1. What is the booking process?
This product requires manual confirmation. After completing payment and submitting your information, we will verify the tour date, hotel, and related services, and send a booking confirmation email. Please do not purchase non-refundable air tickets or book other non-cancellable services before receiving the official confirmation.
2. Is there a minimum number of participants required for the tour?
This tour requires a minimum of two participants to guarantee departure. Final availability and hotel arrangements still require manual confirmation.
3. What are the differences between itineraries A, B, and C?
The main sightseeing content of the three itineraries is essentially the same. The difference lies in the order of arrangements for the Canadian Rockies, Victoria, and Vancouver free time, and the departure days:
- Itinerary A: Vancouver → Canadian Rockies → Victoria → Vancouver free time (Monday, Wednesday, Friday)
- Itinerary B: Vancouver free time → Canadian Rockies → Victoria → Vancouver (Tuesday, Thursday, Sunday)
- Itinerary C: Vancouver free time → Victoria → Canadian Rockies → Vancouver (Monday, Saturday)
Itinerary C also has designated additional departure dates. Actual available tour dates are subject to the product page.
4. What information do I need to provide when booking?
Please provide the traveler's name, gender, date of birth, nationality, email address, mobile phone number, and accurate flight information. While ID numbers are not required at the time of booking, please bring a valid photo ID on the day of the tour.
5. How is the tour fee calculated for solo travelers?
If you wish to stay in a single room, please select "single occupancy." This product currently does not offer a room-sharing service for same-sex travelers.
6. What does the tour fee include?
The tour fee includes hotel accommodation, group transportation, and bilingual (English and Chinese) staff as listed in the 8-day, 7-night itinerary. Meals, mandatory fees, optional activities, driver and guide service fees, transportation surcharges, 5% GST, and personal expenses are not included, unless otherwise specified on the product page.
7. Is airport pick-up available at Vancouver International Airport?
Complimentary scheduled airport pick-up is provided on Day 1 at Vancouver International Airport, with services at: 10:00 / 12:30 / 15:00 / 17:00 / 19:00 / 21:00 / 23:00.

8. Where at Vancouver Airport do I meet the pick-up staff?
Travelers arriving on domestic Canadian flights should meet at baggage claim carousel 3; travelers arriving on international flights should meet at the traveler information center in the arrivals hall. Please provide accurate flight information in advance, and refer to the meeting instructions provided in your tour confirmation.
9. What if the complimentary pick-up time is not suitable?
You can book a 24-hour paid private car pick-up service:

- 23:01–06:59 (next day): First two people USD$95 or CAD$120, each additional person USD$20 or CAD$25.
Each order can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. Canadian dollar prices are subject to an additional 5% GST. Prices are subject to change and will be based on the latest information at the time of booking.
10. Can I join the Vancouver City Highlights Tour if I arrive early?
Travelers who collect their luggage and meet the pick-up staff before 12:15 PM on Day 1 can pre-book the Vancouver City Highlights Tour for an estimated cost of US$1 per person, plus the driver and guide service fees for that day. The itinerary typically includes Gastown, the Olympic Cauldron Plaza, and Canada Place, and passes through Chinatown.
If not pre-booked, participation may be allowed on-site if there is availability, with different fees charged. Actual arrangements will be confirmed on the day of the tour.
11. What flight time should I book for Day 8?
The recommended flight time depends on the activity chosen for the last day:
- Vancouver City Day Tour: After 19:30 for domestic flights, after 20:30 for international flights.
- Whistler or Salmon Viewing Day Tour: After 20:00 for domestic flights, after 21:00 for international flights.
- Victoria Day Tour: After 21:30 for domestic flights, after 22:30 for international flights.

