Cancellation Terms
  • 16 days (inclusive) prior to departure, our company will charge 10% of the total amount due on the booking order.
  • 9-15 days (inclusive) prior to departure, our company will charge 55% of the total amount due on the booking order.
  • Within 8 days (inclusive) prior to departure, as vehicle and hotel reservations have been fully confirmed, our company will not refund any tour fees paid.

Remarks:

1. Participants who fail to show up on time on the day of departure will be considered to have voluntarily forfeited their spot, and no refund will be issued for the tour fees paid.

2. Refunds for other additional hotel bookings or services will be subject to the hotel's specific policies.

3. If, due to personal reasons (such as lack of travel documents, lateness, illness, accident, etc.), a participant withdraws during the trip or is unable to participate in any part of the itinerary, no refund will be issued for the tour fees paid, nor will any alternative services be offered as compensation.

4. In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as weather, war, strikes, or other force majeure factors that prevent the tour from proceeding, the company will make every effort to protect the safety of the guests and their property, and reserves the right to cancel or adjust part or all of the itinerary. The company shall not be liable for any direct or indirect responsibilities arising from force majeure, and no refund will be issued for tour fees already paid.

Next, we will head to Toronto City Hall, a filming location for "X-Men," which is a famous local landmark with its modernist architectural style. The popular Toronto sign is also not to be missed, as it can often be spotted in reports of major international events. Our final stop is Yonge Street, once known as the "longest street in the world" and also a filming location for movies like "The Hulk." With its array of shops, cafes, and restaurants, you can enjoy a leisurely city walk.

Around noon, join us for a visit to the historic Distillery District, which is home to a wide variety of unique gourmet foods. Cross-border Documents & Visas

  • This itinerary enters the United States from Canada and returns to Canada on Day 9. Travelers must prepare their own valid passports, as well as visas or travel authorizations required to enter the United States and re-enter Canada.
  • US or Canadian citizens must carry valid travel documents; US permanent residents must carry a valid green card and other documents required for this cross-border trip.
  • If a valid US visa is in an old passport, please bring both the new passport and the old passport containing the valid visa.
  • Travelers holding a Chinese passport and a 10-year B1, B2, or B1/B2 US visa must complete a validEVUS registrationbefore departure.
  • Travelers of other nationalities should apply for a US visa, ESTA, and Canadian entry permit in advance based on their personal situation. The final decision for entry rests with the US and Canadian border authorities.
  • If the itinerary cannot be continued due to personal documents or entry eligibility issues, the traveler shall bear the related losses and expenses.

Age & Health

  • Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult; unaccompanied minors are not accepted for group tours.
  • For pregnant travelers, pregnancy must not exceed 24 weeks on the last day of the trip.
  • The itinerary includes long-distance travel by car, city walking, and outdoor canyon activities. Travelers must have basic mobility.
  • Travelers with limited mobility or requiring wheelchair assistance, please contact us to confirm before booking.

Children & Car Seats

  • Children share existing beds in the room with adults; extra beds are not guaranteed.
  • Children under 8 years old are required to use a car seat, with a rental fee of US$10/person/day.
  • If traveling with children, please provide their age at the time of booking to facilitate advance arrangements.
  • If a large tour bus that does not require car seats is used on the day, the relevant rental fee may be refunded as per regulations.

Room Type Arrangement

  • Common hotel room types in the US and Canada are one King or Queen Size bed, or two Double Size beds.
  • Each room can generally accommodate 2-4 people, including adults and children.
  • The tour fee guarantees the corresponding number of rooms but does not guarantee specific bed types, floors, views, or room locations.
  • When three or four people stay, existing beds in the room are usually used, and extra beds are not guaranteed.
  • Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.

Hotel Deposit & Facilities

  • Some hotels require a credit or debit card valid in the US and Canada as a deposit upon check-in.
  • If there are no additional charges, the deposit is usually refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after check-out.
  • Hotels generally do not provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers; please prepare your own.
  • Smoking is prohibited in hotels and tour vehicles. Violators may be charged a cleaning fee of at least US$250 or the amount specified by the hotel.

