Attraction Introduction
Yellowstone National Park is located in the Rocky Mountains, known as the "Backbone of North America," on a lava plateau between the Northern and Middle Rockies in the Western United States. It was the world's first national park, officially established in 1872. The park's geothermal wonders are its signature landscape—a primitive landscape forged by water and fire that surpasses the limits of human art, making it one of the most spectacular and magnificent beauties on the face of the Earth.
Travel Tips
• The park is open year-round, but some roads and internal facilities are only open in summer (May to October). It is recommended to check the official website in advance.
• A park entrance fee is required, and America the Beautiful Annual Pass holders are admitted.
• Cell phone signal in the park is very poor. It is recommended to download offline maps or bring paper maps in advance.
• If you encounter wildlife, please maintain a safe distance. Do not get out of your vehicle to chase or feed animals, and always comply with park regulations.
• Lodge and campsite reservations must be made several months in advance, especially during peak season (July–August) when availability is extremely limited.
