This product requires manual confirmation. After completing payment and submitting your information, we will verify the tour date, hotel, and related services, then send a booking confirmation email. Please do not purchase non-refundable flights or book other non-cancellable services before receiving official confirmation.
2. Is there a minimum number of participants required for the tour?
This tour requires a minimum of two participants to guarantee departure. There is no stated maximum group size for this product; the actual number of participants and vehicle used will be determined on the day of the tour.
3. What information do I need to provide when booking?
Please provide the traveler's name, gender, date of birth, nationality, email address, mobile number, and accurate flight details. A passport number is not required at the time of booking, but a valid passport and all necessary US/Canada cross-border documents must be carried on the day of the tour.
4. What cross-border documents are needed for this itinerary?
The itinerary enters the United States from Canada and returns to Canada on Day 9. Travelers must prepare a valid passport and any necessary visas, ESTA, or other travel authorizations for entering the US and re-entering Canada. Final approval for entry is at the discretion of US and Canadian border authorities.
5. If I hold a Chinese passport and a 10-year US visa, do I need to register for EVUS?
Yes. Travelers holding a Chinese passport and a 10-year B1, B2, or B1/B2 US visa must complete a valid EVUS registration before entering the United States. This also applies to land entry. Please register via theofficial EVUS website.
If your valid US visa is in an old passport, please carry both your new passport and the old passport containing the valid visa.
6. How is the tour fee calculated for solo travelers?
For single occupancy, please select "Single Occupancy." This product currently does not offer a room-sharing service with same-sex tour mates.
7. What are the group size and vehicle type?
The vehicle size will be arranged according to the number of participants on the day of the tour and may include a large tour bus, small tour van, or commercial vehicle. The product does not guarantee a specific vehicle type, seating, or fixed group size.
8. Is airport pickup available in Toronto?
This product does not include complimentary airport pickup. Upon arrival at Toronto Pearson International Airport on Day 1, you may take the hotel's free shuttle bus based on the final confirmed hotel information. If needed, a paid pickup service is available from 09:00 to 22:00, with a reference price of USD$90 or CAD$120 per vehicle one-way, for a maximum of 6 people.
9. What time should I book my flight on the last day?
If departing from Toronto Pearson International Airport, please book Canadian domestic flights departing after 18:00 or international flights departing after 19:00 on Day 9.
As you will be returning to Canada from the US and completing border procedures on this day, the actual arrival time may be affected by customs clearance and traffic conditions.
10. How long does US-Canada border crossing take?
Border crossing times cannot be guaranteed in advance and can be affected by customs inspections, traveler documents, traffic, and conditions at the port of entry on that day. The guide may adjust attraction停留 times and arrival times based on actual clearance times.
11. How are hotel room types arranged?
Common hotel room types in the US and Canada are one King or Queen Size bed, or two Double Size beds. Each room can typically accommodate 2–4 people, but specific bed types, floors, views, or room locations are not guaranteed.
When three or four people occupy a room, existing beds in the room are usually used, and extra beds are not guaranteed.
12. Do I need to pay a deposit for hotel check-in?
Some hotels may require travelers to pay a deposit using a credit or debit card valid in the US or Canada. If there are no additional expenses, the deposit is usually refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after check-out. The actual time depends on the hotel and the card-issuing bank.
13. For children under what age are car seats required?
Children under 8 years old participating in the tour require a car seat. The rental fee is US$10/person/day. Please provide the child's age when booking so arrangements can be made in advance.
If a large tour bus that does not require car seats is used on the day of the tour, the relevant fees may be refunded as per regulations.
14. Are there any luggage restrictions?
The actual vehicle will be arranged according to the number of participants, and luggage space may be limited. We recommend each traveler bring one standard-sized suitcase and one small carry-on bag. If you need to bring extra, oversized, or special luggage, please contact us for confirmation before booking.
15. Can I purchase tickets myself or use a City Pass?
No. Mandatory items and attraction tickets required for group itineraries must be purchased uniformly according to the guide's arrangements. Travelers are not permitted to bring their own tickets or use a City Pass as a substitute.
16. Which activities are seasonal?
Thousand Islands cruise typically operates from late April to early November; Watkins Glen State Park is usually open from May to October; Toronto cruises and Niagara Falls boat tours are also affected by season, weather, and water conditions. Actual opening dates are subject to official announcements by attractions or suppliers. Cancellations or alternative arrangements may be made during closure periods.
17. Is participation in the Niagara Falls boat tour guaranteed?
Not guaranteed. The boat tour may be affected by season, weather, water conditions, maintenance, and on-site operational circumstances. If the boat tour cannot operate, it may be replaced by Journey Behind the Falls or other alternative activities. Actual arrangements and costs will be determined on the day of the tour.
18. Is entry to the US Capitol Building guaranteed?
Not guaranteed. The US Capitol Building may be inaccessible due to government activities, security arrangements, or temporary closures. If entry is not possible, the itinerary is usually changed to an in-depth tour of Washington D.C. Actual arrangements will depend on the day's opening conditions.
19. Is this tour suitable for travelers with mobility impairments?
This itinerary includes long-distance travel by vehicle, city walking, canyon trails, and multiple getting on and off vehicles. Travelers need to have basic mobility.

The final itinerary will be based on the safety and actual operational conditions of the day.
