In the eastern part of the city, you may take the Fløibanen Funicular up to the top of Mount Fløyen (320 meters above sea level). The ride takes just 5–8 minutes and offers an exciting experience along with stunning panoramic views over the city and surrounding fjords.

Praised by National Geographic as one of the “world’s best unspoiled travel destinations,” this fjord offers stunning views year-round, including steep cliffs, cascading waterfalls, and mirror-like waters.

After breakfast, we will visit a branch of the largest glacier in continental Europe, Jostedalsbreen Glacier — the spectacular Bøyabreen Glacier. Dramatically suspended along a steep mountainside, the glacier stretches from an altitude of around 1,700 meters down to much lower elevations, with a vertical drop of approximately 1,400 meters. Over time, accumulated mountain snow is compressed by gravity into dense, ice-blue formations, creating a breathtaking glacial landscape that resembles a frozen river.

Afterward, we will visit the nearby Norwegian Glacier Museum. Designed in harmony with its surroundings, the museum features a striking grey exterior that reflects the Nordic environment—natural light, stone textures, and lush forests—blending reality with artistic vision to create a modern architectural masterpiece.

We will then continue to Ålesund, a charming coastal town spread across several islands in Møre og Romsdal County. Known as the gateway to the Geirangerfjord, Ålesund is famous for its Art Nouveau architecture and scenic seaside setting.

Upon arrival, we will explore the town before checking in to a hotel in this fjord-side destination for an overnight stay.

After breakfast, we will set out to explore three of Norway’s most famous scenic routes: the Atlantic Ocean Road, Trollstigen (Troll’s Path), and the Eagle Road (Ørnevegen).

The Atlantic Ocean Road is considered a landmark engineering achievement of Norway. With its winding bridges stretching across the sea, it offers breathtaking coastal views and has been named one of the world’s best seaside drives by The Guardian.

Trollstigen is one of the most dramatic mountain roads in the world, famous for its steep, winding bends through fjord landscapes. It is often listed among the most dangerous roads globally due to its sharp curves and gradients.

The Eagle Road, located near the Geirangerfjord, leads to a spectacular viewpoint at the top, where you can overlook the UNESCO-listed Geirangerfjord in all its grandeur.

After the sightseeing, we will continue to Lom or a nearby area for an overnight stay.

Note: Due to road construction affecting access toward Geirangerfjord via the Eagle Road, the itinerary may be adjusted. If the Eagle Road and its viewpoint cannot be visited, we will instead visit the Troll Village as an alternative.

In the morning, depart from the hotel and gather for one of Iceland's most popular routes - 【the Golden Circle】. The first stop is 【Þingvellir National Park】. This is Iceland's largest national park and its only UNESCO World Heritage Site. In 930 AD, the first Viking settlers in Iceland established the world's first democratic parliament in Þingvellir. Located on the Mid-Atlantic Ridge, Þingvellir spans the Eurasian and North American plates, making it geologically significant. The next two stops are 【Geysir Geothermal Area】 and 【Gullfoss Waterfall】. In the Geysir Geothermal Area, you will witness the spectacular sight of Strokkur erupting every 10 minutes, shooting a column of water high into the air, experiencing the active geothermal activity of Iceland. Gullfoss Waterfall is one of Iceland's most magnificent waterfalls, reaching 32 meters high, with its thundering cascades being truly breathtaking. Afterwards, visit 【Kerið Crater Lake】 (optional). This crater is approximately 270 meters wide, over 55 meters deep, with a 14-meter deep lake at its bottom. The surrounding rocks display a beautiful and mysterious mix of red and orange hues.

Note: Aurora activities will be arranged based on weather conditions. The aurora is a probabilistic natural astronomical phenomenon that generally occurs late at night in high-latitude regions. It is highly affected by weather, so sightings cannot be guaranteed.

******Please note: Iceland's unique geographical location offers spectacular and extraordinary scenery, but the weather can be volatile. For safety reasons, experienced and senior guides will adjust the itinerary at any time according to actual weather conditions (in extreme weather, certain attractions may be canceled to ensure the safety of guests) to ensure a smooth trip. After breakfast at the hotel, we will drive to two of South Iceland’s most famous waterfalls: Seljalandsfoss and Skógafoss. Here, you can experience the region’s scenery—both dramatic and graceful. Don’t forget to view the waterfalls from different angles, as each perspective offers a unique and memorable sight.

