1. Fill in the relevant application form
According to the notice from the Chinese Embassy and Consulates in the UK, in order to facilitate visa processing, the Chinese Embassy and Consulates in the UK will no longer accept hand-filled certification application forms from December 17, 2018, and will fully implement online filling of forms and appointments. In order to avoid form errors during the visa submission process, we will help guests fill in the application form. After it is completed, we will send it to the guest for verification. Only after the guest has verified that their personal information and itinerary information are correct can they be printed and submitted.
2. Assist customers to organize signature submission materials
In order to accurately control the success rate of the visa, we will help customers organize the corresponding visa submission materials, such as round-trip air ticket certificates, hotel certificates, visa certificates for legal residence/work/study in the UK, travel insurance, etc., to ensure that the submitted materials comply with the visa requirements Require.
3. Online support

This fee requires you to go to the visa center to submit your application and then go to the corresponding window with the payment slip to pay all fees. Generally speaking, the Schengen visa application fee ranges from £151-345 (single entry/5-year multiple/10-year multiple entry), and the visa center service fee ranges from £66-90.

China visa application process

Scope of acceptance:
1. British Chinese (need to provide proof of legal residence in the UK)
2. The passport is valid for more than three months after the trip ends.
Note: The three-month validity period needs to be calculated from the date after the end of the visa application trip
- Scenario 1: The visa is valid for 31/10/2019, the travel start date is 25/07/2019, and the travel end date is 01/08/2019. In this case, you cannot apply for a visa;
- Scenario 2: The visa is valid for 31/10/2019, the travel start date is 25/07/2019, and the travel end date is 31/07/2019. In this case, you can apply for a visa.
Processing time:
According to the official website of the visa center and our processing experience, the processing time for most visas is 1-3 weeks, and some visas can be issued faster within 1 week. However, the visa issuance time depends entirely on the visa officer, travel agency and visa center. There is no way to intervene, so it is still recommended that you reserve as much time as possible to apply for a visa. Generally, you can make an appointment 2-3 months in advance for a more suitable visa application time.

Reservation policy
- Instructions for refusal, cancellation and change: Since the visa processing completely depends on the visa officer of the embassy, travel agencies and visa centers cannot interfere with the official visa processing process. Therefore, the application fees, service fees, transportation fees and other expenses incurred during the visa processing process are all required. It is the customer's responsibility and no refunds will be given after the visa is refused.
- According to the requirements of visa application, the applicant needs to collect fingerprint information on the day of application, so the visa application requires you to go to the embassy in person.
