1. Age and Travel Requirements

• Infants aged 0–2 may participate for free, provided they sit on a guardian's lap; please purchase a child ticket if a separate seat is required.
• Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult and cannot join the tour alone.
• This tour is conducted in English and operates only on Christmas Eve, December 24th.

2. Itinerary Details

• Please arrive at the designated departure point at least 15 minutes in advance and have your electronic ticket ready.
• The coach will depart on time. Passengers who fail to arrive punctually will be treated as "NO SHOWs" and will not be eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
• This is a London Christmas lights bus tour, primarily focused on viewing festive lights and landmarks from the vehicle; no interior visits to attractions are included.
• The itinerary route may be adjusted due to Christmas Eve traffic, road closures, crowd control, or other on-site conditions; please follow the arrangements made by the tour guide and driver on the day.
• The tour is expected to return to Victoria at approximately 20:30; actual arrival time may vary due to traffic conditions.

1. What is the booking process?

After you pay for the tour fee online and complete your personal information, we will send you a booking confirmation email within 1-2 working days. Once you receive the confirmation email, you can proceed to book your transportation to and from the departure city as well as your hotel accommodation.

2. Is there a minimum number of participants required for the tour to proceed?

There is no minimum number of participants required for this tour. All scheduled departure dates are guaranteed to run, so please feel free to book with confidence.

4. Can the tour guide pick me up at my hotel?

We apologize, but you are required to make your own way to the meeting point. As this is a coach tour, to save everyone's time, we designate a centralized location accessible by public transport for departure.

5. What is the size of the tour group?

We typically use coaches with 50 seats or more. However, during the off-season, if the number of participants is small, we may arrange smaller tour vehicles.

6. Will there be a tour guide providing commentary inside the attractions?

For most attractions, the tour guide will accompany you inside and provide professional commentary.

7. Can minors join the tour alone?

We apologize, but minors must be accompanied by at least one adult to participate. We cannot accept bookings for minors traveling alone.

8. Can I join or leave the tour midway?

If you need to join or leave the tour midway, you are still required to pay the full tour fee (with the exception of multi-city loop tours). Please confirm the feasibility with our customer service staff before booking.

9. How are dinners handled?

Dinner is at your own expense. It is usually arranged at or near the attractions, along the route, or at the hotel. You can ask the tour guide for recommended dining locations and suggestions.
