Age and Health

• Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour; unaccompanied minors are not accepted.
• Pregnant women joining the tour must not exceed 24 weeks of pregnancy by the end of the trip.
• The itinerary involves inter-island flights, getting on and off vehicles, volcanic areas, and outdoor walking; travelers must have basic mobility.
• Travelers with mobility issues who require a wheelchair or other assistance should contact us to confirm before booking. If not notified in advance, arrangements for wheelchair accessible vehicles or suitable seating cannot be guaranteed.
• Snorkeling, surfing, submarine rides, and other optional activities may have age, height, or health restrictions. Please comply with the regulations of the activity provider.
• If a traveler is unable to complete part of the itinerary due to personal health conditions, no refunds will be given for unparticipated activities.

Children and Car Seats

• The child price for children aged 12 or under is only applicable when the child is the 3rd or 4th passenger in the same room.
• Children share existing beds in the room with adults; an extra bed is not guaranteed.
• Children under 8 participating in the tour must use a car seat; the rental fee is US$10 per person per day.
• If children are traveling, please provide their age at the time of booking to arrange car seats in advance.
• If a large tour bus that does not require car seats is used on the day of travel, the rental fee may be refunded.
• Some optional activities have specific restrictions, such as the Atlantis Submarine requiring children to be over 36 inches tall.

Room Type Arrangements

• Common room types in US hotels include one King or Queen Size bed, or two Double Size beds.
• Each room generally accommodates 2-4 people, including adults and children.
• The tour fee guarantees the corresponding number of rooms, but does not guarantee specific bed types, floors, views, adjacent rooms, or room locations.
• When three or four people share the same room, existing beds in the room are usually used, and an extra bed is not guaranteed.
• Hotel check-in time is usually after 15:00; actual arrangements are subject to hotel regulations.
• Package B Waikiki Resort Hotel and Package C Holiday Inn Express include breakfast; breakfast arrangements for other packages and outer island hotels are subject to final confirmation.

Hotel Deposit and Facilities

• Hawaii hotels, including outer island hotels, require a credit card valid in the US for guarantee at check-in.
• If travelers cannot provide a valid credit card, the hotel reserves the right to refuse check-in; therefore, each group of travelers must bring at least one usable credit card.
• The hotel may pre-authorize or charge a deposit on the credit card. If there are no additional expenses, the deposit is usually refunded to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after check-out; the actual time is subject to the hotel and issuing bank.
• Smoking is strictly prohibited in most US hotels and tour vehicles. Smoking in hotel rooms may incur a cleaning fee of at least US$250 per night.
• Hotels generally do not provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, or slippers; please bring your own.
• Hairdryers are usually provided by the hotel, but kettles are not available in all hotels.

• Mandatory tickets, snow bus, sleigh rides, or carriage rides, and other optional activities during the itinerary must be purchased uniformly as arranged by the guide.
• Travelers are not allowed to purchase tickets themselves or use City Pass in place of group tickets.
• Ticket, meal, and activity prices may be adjusted based on announcements from attractions or suppliers, and will be subject to the prices announced at the time of departure.
• Snow activities may be affected by weather, snow conditions, and on-site operations; sleigh rides may be replaced by carriage rides.

Inter-island Flights

• The itinerary includes designated inter-island air tickets to the Big Island of Hawaii and Maui; actual flight times and airlines are subject to final confirmation.
• Inter-island air tickets, once confirmed, cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed in name or date.
• Inter-island flights may be delayed, canceled, or changed due to weather, air traffic control, mechanical failures, or airline arrangements.
• Baggage size, weight, and check-in fees for inter-island flights are regulated by the actual operating airline. Please declare the number of bags at the time of booking and reconfirm after receiving flight details.
• When taking inter-island flights, please bring a valid photo ID; the traveler's name must match the name on the ID.
• If additional costs for rebooking, repurchasing tickets, or other expenses arise due to incorrect names or personal information provided by the traveler, these costs must be borne by the traveler.

Itinerary Adjustments

• The guide or driver may adjust the order of attractions, stopping times, or meeting times based on weather, traffic, inter-island flights, attraction opening conditions, and actual group arrangements.
• If an attraction is closed due to bad weather, holidays, government arrangements, or other force majeure factors, it may be viewed from the outside, replaced with an alternative attraction, or canceled.
• Volcanic activity is a natural phenomenon, and seeing erupting or flowing lava cannot be guaranteed. The actual open attractions in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park are subject to safety regulations on the day.
• If inter-island flights are delayed or canceled, the Big Island or Maui itinerary may be adjusted accordingly.
• If travelers book other activities separately, please confirm in advance whether they conflict with the group itinerary, transfers, or inter-island flight times.

Meeting and Departure

• Please strictly adhere to the meeting times announced by the guide to avoid affecting inter-island flights and the entire group itinerary.
• If you need to leave the group midway, you must notify the guide in advance and sign a departure agreement; unparticipated portions will be considered voluntarily forfeited, and no refunds will be given.
• When joining the tour and taking inter-island flights, please bring a valid photo ID and an electronic or printed copy of the itinerary confirmation.
• The travel agency may arrange vehicle changes, driver changes, or guide changes based on actual operational needs.

Transfer Service

• Free airport pickup at Honolulu International Airport is provided on Day 1 from 07:00–21:59. This time refers to when the traveler meets the guide.
• Only one free pickup service within the designated time slot is provided per order.
• Paid pickup can be arranged from 05:00–06:29; pickup service is not provided from 22:00–04:59 the next day.
• Free airport drop-off on Day 6 is from 05:30–21:30; it is recommended to book flights departing after 08:30.
• If the free pickup time is missed due to flight delays, weather, or other uncontrollable factors, travelers must go to the hotel on their own and bear the related transportation costs.
• Please provide accurate name, contact information, and flight details at the time of booking. Losses or additional expenses incurred due to incorrect information will be borne by the traveler.
• All transfer times are based on Hawaii local time.

