Cancellation Terms

A. Standard Cancellation Terms

1. For bookings made 31 days or more prior to departure (including the 31st day), our company will collect 10% of the amount due on the booking confirmation.

2. 15-30 days prior to departure (inclusive), our company will collect 25% of the amount due on the registration order;

3. 8-14 days prior to departure (inclusive), our company will collect 55% of the amount due on the registration order;

4. If all vehicle and hotel reservations are confirmed within 7 days prior to departure (including the 7th day), our company will not refund your tour fees.

B. If your visa application materials have already been processed through our company, the cancellation clauses are as follows (if a refusal letter is available):

1. For bookings made more than 31 days prior to departure (including the 31st day), our company will charge a 10% change fee based on the amount due on the booking order;

2. 15-30 days (inclusive) before departure, our company will charge a 25% change fee based on the amount due on the registration order;

3. 8-14 days prior to departure (inclusive), our company will charge a change fee of 55% of the amount due on the registration order;

4. If all vehicle and hotel reservations are confirmed 0-7 days prior to departure (including the 7th day), and changes are not possible, our company will not refund your travel fees.

If there is no refusal letter, an additional processing fee of £50 will be charged for each visa application.

In the morning, we drive to Slovakia and visit [Banska bystrica]. The 15th and 16th centuries are considered to be a “golden age” in the history of Banská Bystrica. It was the time, when the Thurzo-Fugger Copper Company successfully operated here and Bystrica got an attribute “Copper city”. Historic centre of Banská Bystrica consists of many architectural gems from that period. And we will visit the [Slovak National Uprising Square], stroll through the medieval streets, and enjoy a special lunch (optional) in the local specialty underground wine cellar restaurant. After breakfast, we will head to Krakow, the city of Kings on the UNESCO World Heritage List. On the vast [Main Square], florists reign supreme and carriage horses tap their hooves. Doves and pigeons soar over the impressive [St. Mary’s Basilica]. Not far from the square is the [Jagiellonian University], the oldest university in Poland and one of the oldest universities in continuous operation in the world. Then we go to the Polish town of Auschwitz to visit [Auschwitz concentration camp (Auschwitz II-Birkenau)] (exterior visit only), which was the largest of the German Nazi concentration camps and extermination centers. Over 1.1 million men, women and children lost their lives here. The post-camp relics are protected by the Museum created in 1947. After breakfast, we will go to Warsaw, the capital of Poland. Situated right in the heart of Europe, at the intersection of Europe’s east-west and north-south transport routes, Warsaw is major economic, academic, cultural and tourist hub with a dazzling array of historical sites. Visit the stunning Baroque [Royal Castle], the official residence of Polish kings from the 16th Century onwards. In the very heart of Warsaw stands the phenomenal [Palace of Culture and Science], built in an Art Deco-meets-Stalinism style, and has become a modern icon of the city. After breakfast, we head to Bratislava, the capital of Slovakia. We'll pass through Michael's Gate to reach Main Square, home to the ancient Roland Fountain. The Old Town Hall by the square has been converted into the City Museum, and the Bishop's Church next to it witnessed the fall of the Roman Empire.

Heading to Budapest, you can take a Danube River cruise (at your own expense) to admire the scenery on both banks, stroll through the fairytale Fisherman's Bastion, explore the architectural masterpiece Matthias Church, and marvel at the magnificent Buda Castle. The tour concludes around 6 or 7 PM at the Millennium Monument in Heroes' Square.

1. Age and Health

  • Minors under 18 years of age must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Seniors aged 70 and above must sign the Health Waiver for Seniors before the tour.
  • Bookings from pregnant women are not accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience.

2. Child Policy

  • Two adults can bring one child aged 3-6 who does not require a bed.
  • Children under 6 years old can enjoy a 35% discount if they do not occupy a bed and share a twin room with two parents.
  • If one adult travels with one child, the child will be charged at the adult rate.
  • Children of any age who require a bed will be charged at the adult rate.

