• Outbound Journey: You must check in at least one hour before the Eurostar departure. Please arrive at St Pancras International Station, Euston Road, London, United Kingdom, at 5:30 AM Monday-Friday (5:00 AM Saturday) for your Eurostar check-in.

• Return Journey: Please check in at Paris Gare du Nord at 7:00 PM. The Eurostar train departs at 8:13 PM and arrives at St Pancras International Station at 9:40 PM. For more information, please refer to the boarding time indicated on your train ticket.

• Train schedules and boarding times are subject to change due to operational requirements.

• Sightseeing Bus Route: There are 10 stops, operating from 9:45 AM to 7:30 PM, with departures every 7-15 minutes. Stops include the Eiffel Tower, Palais Garnier, Louvre Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, Musée d'Orsay, Champs-Élysées, and more.

• River Cruise: Your ticket is valid for any cruise on the day. Boats depart every 30 to 45 minutes from Port de la Bourdonnais, at the foot of the Eiffel Tower.

• Please ensure you have a valid passport and any necessary visas or electronic travel authorizations required for travel to and from the UK and France (depending on your nationality).

• Children under 4 years old are not allocated separate seats on Eurostar trains and tour buses.

• This is an unescorted tour (no tour guide will accompany you).

• Seat requests on Eurostar trains cannot be guaranteed.

• To ensure the comfort of all passengers, Eurostar has limits on the amount of alcohol passengers can carry: a maximum of 4 cans/bottles of beer or 1 bottle of wine per person.

1. When will I receive my Eurostar ticket?

Your train ticket and itinerary details will be sent to you via email one week before your departure date; if you book within one week of departure, we will send them to you within 24 hours.

2. What time do I need to arrive at St. Pancras station?

Monday to Friday: Please arrive at 05:30 to check in. Saturday: Please arrive at 05:00. Please refer to the time indicated on your ticket for the final reference.

3. What are the processing times for the return Eurostar flight?

Please arrive at Paris Gare du Nord at 19:00 to complete your return procedures. The train departs at 20:13 and arrives in London at approximately 21:40.

4. Will the train schedule change?

Due to operational arrangements, train departure and check-in times may vary. Please refer to your actual ticket and notification for the most up-to-date information.

5. What are the operating hours of the hop-on hop-off sightseeing bus?

Operating hours: 09:45 – 19:30. Frequency: every 7–15 minutes. There are 10 main stops, including the Eiffel Tower, Opera House, Louvre Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, Musée d'Orsay, Champs-Élysées, etc.

6. How do you use a Seine River cruise ship?

Your ticket is valid for the day of purchase and can be used at any time on that day. Boarding is at the Port de la Bourdonnais pier below the Eiffel Tower. Shipments depart approximately every 30–45 minutes.

7. Do I need to bring my passport or visa?

Yes. Travel between the UK and France requires a valid passport and, depending on your nationality, may require a visa or electronic travel authorization. Please be sure to confirm in advance.

8. Is this a group tour? Will there be a tour guide?

This is an independent tour (without a guide), where you will explore the city of Paris on your own.

9. Are there seats for children?

Children under 4 years old are not provided with an individual seat on Eurostar and sightseeing buses.

10. Can I specify a seat on the Eurostar?

We will do our best to assist with seat requests, but we cannot guarantee that they will be fulfilled.

11. Can I bring alcoholic beverages on the bus?

To ensure passenger comfort, Eurostar limits the number of passengers allowed to bring in: 4 cans of beer or 1 bottle of wine per person.

12. What additional services are included with upgrading to Eurostar Plus Class?

Plus Class offers more spacious seating and will provide light meals and drinks at the seats.
