Cancellation Terms
  • 16 days or more (including the 16th day) prior to departure, the company will charge 5% of the total amount payable on the booking order;
  • 9-15 days (including the 15th day) prior to departure, the company will charge 55% of the total amount payable on the booking order;
  • Within 8 days (including the 8th day) prior to departure, once car and hotel reservations have been fully confirmed, the company will not refund any tour fees paid.

Remarks:

  1. Refund eligibility for additional hotel bookings, air tickets, or services will be determined based on hotel or airline regulations.
  2. If, due to personal reasons (lack of travel documents, late arrival, illness, accident, etc.), a participant withdraws during the trip or fails to attend any part of the itinerary, the tour fee paid will not be refunded and no compensation will be provided in the form of other services.
  3. In the event of unavoidable circumstances such as weather, war, or strikes that prevent travel, the company will endeavor to protect the safety of guests and their property, and reserves the right to cancel or adjust part or all of the itinerary. The company will not bear any direct or indirect liability for force majeure events, and tour fees already paid will not be refunded.

Route Selection

  • Route A is roundtrip from Los Angeles (Product Code LZA5); Route B is roundtrip from San Francisco (Product Code FZA5).

Age and Health

  • Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Pregnant women must be no more than 24 weeks pregnant on the last day of the tour.
  • The itinerary includes long-distance bus travel and outdoor walking in canyons and national parks.
  • Route B includes approximately 10 hours of long-distance driving on both Day 2 and Day 5.
  • Travelers with mobility issues or requiring wheelchair assistance, please contact us to confirm before booking.

Children and Car Seats

  • Children share existing beds in the room with adults; an extra bed is not guaranteed.
  • Children under 8 years old must use a car seat; the rental fee is US$10 per person per day.
  • Please provide the child's age when booking for advance arrangements.
  • If a large bus is used on the day, where a car seat is not required, the rental fee may be refunded.
  • If the itinerary changes to Antelope Canyon X, children aged 0-8 must bring their own car seats, provided by their guardian.

Room Arrangement

  • Both routes include 4 nights of accommodation.
  • Route A typically arranges 1 night in Los Angeles, 2 nights in Las Vegas, and 1 night in Page.
  • Route B typically arranges 1 night in the San Francisco Bay Area, 2 nights in Las Vegas, and 1 night in Page.
  • US hotels generally provide one King or Queen size bed, or two Double size beds.
  • Each room typically accommodates 2–4 people, but specific bed type, floor, or room location are not guaranteed.
  • When three or four people occupy a room, existing beds are used; an extra bed is not guaranteed.
  • Hotel check-in time is usually after 3:00 PM.

Hotel Deposit and Facilities

  • Some hotels may require a credit or debit card usable in the US for check-in.
  • If there are no additional expenses, deposits are usually refunded within 7–14 business days after check-out.
  • Hotels generally do not provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, or slippers; please bring your own.
  • Smoking is prohibited in hotels and tour vehicles; violators may be charged a cleaning fee of at least US$250.
  • Hotel surcharges may apply for specific peak season departures; actual dates and amounts will be confirmed at the time of booking.

Tickets, Mandatory Fees, and Optional Activities

  • The mandatory ZA fee for Route A is US$140 per person. The mandatory ZA fee for Route B is US$130 per person.
  • The mandatory fees for both routes include Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Horseshoe Bend, and Grand Canyon National Park.
  • Route A also includes designated Las Vegas attractions; Route B includes the Welcome to Las Vegas sign.
  • Lower Antelope Canyon, Las Vegas Night Tour, shows, and other activities require additional payment.
  • Group tickets must be purchased as arranged by the guide; self-purchased tickets or City Passes are not accepted.
  • Ticket and activity prices may be adjusted; prices at the time of booking or on-site announcements shall prevail.

National Park Fees for Non-US Residents

  • Non-US residents aged 16 or over entering designated national parks must pay an additional fee according to the latest regulations.
  • This itinerary involves three designated parks: Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Grand Canyon.
  • This fee is not included in the basic tour fare or the mandatory ZA fee.
  • US residents should carry valid identification.
  • Actual fees and annual pass regulations are subject to the announcements by theNational Park Service.

Itinerary Adjustments

  • The guide may adjust the itinerary based on weather, road conditions, traffic, and attraction operating status.
  • Antelope Canyon may temporarily close due to weather, flood risk, or maintenance.
  • If the original canyon cannot open, it may be replaced with another canyon, an alternative attraction, or cancelled.
  • The travel agency may arrange vehicle changes, driver changes, or guide changes based on operational needs.
  • If travelers book other activities independently, please ensure they do not conflict with the group itinerary.

Meeting and Drop-off

  • Please gather at the time and location notified by the guide.
  • Please bring a valid photo ID and tour confirmation when joining the tour.
  • The drop-off location must be selected at the time of booking; some locations require a transfer fee.
  • Early departure from the tour must be communicated to the guide in advance and a departure agreement signed.
  • Unattended tours and activities are considered voluntarily forfeited, and no refunds will be given.

