14. How are lunch and dinner arranged?

Hotel breakfast is included in the tour fee, while lunch and dinner are at your own expense. The guide will provide dining locations or restaurant suggestions daily based on the itinerary. During the trip, you can opt for Montreal French cuisine, Quebec French cuisine, or other group meals at your own expense. Arrangement and price depend on the day's itinerary.

15. How are hotel room types arranged?

Common hotel room types in Canada are one King or Queen size bed, or two Double size beds. Each room typically accommodates 2–4 people, including adults and children.

The tour fee guarantees the corresponding number of rooms but does not guarantee specific bed types, floors, views, adjacent rooms, or room locations. When three or four people share a room, existing beds in the room are usually used, and extra beds are not guaranteed.

16. Is a deposit required for hotel check-in?

Some hotels may require each group of travelers to provide a credit or debit card usable in Canada as a deposit upon check-in.

If there are no additional expenses, the deposit is usually refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after check-out. The actual time depends on the hotel and the card-issuing bank. Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00.

17. At what age do children require a car seat?

Children under 8 years old participating in the tour require a car seat. The rental fee is US$10/person/day. Please provide the child's age when booking so that car seats can be arranged and children's tickets calculated in advance. If a large tour bus that does not require car seats is used on the day, the relevant rental fee may be refunded as per regulations.

18. Is the tour suitable for travelers with limited mobility?

This itinerary involves long periods of sitting in a vehicle, walking in Quebec Old Town, and multiple outdoor attractions, so travelers need to have basic mobility.

Travelers with limited mobility, those requiring wheelchairs or other assistance, please contact us for confirmation before booking. If not notified in advance, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-accessible vehicles, suitable seating, or other special assistance.

19. Can I purchase tickets myself or use a City Pass?

No. Tickets and mandatory items required for group itineraries must be purchased uniformly as arranged by the guide. Travelers bringing their own tickets or using a City Pass as a substitute are not accepted.

20. Will the itinerary be adjusted due to weather or attraction closures?

Yes. The guide or driver may adjust the order of attractions, stopping times, meeting times, or arrange alternative attractions based on weather, road conditions, traffic, attraction opening status, and team operational needs. If the Montmorency Falls cable car, Thousand Islands cruise, Toronto cruise, or Niagara Falls boat tour are suspended, alternative activities will be arranged or relevant activities canceled based on the day's situation.

21. Is smoking allowed in hotels and vehicles?

No. Smoking is prohibited in tour vehicles and most Canadian hotel rooms. If smoking in a hotel room, a cleaning fee of at least US$250 per night or the hotel's specified amount may be charged, and such costs will be borne by the traveler.

22. Do hotels provide toiletries, slippers, and kettles?

Canadian hotels typically do not provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, and slippers, so please bring your own. Most hotels provide hairdryers, but not every room is guaranteed to have a kettle; if you need to use one daily, it is recommended to bring your own.

23. Are Canadian taxes required?

If choosing to pay in CAD, an additional 13% HST will be charged on the CAD tour fee for this product. The CAD prices for individual Quebec attractions or activities may already include applicable local taxes; specific details will be based on the product page and payment information.
