• Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult and cannot join the tour alone.
• This tour is guided in English and operates only on Christmas Day.

2. Itinerary Arrangements

• Please arrive at the designated departure point at least 30 minutes in advance and have your electronic ticket ready.
• The bus will depart on time; failure to appear as scheduled will be treated as a "NO SHOW," and no refunds or rescheduling will be provided.
• The Cotswolds portion is a driving tour with no stops for sightseeing.
• Oxford and Stratford are primarily walking tours; admission tickets to attractions are not included.
• In the event of traffic, weather, Christmas Day operational arrangements, or other force majeure factors, the itinerary sequence and duration of stay may be adjusted; please follow the arrangements of the guide and the supplier on the day.

3. Christmas Lunch Arrangements

• The tour includes a traditional three-course Christmas lunch, with a glass of wine or a soft drink.

Once you receive the confirmation email, you can proceed to book your transportation to and from the departure city as well as your hotel accommodation.

4. Can the tour guide pick me up at my hotel?

We apologize, but you are required to make your own way to the meeting point. As this is a coach tour, to save everyone's time, we designate a centralized location accessible by public transport for departure.

5. What is the size of the tour group?

We typically use coaches with 50 seats or more. However, during the off-season, if the number of participants is small, we may arrange smaller tour vehicles.

6. Will there be a tour guide providing commentary inside the attractions?

For most attractions, the tour guide will accompany you inside and provide professional commentary.

7. Can minors join the tour alone?

We apologize, but minors must be accompanied by at least one adult to participate. We cannot accept bookings for minors traveling alone.

8. Can I join or leave the tour midway?

If you need to join or leave the tour midway, you are still required to pay the full tour fee (with the exception of multi-city loop tours). Please confirm the feasibility with our customer service staff before booking.

Dinner is at your own expense. It is usually arranged at or near the attractions, along the route, or at the hotel. You can ask the tour guide for recommended dining locations and suggestions.
