Inveraray Castle, located on the shores of Loch Lohn in western Scotland, is the ancestral home of the Campbell family. How to Get There

Reaching IInveraray Castle usually requires a car or chartered vehicle, and it takes about 1.5 hours to drive from Glasgow. Long-distance buses also pass through the town of Inveraray. Parking is available at the castle; after arrival, the grounds are accessible on foot.

Travel Tips

Tickets are required to enter the castle grounds. The park is quite large and suitable for leisurely exploration. The lakeside area is quite windy, and weather changes may affect the experience.
