1. Age and Travel Requirements

• If purchasing a student ticket, you must carry a valid student ID or relevant supporting documentation on the day of booking and travel.
• Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and cannot join the tour alone.
• This tour is conducted in English and operates only on Christmas Day.

2. Itinerary

• Please arrive at the designated departure point at least 30 minutes in advance and have your e-ticket ready.
• The coach will depart on time. If a traveler fails to appear on time, it will be treated as a "NO SHOW," and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
• Windsor Castle is closed on Christmas Day. This tour does not include entry to Windsor Castle, and the visit to Windsor is primarily a walking tour of the town.
• The Oxford tour is primarily a guided walking tour; admission tickets for attractions are not included.
• Avebury Stone Circle is an outdoor attraction; please wear comfortable shoes and prepare warm and waterproof clothing according to the weather on the day.
• In the event of traffic, weather, Christmas Day operational arrangements, or other force majeure factors, the sequence of the itinerary and stay durations may be adjusted, subject to the arrangements of the tour guide and supplier on the day.

3. Christmas Lunch Arrangements

• The itinerary includes a traditional three-course Christmas lunch, accompanied by a glass of wine or a soft drink.

• Additional drinks, extra food, and personal expenses are to be paid by the guest.

There is no minimum number of participants for this tour; all scheduled tour dates are guaranteed to depart, so please feel free to book.

4. Can the tour guide pick me up from my hotel?

We apologize, but you are required to make your own way to the meeting point. As this is a coach tour, we designate a centralized location accessible by public transport to ensure efficiency for everyone.

5. How large is the tour group?

We typically use coaches with 50 seats or more. However, during the low season, if there are fewer participants, we may arrange smaller tour vehicles.

6. Will there be a tour guide providing commentary inside the attractions?

For most attractions, the tour guide will accompany you inside and provide professional commentary.

7. Can minors join the tour unaccompanied?

We apologize, but minors must be accompanied by at least one adult to join the tour. We cannot accept bookings for unaccompanied minors.

8. Can I join or leave the tour midway?

If you need to join or leave the tour midway, you are still required to pay the full tour fee (with the exception of multi-location hop-on/hop-off tours). Please confirm the feasibility with our customer service staff before booking.

9. How are dinners handled?

Dinners are at your own expense. These are usually arranged at attractions, along the route, or at the hotel. You may ask the tour guide for recommendations and dining suggestions.

13. Can I use a credit card during the trip?

Most businesses in the UK accept international credit cards. Payment methods such as UnionPay, Alipay, and WeChat Pay are not widely used in the UK. We recommend that you carry an international credit card and have a small amount of cash in GBP for tips, entrance tickets, or incidental expenses. For your safety, please do not carry large amounts of cash.
