Attraction Introduction

Perched on the cliffs of the Cornish coast in England, lies one of the world's most unique open-air theaters. The theater was personally built by local resident Rowena Cade, who, starting in the 1930s, carved out a stage and seating from the rock face of her own garden, allowing audiences to enjoy performances amidst the magnificent scenery overlooking the Atlantic Ocean. Surrounded by blue skies, ocean waves, and gardens, this natural theater resembles a fairy-tale setting.
