|How early should I arrive at the departure location?

Under normal circumstances, we recommend that you arrive at the departure location at least 30 minutes in advance, so that you have plenty of time to prepare before departure, and there are relatively more seat choices. Some itineraries will close the car door 10 minutes before departure, and the departure time will be subject to the final departure notice.

If you are traveling by train, we recommend that you arrive at the train station at least 1 hour in advance to exchange your ticket and find the platform.

|What should I do if I’m late?

In order not to affect the experience of other guests, all tours will depart on time. If you are late and the driver will not wait, your trip will be treated as "No Show" and we will not reschedule or refund.

|What is the order of visiting the attractions in the itinerary?

The attractions will be subject to the final tour announcement. Please follow the tour guide’s arrangements on the day for the order of visits.

|Why are some attractions closed?

Some historical attractions in the UK such as castles, manors, etc. usually choose to close for a period of time in winter for regular internal maintenance. If your tour date is unfortunately during the closure period, we will inform you of the actual situation before the second confirmation, and you can choose whether to continue this. journey.

If it is not for regular internal maintenance, but the attraction is closed due to major events or some force majeure, making it impossible to visit the inside of the itinerary, the itinerary will be changed to the appearance of the attraction.

|How much luggage can I bring?

Most travel products (except chartered tours) have baggage restrictions, which are basically less than 16KG and are about the size of a carry-on suitcase. Please refer to each product description. We are unable to provide luggage storage services, but there are some storage facilities near the pick-up location. Please click on your pick-up location:

|Do I need to bring any documents with me on the day of joining the tour?

We recommend that you bring a printed version of the tour departure notice on the day you join the tour and show it to the staff. If it is a train tour, your ticket collection number will appear on the tour notice.

|Do I need to bring my own lunch for a day trip?

You are free to choose whether or not to bring a lunch. At noon time, the driver will arrange corresponding places, such as small towns, highway rest stops and other places with catering services, so that you can purchase lunch. But we need to remind you that hot food is not allowed in the car.

|Is it necessary to tip the driver?

Frankly speaking, no one will refuse your kindness, which is an affirmation of the driver’s excellent service. Whether or not to tip is entirely up to you. UK tips are generally £2-£5/day per person (for reference only).

|How to make a complaint?

If you are not satisfied with the itinerary, or there is any discrepancy with the tour notice, please call or email to report it during the itinerary or on the day after the itinerary. We will check and deal with it as soon as possible. If everything is true, we will refund your money .
