Itinerary
Day 1 (Every Monday): Frankfurt → Prague (530 km)
We departed from Frankfurt, Germany in the morning for Prague, the capital of the Czech Republic. We planned to cross the border into the Czech Republic in the afternoon and arrive safely at Prague, the ancient capital of Eastern Europe on the banks of the Vltava River, at dusk. Prague is known as the "Golden City" because the spires and domes of its old buildings gleam golden in the setting sun. The entire city exudes an antique charm.

Day 2 (Every Tuesday): Prague → Bratislava (330 km)
In the morning, we will depart to visit Gasden Castle, a medieval castle built on a hilltop – formerly the royal palace and gardens, now the presidential residence and government buildings. Nearby St. Vitus Cathedral, built in the early 10th century, has witnessed the rise and fall of Prague over the centuries. We will then stroll along the Golden Walk, once famous for its goldsmiths and gold ornaments, before crossing the Vltava River via Charles Bridge to reach the Old Town. The Town Hall clock tower houses a centuries-old astronomical clock and portraits of the twelve apostles, accurately displaying the astronomical calendar. The square in front of the Town Hall is a site of historical gatherings and uprisings. The city's narrow streets crisscross, each corner exuding a classical elegance. In the afternoon, we will depart Prague for our hotel.

Budapest is known as the "Pearl of the Danube" and the "Paris of Eastern Europe." Sightseeing includes: Heroes' Square, celebrating the founding of the Hungarian state and commemorating the Magyar League; the Millennium Monument and the statue of the Magyar chiefs; the Parliament Building; Elizabeth Bridge; Fisherman's Castle; Matthias Church, where Hungarian kings were crowned; and panoramic views of Budapest from the Liberation Monument on Fortress Hill. The tour leader can arrange an optional Danube River boat tour (at your own expense) to admire the scenery along the banks of Buda and Pest – a truly unmissable experience.

Day 4 (Every Thursday): Budapest → Vienna (250 km)
In the morning, depart for Vienna, the capital of Austria, and visit the famous Schönbrunn Palace. This magnificent Baroque building, also known as Schönbrunn Palace, was expanded during the Golden Age of Empress Maria Theresa. Its opulent and gilded decorations and expansive gardens are perpetually blooming with flowers. The artistic sculptures and fountains within the gardens fully showcase the splendor of the Austro-Hungarian Empire at its peak. Afterwards, stroll along the Ringstrasse, admiring the magnificent architecture, such as the Neo-Gothic City Hall, the Greek Temple-style Parliament Building, the imposing Hofburg Palace, Heroes' Square, and the State Opera. In the City Park, you can learn about the legendary life of Johann Strauss II, the "King of Waltz," and admire his statue. St. Stephen's Cathedral in the city center and the bustling pedestrian shopping district are must-see attractions. (Vienna is renowned as the "City of Music," and its waltzes are world-famous. In the evening, if tour members are interested, the tour leader can arrange an optional waltz music and dance performance at their own expense.)

En route, we will stop in the picturesque city of Vaduz for photos. Vaduz is the capital of Liechtenstein, one of the world's smallest countries, and boasts numerous exquisite antique shops, precious jewelry stores, and luxury watch shops for guests to browse. Afterwards, the tour bus will traverse the mountains to the Engelberg region. Upon arrival, we will transfer to a rotating cable car to ascend the 3000-meter-high, year-round snow-capped Mount Titlis. Later, we will arrive at Lake Titisee, a famous mountain lake in the Black Forest. This beautiful lake is a popular resort destination and the birthplace of cuckoo clocks, which are readily available for purchase.
