shopping activities arranged throughout the trip, so you can enjoy your journey with peace of mind.