Airport Pick-up

  • Route A offers pick-up at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX). Route B offers pick-up at San Francisco International Airport (SFO).
  • Free pick-up times on Day 1 are 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00, 20:00, and 22:00.
  • Only one free pick-up within a designated time slot is provided per room.
  • LAX domestic and Canadian flight passengers meet at the baggage claim; international flight passengers meet at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
  • SFO domestic flight passengers meet at Level 1 Courtyard 4; international flight passengers meet at International Terminal Bus Courtyard G.
  • 24-hour private car service can be booked outside of free pick-up times, costing US$120 one way per car, limited to 5 people or fewer.
  • Please provide accurate flight details at least 3 days before departure.
  • If free pick-up is missed due to weather or flight delays, travelers must make their own way to the hotel.

  • Route A's standard itinerary returns to Los Angeles, including visits to Seven Magic Mountains and Barstow Outlets.
  • If choosing LAX drop-off, please book domestic flights departing after 20:30, or international flights departing after 21:30.
  • Route A can also choose to depart from Las Vegas. On that day, depart from Las Vegas for the airport at 10:30. For domestic flights, please book flights departing after 13:00; for international flights, please book flights departing after 14:00.
  • If choosing Las Vegas departure for Route A, visits to Seven Magic Mountains, Barstow Outlets, and the return to Los Angeles itinerary will not be available.
  • If choosing San Francisco departure for Route A, a transfer fee of US$50 per person applies, and the Day 5 itinerary will be adjusted.

Service Fees and Transportation Surcharge

  • Driver and guide service fee is US$15 per person per day, totaling US$75 per person for 5 days.
  • Transportation surcharge is US$5 per person per bus day, totaling US$20 per person for 4 chargeable bus days.
  • Children and infants occupying a seat pay service fees at the adult rate.
  • Transportation surcharge is not collected for airport pick-up or drop-off only, without other bus itinerary on the same day.
  • Final fees are subject to the order or departure notice.

Other Regulations

  • Cooking with electric stoves, electric pots, etc., is not allowed in hotel rooms.
  • Pets or animals are not allowed on this tour.

1. What is the difference between the two routes?

This product offers Route A, round trip from Los Angeles (LZA5), and Route B, round trip from San Francisco (FZA5). The national park itinerary on days 3 and 4 is the same for both routes. The main differences are the pick-up airport, the first night's accommodation, the driving time on days 2 and 5, the drop-off location, and the mandatory fees.

2. Is there a minimum number of participants and fixed departure dates?

Both routes require a minimum of 2 participants. Once the minimum is met, departures are guaranteed every Monday and Saturday. Route A is available from July 8 to December 27, 2026; Route B is available from June 23 to December 26, 2026. Actual tour dates and availability are subject to confirmation via email.

3. What information is required when booking?

Please provide the traveler's name, gender, date of birth, nationality, email address, mobile number, flight details, selected route, and drop-off location. A valid photo ID must be presented on the day of the tour.

4. How is the tour fee calculated for solo travelers?

For single occupancy, please select "Single Occupancy." The fee will be calculated based on the single room rate. If you wish to arrange a shared room, please contact us for confirmation before booking; we cannot guarantee availability.

5. What does the tour fee include?

The tour fee includes transportation for the selected route, 4 nights of hotel accommodation, and bilingual (Chinese and English) service staff. Meals, mandatory fees, optional activities, driver and guide service fees, transportation surcharges, and personal expenses are not included.

6. Is this a small group tour?

No. This product is a regular bus group tour with no fixed maximum number of participants. The vehicle used may be a small coach or a large tour bus, depending on the number of participants.

7. Is airport pick-up provided?

Yes. Route A offers pick-up at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX); Route B offers pick-up at San Francisco International Airport (SFO). Free pick-up times on Day 1 are 10:00, 12:00, 14:00, 16:00, 18:00, 20:00, and 22:00. Each room is entitled to only one free pick-up. A 24-hour private transfer can be booked outside the free pick-up hours for US$120 per vehicle, one way, for up to 5 people.

8. Where at the airport do I meet the tour guide?

For LAX, domestic and Canadian flight passengers meet at the baggage claim area; international flight passengers meet at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. For SFO, domestic flight passengers meet at Level 1 Courtyard 4; international flight passengers meet at International Terminal Bus Courtyard G. Please provide flight details at least 3 days before departure; we will try our best to arrange pick-ups for delayed flights or last-minute additions, but cannot guarantee them.