Other Regulations

• Smoking is strictly prohibited in vehicles and hotels. If caught, the hotel may charge a cleaning fee of at least US$250 per night, and all fines and related expenses will be borne by the traveler.
• The use of electric stoves, electric pots, or other cooking equipment is not allowed in hotel rooms to avoid triggering smoke alarms or fire sprinkler systems.
• Pets or animals are not allowed on any tours.
• If complimentary items cannot be arranged due to weather, traffic, flights, or other force majeure factors, or if travelers cannot participate due to personal reasons, no refunds will be given.
• Travelers are advised to purchase travel insurance that includes medical, trip cancellation, flight delay, baggage loss, and outdoor activity coverage before departure.

1. What is the booking process?

This product requires manual confirmation. After you complete payment and submit your details, we will verify the hotel, inter-island flights, and tour availability as soon as possible and send a booking confirmation email. Please do not purchase non-refundable air tickets or book other non-cancellable services before receiving official confirmation.

2. Is there a minimum number of participants required to form a group?

This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants and can depart any day. Final availability and arrangements are subject to the booking confirmation email.

3. What information do I need to provide when booking?

Please provide the traveler's name, gender, date of birth, nationality, email address, mobile number, and accurate arrival and departure flight details. Passport or ID numbers are not required at the time of booking, but valid photo identification must be carried for inter-island flights and during the tour.

4. How is the tour fee calculated for solo travelers?

For single occupancy, please select "Single Occupancy." This product does not currently offer room-sharing services with other travelers of the same gender.

5. What does the tour fee include?

The tour fee includes 6 days of transportation, 5 nights of hotel accommodation, a professional Chinese-speaking driver-guide, and specified inter-island airfare required for the itinerary. Package B and Package C include hotel breakfast; meal arrangements for other packages are subject to the final confirmation. Meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), attraction tickets, optional activities, various service fees, and personal expenses are not included.

6. What is the group size and vehicle type?

Vehicle size will be arranged according to the number of participants on the day, and may include sedans, commercial vans, mini-vans, or tour buses. The itinerary will be serviced by a professional Chinese-speaking driver-guide, and the actual vehicle and personnel arrangements are subject to the tour departure notice.

7. Is Honolulu International Airport pickup provided?

Free pickup from Honolulu International Airport (HNL) is provided on Day 1 from 07:00 to 21:59. This time is when the traveler meets the guide. Only one free pickup service within the specified period is provided per booking.

Paid pickup can be arranged from 05:00 to 06:29; pickup service is not provided from 22:00 to 04:59 the next day. All times are based on Hawaii local time.

8. What time should I book my flight for the last day?

Free drop-off at Honolulu International Airport on Day 6 is from 05:30 to 21:30. We recommend booking flights departing after 08:30 on the same day.

9. Are inter-island flights to Hawaii Big Island and Maui included?

Yes, inter-island flights to Hawaii Big Island and Maui required for the itinerary are included in the tour fee. Flight times and fares may vary depending on the departure date. Final arrangements are subject to booking confirmation and the tour departure notice.

10. What are the baggage restrictions for inter-island flights?

Baggage size, weight, and checked baggage fees for inter-island flights are determined by the actual operating airline. Since regulations may differ, please declare the number of bags when booking and reconfirm baggage allowance and any additional fees after receiving flight details.

11. What hotel packages are available?

This product offers the following hotel packages. Hotels and room types are subject to availability confirmation, and some dates may have peak season surcharges:

12. How are hotel room types arranged?

14. Are there any additional fees?

In addition to the basic tour fee, optional activities, tickets, meals, and personal expenses must be paid separately. The specific amount is subject to the latest information at the time of booking. The following service fees must be paid by travelers according to actual arrangements:

• City sightseeing or island highlights tour: US$5/person
• Hawaii Big Island or Maui one-day tour: US$12/person
• Outer island airport transfer: US$5/person/trip

15. Will the Pearl Harbor tour include entry to the USS Arizona Memorial?

No. The itinerary primarily includes visiting the Pearl Harbor site and viewing the USS Arizona Memorial and USS Missouri battleship from a distance. It does not include boarding the ship or entering the interior of the memorial. Pearl Harbor regulations state that guides are not allowed to give commentary within the park, and visitors are not permitted to bring backpacks or large handbags inside, with the exception of personal wallets.

16. Is it guaranteed to see a volcanic eruption or lava?

No, it cannot be guaranteed. Volcanic activity is a natural phenomenon, influenced by geological activity, weather, safety regulations, and the opening status of the national park. The itinerary includes visiting the crater viewing area, steam vents, lava tube, and volcanic landscape in Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, but seeing an active eruption or flowing lava is not guaranteed.

Some beaches, volcanic sites, and natural spring attractions may not be suitable for wheelchair users.

19. Will the itinerary be adjusted due to weather or flight conditions?

Yes. The guide may adjust the sightseeing order,停留时间 (stopover time), or arrange alternative attractions based on weather, traffic, inter-island flights, attraction opening status, and safety factors. If inter-island flights are delayed or canceled, the relevant itinerary may be adjusted, and the final arrangements are subject to the actual situation on the day.

20. Does this tour have forced shopping?

There are no compulsory spending requirements during the tour, but the city tour will include visits to emerald, black pearl, and red coral shops. Travelers are free to choose whether to make purchases, and all spending is voluntary.
