This is a two-day itinerary designed exclusively for cruise passengers disembarking in Southampton. Upon arrival of your cruise, a dedicated vehicle will pick you up at Southampton Docks, allowing you to easily begin your British journey. First, we'll head to Windsor Castle, the most iconic symbol of royalty in the UK, to admire the largest and oldest continually inhabited castle in the world up close. Afterwards, we'll return to London to experience the city's classic landmarks and British charm. The second day is a free exploration day in London, where you can continue to visit famous attractions such as Big Ben, Tower Bridge, and Buckingham Palace according to your personal interests, or enjoy shopping and dining. At the end of the tour, we will arrange a dedicated car to transfer you to London Heathrow or Gatwick Airport, seamlessly connecting you to your return flight.

This tour is for a small group of 6-16 people, balancing comfort and value for money, with a Chinese-speaking driver-guide service throughout, ensuring a smooth connection between your cruise, transportation, and flight arrangements, allowing you to effortlessly continue your British journey. If the minimum number of participants is not met within 30 days before departure, the deposit will be fully refunded, making your booking completely risk-free and more secure.

3. Complete the deposit payment.

International credit cards are supported (Amex is not currently accepted) and WeChat Pay are accepted.

4. Customer Service Contact

Customer service will contact you 30 days before departure to confirm whether the tour will proceed. If the tour does not proceed, your deposit will be fully refunded.

5. Pay the remaining balance.

Please pay the remaining balance within 24 hours of confirming the group order.Customer service will send you the final payment invoice; please pay promptly.If payment cannot be made on time, the deposit will be forfeited and the spot will not be reserved.

6. Establish a service group

Two to three days before departure, your customer service and support staff will create a service WeChat group or WhatsApp group to communicate in a timely manner and assist you with a smooth trip.

Once the group is confirmed and the balance payment is successful:

Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure
50% of the tour fee will be deducted 15-29 days before departure.
70% of the tour fee will be deducted 8-14 days before departure.
Cancellation is not allowed within 0-7 days before departure.

After arriving at Southampton Cruise Terminal at 10:00, the group will be ready to depart at 10:30, beginning this exciting journey through England. First, we will drive to Windsor, known as the backyard garden of the British Royal Family. In this charming old town, you will visit the beautiful Windsor Castle and experience the allure of this historic royal residence. In addition, you will have the opportunity to see the famous Eton College from the outside, marveling at the prestige of this world-class institution.

In the afternoon, we will depart Windsor and continue our journey to London. Along the way, you will enjoy the typical English countryside scenery, experiencing the blend of Britain's nature and historical culture. We will arrive at our hotel in central London in the evening, concluding the day's journey.

You can purchase a London Pass, a hop-on hop-off bus tour, or a Thames River cruise as needed to help you better explore London's charm.

Afterward, your driver will transfer you to London Heathrow Airport or Gatwick Airport at the designated time for your return flight, concluding your enjoyable trip. (For Heathrow Airport, drop-off is 4 hours prior to the flight; for Gatwick Airport, drop-off is 5 hours prior to the flight.)

Children and teenagers under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult and cannot make a reservation alone.
If there are children under 12 years old or under 1.35 meters tall, please inform us in advance, and we will prepare a child safety seat.
Children and adults pay the same price.
Exclusive airport drop-off service: 1) You can specify the time for the driver to drop you off at London airports. For Heathrow Airport, drop-off is 4 hours before the flight; for Gatwick Airport, drop-off is 5 hours before the flight. To avoid extra charges, the driver for airport transfers may be an English-speaking driver, not necessarily a Chinese-speaking driver.2) Normal airport transfer service hours are between 07:00 and 22:00. For transfers outside these hours, an additional £60 per vehicle per trip will be charged.
Regarding the meeting time at Southampton Cruise Terminal, if you use the cruise luggage delivery service, please ensure your luggage arrives at the cruise terminal luggage claim by 10:00. The group will depart from the terminal promptly at 10:30. If you fail to meet at 10:30, to respect the valuable time of other group members, you will need to proceed to the next stop at your own expense to rejoin the group. Thank you for your understanding.
Check-in time for most hotels in the UK is after 15:00. If you arrive early, please store your luggage at the front desk.
Please pay tips to the driver on the first day in cash (GBP).
Regarding luggage allowance, each person is limited to one piece of luggage under 23kg and 26 inches, plus one small carry-on bag.
In case of major local events, attractions closure, or other force majeure causing changes to the itinerary or inability to enter attractions, adjustments may be made, or attractions may be viewed from the exterior, subject to the final arrangement on the day.
Regarding single room supplement, if there is a group member willing to share a room with a person of the same gender, no single room supplement will be charged. If no one is available to share a room, single travelers will need to pay the single room supplement.
Drivers do not assist with hotel, cruise, or flight check-in services.
