Frequently Asked Questions
-
If I purchase a senior citizen/student ticket, do I need to bring a valid ID on the day of the tour?
To purchase discounted tickets for seniors or students, you need to bring your identification on the day of the tour. Otherwise, you may be refused the discount ticket. -
If I am late, can the bus and tour guide wait for me?
No. The bus will strictly adhere to the boarding time. If you are not on time, it will be treated as a "no show," or you will need to make your own way to the next attraction to meet the group. Please be sure to arrive at the departure point 15 minutes in advance and find your group. -
Is a Chinese-speaking tour guide service guaranteed?
Chinese-speaking guided tours are typically available during the UK's peak tourist season from May to September. In rare cases, the minimum number of participants may not be reached the day before departure. If this happens, we will offer a free refund, or you can choose an English-language tour of the same itinerary or another Chinese-speaking guided tour that can be booked. -
Are there guided tours inside the attraction?
At most attractions, a guide will accompany you inside and provide professional commentary. However, Windsor Castle has a special rule prohibiting guides from entering, so you will need to rent a multilingual audio guide inside. -
Is the boarding location inside the Victoria long-distance bus station?
No, the boarding location is not inside the long-distance bus station. The boarding location is approximately a 10-minute walk from the long-distance bus station; please check the map. -
Does booking guarantee a tour departure?
English-language tours are guaranteed to depart year-round, but Chinese-language tours require secondary confirmation if not during peak season. -
How big is the group?
This is a bus tour, typically using buses with around 50 seats. Day tours accept bookings up to the day before departure, so it's difficult to predict the final number of participants. -
How far in advance do I need to book?
To avoid disappointment, the earlier the better, especially during summer vacation. -
Where do the group members come from?
With members from all over the world, this is a great opportunity for you to meet new friends. -
Could you provide the tour guide's or driver's phone number?
No, due to privacy concerns. However, we will provide you with an emergency contact number and your booking number on your tour confirmation. You can call the emergency number if you have any questions. -
Do you provide hotel pick-up and drop-off service?
Since this is a group tour, hotel pick-up and drop-off cannot be provided. However, the group pick-up location is in central London and near a subway station, which is very convenient. -
Why are the departure and arrival locations different?
Due to our driver's legal working hours, this trip will end within a 2-3 minute walk from Gloucester Road Underground Station. This station is in Zone 1, three stops east of the Circle or Region Line to Victoria. The Piccadilly Line also passes through Gloucester Road, just 5 stops from Piccadilly Circus. -
Can I choose to book without entrance tickets and buy them on-site at the attraction entrance?
Yes, you can, but we don't recommend it if you plan to enter the attraction. First, the price including admission is a group price, which is cheaper than buying tickets on-site. Second, because the tour guide will lead the group directly through the group entrance, during peak summer seasons, if the lines for individual tickets are very long, you might not be able to rejoin the group in time. Third, this summer, some popular attractions have sold out on the spot. To avoid disappointment, we suggest you choose a package including admission when booking.
