Reservation policy
- The tour schedule is as follows: There are tours every day except match days, Christmas Day and New Year's Day.
- First admission for stadium tours is at 10:00 AM. Last admission is 3:00pm. The stadium will close at 4:00 p.m. and the museum will close at 5:00 p.m.
- Please arrive at the Anfield Stadium Tour reception desk at least 15 minutes before the event starts , click on the map
- If the travel date you book falls on or the day before a Liverpool home game, you will not be able to visit the home and away team dressing rooms.
- Due to construction work on the new Anfield Road Stand and new pitch, some pitchside areas of the stadium may be inaccessible to you from 22 May to 31 July 2023
- Children under 16 must be accompanied by a paying adult and students must present valid identification
- All tours may be canceled at short notice (in rare cases this may be less than 24 hours notice). In such circumstances, Liverpool Football Club will endeavor to offer an alternative date and arrange a refund if this is not feasible
- You must show your ticket at reception
- You will receive your e-ticket via email 1 working day after booking
- If you wish to cancel your visit, you must give 48 hours notice before canceling your ticket
