How to Get There

You can take the Dubai Metro to the Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall station and follow the signs to walk to The Dubai Mall and the observation deck entrance; taxis are also available. There is still a bit of a walk from the station to the entrance, so please allow extra time.

Travel Tips

Tickets and Timing: The observation deck usually operates on specified time slots; it is recommended to check ticket types, reservation times, and daily opening arrangements in advance. The period around sunset is quite popular, so allow time for queuing and security checks; actual visibility depends on the weather.

Weather and Attire: Outdoor sunlight in Dubai is intense and summers are hot. If you plan to take photos or wait at the plaza, bring water and sun protection. Indoor air conditioning may be cool, so you might want to bring a light jacket and wear comfortable walking shoes.

Route: The entrance to the observation deck is different from the exterior viewing spots of the tower; please follow the instructions on your reservation voucher. If you plan to visit the fountain and the shopping mall on the same day, allow extra time for walking.
