Itinerary
We leave Edinburgh city centre and head to the Highlands, an area rich in history, where your professional English-speaking guide will regale you with stories of Mary Queen of Scots, William Wallace and Scottish folklore.
As you continue your journey, you'll see the Kelpies, giant 30-meter-high horse head sculptures that rise from the side of the road. Your driver will take you to a rest stop in Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park, where you can enjoy a cup of coffee and admire the view. Once you've rested, you'll want to get your camera ready. Because as you head north into the Highlands, the scenery suddenly becomes vast and breathtaking. Sparkling lochs, rugged mountains, forested glens: it's all so beautiful that it's easy to forget that these were once the battlegrounds of fierce territorial Highland clans.
You'll stop in Glencoe, one of Scotland's most famous natural landmarks. This beautiful area features steep slopes and photogenic peaks. Your guide may tell you the tragic story that has plagued this valley for more than 300 years. You'll then enter the glacial valley known as the Great Glen and pass in the shadow of Ben Nevis, Britain's highest mountain.
After this visual feast of a massive slope, you’ll arrive at Fort Augustus on the shores of Loch Ness, the end of Loch Ness, Scotland’s largest loch by volume. You’ll have about an hour and a half here. You can look for the infamous monster on a relaxing boat trip, or take a leisurely stroll along the shore to sample some good food.
Leaving Loch Ness behind, you’ll pass through the curving Cairngorms National Park, alongside Loch Laggan, past Blair Castle and back across the UNESCO Forth Rail Bridge to Edinburgh.

The most charming landform in the Scottish Highlands is shrouded in clouds and mist all year round, with wild grass covering the mountains and lakes running through them. The grandeur and vicissitudes of the Highlands are concentrated here.
The Glen is a rift valley formed in ancient times and is a fault in the Scottish Highlands.
This quiet town is located at the southernmost end of Loch Ness, where the ruins of Fort Augustus are located. The center of the town is concentrated in the south of Loch Ness, across the Caledonian Canal, with picturesque scenery. You can also take a boat tour of Loch Ness from the town to start a journey to explore the water monster.
Made famous by the British TV series Monarch of the Glen, this area offers Scotland's beautiful lakes and mountains, allowing you to experience the depth and tranquility of the Highlands.

Itinerary
- It is recommended to arrive at the designated departure location at least 30 minutes in advance and close the door 15 minutes before departure. All trips will depart on time. If tourists do not show up on time, the trip will be treated as "NO SHOW" and no rescheduling or refund will be made.
- In case of changes in itinerary or inability to enter attractions due to major local events, closure of attractions or other force majeure, adjustments may be made or the attractions may be changed to their appearance. The final arrangements on the day will prevail.

I purchased a senior/student ticket. Do I need to bring a valid ID on the day of the tour?
If you purchase a senior or student discount ticket, you will need to bring your ID with you on the day of your tour. Otherwise, you may be denied the discount ticket. -
If I am late, will the bus and guide wait for me?
No. The bus will strictly follow the boarding time. If you are not on time, it will be treated as a "no show" or you will have to rush to the next attraction to meet up with the group. Please be sure to arrive at the departure point 15 minutes in advance and find your group. -
Are there guided tours at the attractions?
Most of the attractions will have a tour guide accompany you into the attractions and provide professional explanations. However, some places such as Windsor Castle specifically prohibit tour guides from entering, so you will need to rent a multilingual audio guide inside. -
Is the pick-up point inside Victoria Coach Station?
No, the pick-up point is not inside the coach station. The pick-up point is about 10 minutes walk from the coach station, please check the map. -
Will the tour be dispatched once the reservation is made?
Yes, this tour operates every day of the year (except 24/12/23, 25/12/23, 26/12/23, 01/01/24). Once the reservation is confirmed, it will be available.
