1. What is the booking process?
This product uses system confirmation. After payment and submission of information, we will verify the tour date, hotel and related services, and send a booking confirmation email. Please do not purchase non-refundable air tickets or book other non-cancellable services before receiving the official confirmation.
2. Is there a minimum number of participants for the tour?
This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants. Once the minimum number is reached, departure is guaranteed. Departure days vary by season, and the actual tour dates and availability are subject to what is displayed at the time of booking and the final confirmation email.
3. What information do I need to provide when booking?
Please provide the traveler's name, gender, date of birth, nationality, email address, mobile number, and accurate arrival and departure flight information. You are not required to provide identification document numbers at the time of booking, but you must carry a valid photo ID on the day of the tour.
4. How is the tour fee calculated for solo travelers?
For single occupancy, please select "Single Occupancy," and the cost will be calculated based on the single room rate. The hotel does not guarantee shared accommodation with other tour members.
5. What does the tour fee include?
The tour fee includes 7 days of transportation, 6 nights of hotel accommodation, and English and Chinese speaking staff. Meals, attraction tickets, mandatory fees, optional activities, driver and guide service fees, transportation surcharges, and personal expenses are not included.
6. What is the group size and vehicle type?
The vehicle size will be arranged according to the number of participants on the day, and may include commercial vans, minivans, or large tour buses. The actual vehicle type, group size, and driver/guide arrangements are subject to the departure notice.
7. Is airport pickup available in New York?
On Day 1, from 08:30–24:00, complimentary shared shuttle service is available from JFK and LaGuardia (LGA) airports. This time refers to when travelers meet staff after claiming their luggage.
Only one complimentary airport pickup service within the specified time slot is provided per booking. Travelers may need to wait for other guests with similar arrival times. The complimentary airport pickup does not include the driver's service fee; each traveler must pay US$15 on the day of pickup.
8. Can I join the tour on my own without using airport pickup?
Yes. Travelers can go to the Flushing集合点 at 37-20 Prince Street, Suite 2E, Flushing, NY 11354, from 09:30–17:00 on Day 1; or they can check into the designated hotel on their own according to the final confirmation details.
9. What time should I book my flight for on the last day?
If choosing drop-off at JFK International Airport, please book flights departing after 20:00 on Day 7; if choosing drop-off at LaGuardia Airport (LGA), please book flights departing after 19:00.
Paid drop-off service is only available for Newark International Airport (EWR). Please book flights departing after 22:00.
10. Which cities and attractions will the itinerary cover?
The itinerary covers New York, Philadelphia, Washington D.C., Niagara Falls, and Boston. Major attractions include Central Park, Brooklyn DUMBO Arts District, Wall Street, Times Square, Philadelphia's Independence National Historical Park, the White House, Lincoln Memorial, Niagara Falls, Harvard University, and Quincy Market.
11. Which items are mandatory fees?
The mandatory fees for this itinerary include the New York Financial & Wealth Tour, Niagara Falls Night View Tour, and Boston America's First Tour. Charges for adults, seniors, and children may vary, and the specific amounts are subject to the product page and the latest information at the time of booking.
12. Are there any other additional costs?
In addition to the basic tour fee, travelers will also need to pay the following fees. Driver and guide service fees for children and infants occupying a seat will be charged at the adult rate. The final amount is subject to the order or departure notice.:
- Driver and Guide Service Fee: US$15/person/day, total US$105/person for 7 days
- Transportation Surcharge: US$5/person/usage day, total 6 usage days, total US$30/person
- Mandatory fees, attraction tickets, optional activities, meals, and personal expenses

All activities are subject to weather, location, and supplier operational conditions. Early booking is recommended.
14. Can I purchase tickets myself or use a City Pass?
No. Mandatory items and attraction tickets required for group tours must be purchased collectively as arranged by the tour guide. Travelers are not permitted to bring their own tickets or use a City Pass as a substitute.
15. Is the Maid of the Mist boat tour open all year round?
No. The Maid of the Mist usually operates from late April to October. The actual dates are subject to weather, water conditions, and river ice. When the boat tour is closed, the Niagara Falls Classic Tour is usually changed to a visit to Old Fort Niagara State Park.
16. Is Watkins Glen State Park open all year round?
No. Watkins Glen State Park is generally open from May to October each year, with actual dates determined by the park. During the park's closure, the Watkins Glen and Finger Lakes program will not be arranged.
17. Is entry to the U.S. Capitol guaranteed?
Not guaranteed. Travelers can opt for the Capitol Building and National Archives In-depth Tour at their own expense, but the Capitol Building may be inaccessible due to government activities, security arrangements, or temporary closures. If entry is not possible, the itinerary typically changes to a Washington D.C. In-depth Tour, with actual arrangements based on the day's opening status.
18. How are hotel room types arranged?
Common hotel room types in the US include one King or Queen size bed, or two Double size beds. Each room generally accommodates 2–4 people, but specific bed types, floor, view, adjoining rooms, or room location are not guaranteed.
For triple or quadruple occupancy, existing beds in the room are usually used, and extra beds are not guaranteed. Some hotels may require a credit or debit card as a deposit upon check-in.
19. Is this tour suitable for children and travelers with mobility issues?
Children under 8 participating in the tour require a car seat, which costs US$10/person/day. Please provide the child's age when booking. If a large tour bus that does not require a car seat is used on the day, the relevant rental fee may be refunded as per regulations.
The itinerary includes long periods of driving, frequent getting on and off vehicles, and walking in cities and outdoors. Travelers must have basic mobility. Travelers with mobility issues, those requiring wheelchairs or other assistance, please contact us to confirm before booking.
20. Will the itinerary be adjusted due to weather or attraction opening conditions?
Yes. The guide or driver may adjust the touring order,停留时间 (stay duration), meeting time, or arrange alternative attractions based on weather, road conditions, traffic, holidays, government activities, and attraction opening status. Seasonal activities, Niagara Falls fireworks, and light shows are not guaranteed to take place. The final itinerary is subject to safety and actual operational conditions on the day.
