Itinerary

Train Schedule	The departure times listed in the itinerary are for reference only and may vary slightly depending on the time of year and season. We will provide you with the exact train schedule and departure and arrival times in the tour letter. Please note that train schedules are specific and cannot be changed.
How to exchange tickets	At the train station, you can insert any credit or debit card into the self-service ticket machine and enter the train ticket number shown on the tour notification. If you have questions, you can visit a staffed ticket counter and provide your booking confirmation to exchange your ticket. Please arrive 40 minutes early to exchange your ticket and ensure you receive a round-trip ticket. Once you receive your ticket, it is non-changeable and non-refundable unless the train is canceled or delayed.
Arrival time	We recommend arriving at the train station at least one hour before your train departs. This will give you ample time to exchange your ticket and find your platform. Arrive early! If you miss your train, you will need to purchase a new ticket and be responsible for any lost travel.
Boarding platform	Your train platform changes daily, so please monitor the electronic screens for real-time announcements. These are usually announced about 15-20 minutes before departure and close five minutes before departure. Once you know which platform your train is departing from, proceed to the platform immediately to board your train.
Reserved seats	In most cases, your seat is pre-assigned and reserved. If you book your trip less than a week before departure, you may not be able to reserve a seat in advance and will need to find a seat randomly on the bus.
Special circumstances	If your train is delayed by more than 15 minutes or canceled, please ask railway staff for advice on your travel status. Once notified, please contact us and we will help you arrange alternative public transportation. Depending on the situation and the mode of transportation, your trip may be rescheduled to an alternative meeting point. If this occurs, we will process a refund or change accordingly.