Please confirm your itinerary package, last day activity, and airport drop-off arrangements before purchasing your flight tickets.
12. What items are included in the mandatory fees?
Each traveler must additionally pay mandatory fees for the Canadian Rockies and Victoria:
- Canadian Rockies Mandatory Fee: Adults USD$70 or CAD$83; Children 6–15 years old USD$40 or CAD$48.
- Victoria Mandatory Fee: Adults USD$60 or CAD$75; Children under 12 years old USD$49 or CAD$60.
The Canadian Rockies mandatory fee includes Banff National Park entrance tickets and designated scenic gondola rides; the Victoria mandatory fee includes BC Ferries, and admission to Butchart Gardens or the Butterfly Gardens. Canadian dollar prices are subject to an additional 5% GST.
13. Are there any other additional costs?
In addition to the basic tour fee and mandatory fees, the following costs may also apply:
- Driver and guide service fees.
- CAD$5/person/day transportation surcharge for vehicle use.
- Full meal plan or Canadian Rockies meal package.
- Banff Upper Hot Springs and other optional activities.
- Surcharge for Banff hotels during Christmas and New Year.
- 5% GST applicable when paying in Canadian dollars.
- Personal expenses and travel insurance.
All prices are subject to change; please refer to the latest information at the time of booking.
14. How are driver and guide service fees calculated?
Reference rates are as follows:
- Pick-up service only on arrival day: USD$7 or CAD$10/person.
- Pick-up and Vancouver City Highlights Tour: USD$15 or CAD$20/person.
- Remaining group itinerary: USD$15 or CAD$20/person/day.
Children and infants occupying a seat are typically charged at adult rates. Canadian dollar prices may be subject to additional applicable taxes, as confirmed in the final booking details.
15. Does the itinerary include meals?
The basic tour fee does not include full meals. Travelers can opt for the Canadian Rockies 4-day meal package, which includes 7 meals (2 breakfasts, 3 lunches, and 2 dinners):
- Adults: USD$158 or CAD$198.
- Children 2–11 years old: USD$138 or CAD$178.
Canadian dollar prices are subject to an additional 5% GST. It is recommended to purchase this at the time of booking; it may not be possible to add it less than 7 days before departure or during the tour.
16. How are hotels and room types arranged?
The itinerary includes 7 nights of hotel accommodation, expected to be arranged near Vancouver Airport, Salmon Arm, and the Banff area. Specific hotels will be confirmed in the final booking confirmation.
Common room types in Canadian hotels are one King or Queen Size bed, or two Double Size beds. The tour fee guarantees the corresponding number of rooms, but does not guarantee bed type, floor, view, adjoining rooms, or room location. Due to high demand for hotels in the Banff area, King or twin rooms will be arranged by the hotel based on availability on the day of arrival.
17. Do I need a credit card and deposit for hotel check-in?
Some hotels may require each group of travelers to provide a credit or debit card valid in Canada as a deposit when checking in. If there are no additional expenses, the deposit is usually refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after check-out. Actual timing depends on the hotel and the issuing bank.
Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00. Travelers arriving early can inquire at the front desk about luggage storage arrangements.
18. Can children, pregnant women, and travelers with reduced mobility participate?
Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. Pregnant women can participate, but the pregnancy must not exceed 24 weeks on the last day of the itinerary.
Children under 8 years old require a safety seat, with a rental fee of US$10 per person per day. Please provide the child's age at the time of booking. If a large bus is used on the day that does not require a safety seat, the relevant fee may be refunded as per regulations.
This itinerary includes ice and snow surfaces, canyon walks, and winter outdoor activities. Travelers with reduced mobility, requiring wheelchairs or other assistance, please contact us for confirmation before booking.
19. Will the itinerary be adjusted due to weather or attraction closures?
Yes. The guide or driver may adjust the order of attractions, duration of stops, or arrange alternative attractions based on weather, snow accumulation, road conditions, traffic, and national park opening status.
During the closure of the Banff Sulphur Mountain Gondola, it will usually be replaced by the Lake Louise Gondola; if both gondolas are closed simultaneously, corresponding fees will be refunded as per relevant regulations. During the closure of Butchart Gardens, the itinerary will be changed to a visit to the Victoria Butterfly Gardens. The Johnston Canyon Ice Walk may also be adjusted or canceled due to trail safety conditions.