3. Room Arrangements

  • Twin rooms are arranged by default.
  • If you require a double room or triple occupancy, please specify in the order notes. Triple rooms are scarce in hotels, and we will prioritize families with children. If unavailable, you will need to provide the names of travelers willing to share a room for coordination.

  • Single room: One single bed (approx. 80-100cm wide)
  • Twin room: Two single beds (approx. 80-100cm wide)
  • Double room: One double bed (approx. 140-160cm wide)
  • Family room: One double bed + one sofa bed/folding bed. Please note: European hotels rarely have standard rooms with three single beds.

Upon receiving the confirmation email, you can start booking your round-trip transportation to the departure city and hotel accommodation. 2-3 days before departure, we will send you the tour guide's contact information and a pre-departure notice via email.

There is no minimum number of participants for this tour. All scheduled departure dates are guaranteed to proceed, so please book with confidence.

4. How is the tour fee calculated for solo travelers?

- If you are willing to share a room with another same-gender tour member, please select the adult shared room price. We will do our best to arrange a shared room, and if it is not possible in the end, no additional single supplement will be charged.

- If you wish to stay alone, please select the adult (single room for the entire trip) option, and we will arrange a single room. Please note that single rooms typically come with one single bed (approximately 90cm wide).

5. Can the tour guide pick me up from the hotel?

We apologize, but you will need to make your own way to the meeting point. As this is a bus tour, to save everyone's time, we will all meet at a location with public transportation for departure.

6. What is the size of the tour group?

We typically use 50-seater or larger buses. However, during the off-season, if the number of participants is small, we may arrange smaller tour vehicles.

7. As a solo traveler, can I choose my roommate?

We will randomly assign same-gender roommates; we cannot accommodate specific roommate requests or other special conditions.

8. Can minors participate in the tour alone?

We apologize, but minors must be accompanied by at least one adult to participate in the tour. We cannot accept bookings for unaccompanied minors.

9. Can I join mid-tour or leave early?

If you need to join mid-tour or leave early, you will still need to pay the full tour fee (except for multi-city circulating tours). Please confirm the feasibility with customer service before booking.

10. How are lunch and dinner handled?

Lunch and dinner are at your own expense. Meals are usually arranged at attractions, along the way, or at the hotel. You can ask the tour guide for recommendations and dining suggestions.

11. Are there any baggage restrictions?

Each traveler may bring one piece of luggage not exceeding 23kg and with dimensions (sum of three sides) not exceeding 158cm, plus a small carry-on bag. For special requests, please contact customer service.

12. Do hotel rooms provide kettles and hairdryers?

Most European hotels provide hairdryers and kettles. If you need to use them daily, we recommend bringing your own.

13. Do hotels provide disposable toiletries and slippers?

To protect the environment, European hotels typically do not provide disposable toiletries and slippers. Please bring your own personal toiletries and slippers.

14. Can I smoke in the hotel room or on the bus?

According to European law, smoking is prohibited in public places, including hotel rooms and inside the bus. Please observe the regulations; smoking is strictly forbidden in hotel rooms or on the bus. If caught, you may be subject to high fines or prosecution.

15. Can I use my own electronic stove for cooking in the hotel room?

Please absolutely do not cook in the hotel room. Hot steam and smoke will trigger the smoke alarm and sprinkler system, leading to an emergency evacuation of all occupants. This may result in unnecessary financial losses for you.

16. Can the travel agency purchase personal travel insurance for me?

We cannot purchase personal travel insurance on your behalf. However, we strongly recommend that you purchase suitable personal travel insurance in your country of residence before departure and fill in correct personal information to ensure a safe and worry-free trip.

17. Can I use credit cards during the trip?

Most merchants in Europe accept international credit cards. UnionPay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay are not common in Europe. We recommend carrying an international credit card and also a small amount of British Pounds cash for tips, purchasing tickets, or personal use. For your safety, please do not carry large amounts of cash.
