Upon arrival at London Airport, a private car will pick you up, allowing you to easily begin your British journey. You can explore classic landmarks such as Big Ben and Tower Bridge freely or with a Chinese-speaking driver-guide, experiencing the charm of London. On the second day, you will head to Windsor Castle, the most iconic royal symbol in the UK, to admire up close the largest and oldest continually inhabited castle in the world, then proceed directly to Southampton cruise terminal for boarding.

This itinerary is a small group tour for 6-16 people, balancing comfort and value. A Chinese-speaking driver-guide service is provided throughout, ensuring a seamless connection between your flights, hotels, and cruise, making your British journey effortless. If the tour does not meet the minimum number of participants within 30 days of departure, the deposit will be fully refunded, ensuring a risk-free booking for your peace of mind.

3. Complete the deposit payment.

International credit cards are supported (Amex is not currently accepted) and WeChat Pay are accepted.

4. Customer Service Contact

Customer service will contact you 30 days before departure to confirm whether the tour will proceed. If the tour does not proceed, your deposit will be fully refunded.

5. Pay the remaining balance.

Please pay the remaining balance within 24 hours of confirming the group order.Customer service will send you the final payment invoice; please pay promptly.If payment cannot be made on time, the deposit will be forfeited and the spot will not be reserved.

6. Establish a service group

Two to three days before departure, your customer service and support staff will create a service WeChat group or WhatsApp group to communicate in a timely manner and assist you with a smooth trip.

Once the group is confirmed and the balance payment is successful:

Free cancellation up to 30 days before departure
50% of the tour fee will be deducted 15-29 days before departure.
70% of the tour fee will be deducted 8-14 days before departure.
Cancellation is not allowed within 0-7 days before departure.

From Southampton terminal, passengers are transferred to different cruise line terminals.

Upon arrival at London Airport, your driver will meet you according to your flight schedule and transfer you to your hotel in central London.

Afterward, you are free to explore London's classic attractions, such as Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Tower Bridge, and the British Museum. You can purchase a London Pass, a hop-on hop-off bus tour, or a River Thames cruise as needed to help you better explore the charm of London.

Children and teenagers under 16 must be accompanied by an adult and cannot make separate bookings.
Please inform us in advance if there are any children under 12 or under 1.35 meters tall, so we can prepare a car seat.
Children and adults are charged the same price.
Exclusive airport pick-up service: 1) You can specify the driver's pick-up time (recommended 90 minutes after flight arrival). The driver will wait for 30 minutes free of charge. For every 20 minutes exceeding this time, a charge of £30 will apply, payable in GBP cash. To avoid extra charges, the pick-up driver may be an English-speaking driver, not necessarily a Chinese-speaking driver. 2) The normal airport pick-up and drop-off service hours are between 07:00 and 22:00. If the pick-up or drop-off is outside these hours, an additional £60 per trip will be charged per vehicle.
The general check-in time for hotels in the UK is after 15:00. If you arrive early, please store your luggage at the front desk.
Please pay tips in GBP cash to the driver on the last day of service.
Regarding luggage allowance, each person is limited to one piece of luggage under 23kg (26 inches) + one small carry-on bag.
In case of major local events, attractions being closed, or other force majeure resulting in changes to the itinerary or inability to enter attractions, adjustments may be made, or attractions may be viewed from the outside, subject to the final arrangements on the day.
Regarding single room supplement, if group members of the same gender are willing to share a room, no single room supplement will be charged. If no one shares a room, solo travelers will need to pay the single room supplement.
Drivers do not assist with hotel, cruise, or flight check-in services.