Tickets & Optional Activities

  • Mandatory items and optional tickets in the itinerary must be purchased uniformly as arranged by the guide. Self-purchased tickets or the use of City Passes are not accepted.
  • The tour fee does not include admission tickets, meals, guide service fees, and personal expenses.
  • Ticket, meal, and activity prices may be subject to change and are based on the price announced at the time of booking or on-site.
  • Items such as the Thousand Islands cruise, Watkins Glen, and Niagara Falls boat tour are affected by season and weather; actual availability is subject to the arrangements on the day.

Itinerary Adjustments

  • The guide or driver may adjust the order of attractions, stopping times, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, border clearance, and attraction opening status.
  • If an attraction is temporarily closed, it may be replaced by an exterior view, an alternative attraction, or canceled.
  • Border clearance times in the US and Canada cannot be guaranteed, and the final arrival time may be delayed due to customs inspections or traffic conditions.
  • Complimentary items, if unable to be arranged due to force majeure, or if the traveler does not participate for personal reasons, will not be refunded.

Assembly & Departure from Group

  • Please strictly adhere to the meeting times announced by the guide to avoid affecting the entire group's itinerary and border clearance.
  • Please bring your valid passport, required entry documents, and itinerary confirmation when joining the tour.
  • If you need to leave the group midway, you must notify the guide in advance and sign a departure agreement; fees for unparticipated parts will not be refunded.
  • The travel agency may arrange vehicle changes, driver changes, or guide changes based on actual operational needs.

Pick-up & Drop-off Services

  • Day 1 does not include unified free airport pick-up. Travelers can take the hotel's free shuttle bus based on the confirmed hotel information.
  • Paid airport pick-up can be booked from 09:00 to 22:00, with an estimated price of USD$90 or CAD$120 per car one-way, for a maximum of 6 people.
  • Please provide accurate flight and contact information; expenses incurred due to incorrect information or flight changes will be borne by the traveler.
  • On Day 9, please book Canadian domestic flights departing after 18:00, or international flights departing after 19:00.

Service Fees & Transportation Surcharges

  • The driver and guide service fee is $15 per person per day, totaling$135/personfor 9 days.
  • Transportation surcharge in the US: $5/person/day; in Canada: CAD$5/person/day. The guide will collect these uniformly during the trip.
  • Service fees for children and infants occupying a seat are the same as for adults.
  • The final amount is subject to the order or tour notification.

Other Regulations

  • Pets or animals are not allowed on any itinerary.
  • Smoking is prohibited in vehicles and hotels. Any resulting fines or cleaning fees will be borne by the traveler.
  • The itinerary may pass through duty-free shops at the US-Canada border. Travelers can choose whether to shop, with no mandatory consumption.
  • It is recommended to purchase travel insurance before departure, including medical, trip cancellation, luggage loss, and US-Canada cross-border coverage.

This product does not include complimentary airport pickup. Upon arrival at Toronto Pearson International Airport on Day 1, you may take the hotel's free shuttle bus based on the final confirmed hotel information. If needed, a paid pickup service is available from 09:00 to 22:00, with a reference price of USD$90 or CAD$120 per vehicle one-way, for a maximum of 6 people.

9. What time should I book my flight on the last day?

If departing from Toronto Pearson International Airport, please book Canadian domestic flights departing after 18:00 or international flights departing after 19:00 on Day 9.

As you will be returning to Canada from the US and completing border procedures on this day, the actual arrival time may be affected by customs clearance and traffic conditions.

10. How long does US-Canada border crossing take?

Border crossing times cannot be guaranteed in advance and can be affected by customs inspections, traveler documents, traffic, and conditions at the port of entry on that day. The guide may adjust attraction停留 times and arrival times based on actual clearance times.

Common hotel room types in the US and Canada are one King or Queen Size bed, or two Double Size beds. Each room can typically accommodate 2–4 people, but specific bed types, floors, views, or room locations are not guaranteed.
