  • Changes or cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. No refunds or changes will be accepted within 24 hours.
  • The museum is closed on December 24/25/26. Otherwise, it is open daily from 10:00 to 17:45, and on Fridays from 10:00 to 22:00.
  • Maximum 30 people per group. An additional £5 will be charged for each extra person.
  • The date selected during booking is your tour date. Please arrive on time according to the time stated in your confirmation email.
  • After successful payment, your order will be processed within 1 working day. The e-ticket will be sent directly to your email address after successful booking.
  • Private tours can be booked on any day except when the museum is closed. A WeChat group will be created the night before your tour for communication.