Our next stop is the iconic DC-3 Plane Wreck (optional, at your own expense), known for its apocalyptic atmosphere. Although it was the result of an বিমান accident, fortunately no one was injured. Over time, the weathered fuselage has become increasingly worn, creating a haunting yet striking beauty that makes it one of Iceland’s most distinctive non-natural landmarks.

Afterwards, we will visit the well-known Reynisfjara Black Sand Beach on the south coast. The basalt columns along the shore make it an exceptional spot for photography.

We will then pass by the southernmost village on Iceland’s main island, Vík, where a charming red-roofed church sits atop a hill overlooking the town.

Along the way, we will also drive through the Eldhraun Lava Field, formed by volcanic eruptions and flowing lava.

Note: The order of the itinerary may be adjusted depending on the hotel location and daily conditions. Please follow the guide’s final arrangements.

After breakfast at the hotel, we will continue our journey along Iceland’s stunning south coast to explore its breathtaking landscapes. We will arrive at Vatnajökull National Park, home to Iceland’s largest glacier, and visit the spectacular Jökulsárlón Glacier Lagoon, often described as a dazzling jewel in Iceland’s natural crown. Afterward, we will take a walk across the road to the nearby Diamond Beach, where ice fragments glisten on the black sand like scattered gems.

In winter, you may join a Blue Ice Cave Adventure at Jökulsárlón (optional, at your own expense), led by experienced glacier guides (available from November to March). In summer, you can opt for a Glacier Lagoon Boat Tour (optional, at your own expense, available from May to October).

Note:

Blue ice caves are rare natural formations that only appear in winter when temperatures drop below freezing and glacial meltwater beneath the ice solidifies. Each year, caves form in different locations with unique shapes and features. Depending on weather and safety conditions, one natural ice cave will be selected for the visit during the tour.

This area is known for its picturesque coastline and distinctive landscapes, featuring historic fishing villages, dramatic natural scenery, magnificent waterfalls, volcanic meadows, rugged mountains, and impressive glaciers.

Along the way, we will visit the Petra Stone Collection (optional, at your own expense), see the unique Eggin í Gleðivík (Egg Sculptures), and stop at the famous “Walter Mitty town” — Seyðisfjörður. Nestled within a fjord of the same name in eastern Iceland, this charming and secluded village is home to around 668 residents and is renowned for its peaceful atmosphere and colorful streets.

After the visit, we will drive to Egilsstaðir, where you will stay overnight in Egilsstaðir or a nearby hotel.

After breakfast, depart from the hotel in Egilsstaðir for North Iceland. First, visit 【Dettifoss Waterfall】, renowned as Europe's most powerful and voluminous waterfall. Then, head to 【Lake Mývatn area】, which not only boasts beautiful scenery but also preserves complete volcanic geological landscapes. Take a walk to explore the sights around Lake Mývatn, where a conical volcanic crater stands. The numerous lava formations in this area are the result of eruptions from this crater. Afterwards, arrive at 【Goðafoss Waterfall】, which, while not as grand as Dettifoss, possesses a more divine quality due to a mythical historical story behind it and its snow-covered appearance in winter. After the tour, check into a hotel in Akureyri or its surroundings.

Note: Iceland's winter weather is unpredictable, with short daylight hours, and branch roads leading to waterfalls are often temporarily closed. To ensure a safe and smooth journey, some waterfall attractions in the north, including 【Dettifoss】, 【Hraunfossar】, and 【Barnafoss】, will be canceled from November to April of the following year. Please be aware of this.

Afterwards, head to the beautiful [Hraunfossar Waterfalls], also known as the Lava Falls, which are magnificent and spectacular, with the waterfalls flowing into the roaring Hvítá River. A 10-minute walk along the river bank will take you to [Barnafoss Waterfalls], with its uniquely shaped rocks. You will check into a hotel in Reykholt or its surroundings that evening.

Here, you will visit the iconic Kirkjufell Mountain (often called “Arrowhead Mountain”) and the nearby Kirkjufellsfoss Waterfall. Throughout the day, you can experience the unique charm of Icelandic nature—sunlight shimmering over ocean waves, gentle rain drifting across mountains, and steaming geothermal springs.

We will then continue to Arnarstapi, a picturesque coastal village known for its dramatic cliffs and striking rock formations.

On the way back to Reykjavík, we will visit the historic Búðir Black Church, which dates back over 300 years, with origins as early as 1703. This iconic landmark of the Snæfellsnes Peninsula is also one of Iceland’s oldest wooden churches.

Afterward, we will return to Reykjavík, where the tour concludes.