9. Where can I be dropped off on Day 5?

Route A's standard itinerary returns to Los Angeles. Drop-off locations include LAX, designated locations in Los Angeles and Orange County, MGM Grand, or Las Vegas Airport. Drop-off in the San Francisco Bay Area is available for an additional fee. Route B's standard itinerary returns to the San Francisco Bay Area; if you choose to pay for drop-off in Los Angeles, Day 5 will include visits to designated Las Vegas attractions, Seven Magic Mountains, and Barstow Outlets before heading to Los Angeles. Drop-off locations must be selected at the time of booking, and some locations may require a drop-off fee.

10. What time should I book my flight for on the last day?

For Route A, if you choose LAX drop-off, please book domestic flights departing after 20:30 or international flights departing after 21:30. If you choose Las Vegas Airport drop-off, the tour departs Las Vegas at 10:30 that day. Please book domestic flights departing after 13:00 or international flights departing after 14:00. For Route B, Day 5 returns from Las Vegas to the San Francisco Bay Area, which is approximately a 10-hour drive; if you need to book a flight departing from SFO on the same day, please contact us first to confirm a suitable time.

11. Are the mandatory fees for both routes the same?

No. The mandatory ZA fee for Route A is US$140/person, including Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Horseshoe Bend, Grand Canyon National Park, and designated Las Vegas attractions. The mandatory ZA fee for Route B is US$130/person, including the same national parks, Horseshoe Bend, and the Las Vegas Welcome Sign. Lower Antelope Canyon and national park surcharges for non-US residents are not included.

12. Are there any other additional costs?

In addition to the basic tour fee, Route A requires a mandatory fee of US$140/person, and Route B requires a mandatory fee of US$130/person. The driver and guide service fee is US$15/person/day, totaling US$75/person for 5 days; the transportation surcharge is US$5/person/day of use, totaling US$20/person for 4 days of use. Lower Antelope Canyon, other optional activities, designated peak season hotel surcharges, and drop-off fees at some locations also require additional payment. Service fees for children and infants occupying a seat are charged at the adult rate.

13. Do non-US residents need to pay a national park surcharge?

Yes. Non-US residents aged 16 or above entering designated national parks must pay an additional fee according to the latest regulations. This itinerary involves three designated parks: Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the Grand Canyon. This fee is not included in the tour fee or the mandatory ZA fee. Specific regulations are subject to theNational Park Serviceannouncement.

14. Is Lower Antelope Canyon included in the tour fee?

No. Lower Antelope Canyon is an optional activity, with a reference price of US$105/person for adults and children aged 4 and above; US$20/person for children aged 0–3. Antelope Canyon may close due to weather, flood risk, or maintenance, and may be replaced by Antelope Canyon X or other canyons. Travelers with children must provide their own car seats according to the substitute attraction and supplier's regulations on the day of the tour.

15. What optional activities are available?

Both routes offer optional activities such as Lower Antelope Canyon, Las Vegas night tour, Stratosphere Hotel revolving restaurant dinner, and Las Vegas shows. FlyOver Las Vegas, shooting experience, and some Las Vegas attractions on Day 5 are primarily applicable to Route A, or to travelers on Route B who choose to be dropped off in Los Angeles. All activities are subject to availability, age restrictions, and supplier operating conditions.

16. Does the itinerary include meals?

Meals are generally not included, and travelers need to arrange their own. The guide will provide dining locations or restaurant recommendations based on the daily itinerary.

17. How are hotels and room types arranged?

Route A typically includes 1 night in Los Angeles, 2 nights in Las Vegas, and 1 night in Page. Route B typically includes 1 night in the San Francisco Bay Area, 2 nights in Las Vegas, and 1 night in Page. US hotels usually offer one King or Queen Size bed, or two Double Size beds. Specific bed types, floors, and room locations cannot be guaranteed, and extra beds are not guaranteed for triple or quadruple occupancy. Some hotels may require a credit or debit card for deposit upon check-in.

18. Is it suitable for children, pregnant women, or travelers with reduced mobility?

Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult, and pregnant women must not be more than 24 weeks pregnant on the last day of the tour. Children under 8 years old must use a car seat, with a rental fee of US$10/person/day. The itinerary includes long-distance driving and outdoor walking, with particularly long driving times on Day 2 and Day 5 for Route B. Travelers with reduced mobility or requiring wheelchair assistance should contact us for confirmation before booking.

19. Can I purchase tickets myself or use a City Pass?

No. Tickets required for group tours must be purchased uniformly as arranged by the guide. Self-purchased tickets or City Passes are not accepted as substitutes. Ticket and activity prices may be adjusted and are subject to the prices announced at the time of booking or on-site.

20. Will the itinerary be adjusted due to weather or attraction closures?

Yes. The guide may adjust the sightseeing order,停留time, or meeting times based on weather, road conditions, traffic, and attraction operating status. If Antelope Canyon or national parks are closed, they may be replaced by other canyons, alternative attractions may be arranged, or the activity may be canceled. The final itinerary is subject to safety and actual operating conditions on the day.
