If you book a child ticket, the child must be accompanied by an adult and cannot be booked separately.
Adult tickets are for ages 17-59, children's tickets are for ages 3-16, student tickets require a valid student ID card on the day of booking and travel, and seniors are 60 years and over.

Itinerary

I purchased a senior/student ticket. Do I need to bring a valid ID on the day of the tour?
If you purchase a senior or student discount ticket, you will need to bring your ID with you on the day of your tour. Otherwise, you may be denied the discount ticket.
If I am late, will the bus and guide wait for me?
No. The bus will strictly follow the boarding time. If you are not on time, it will be treated as a "no show" or you will have to rush to the next attraction to meet up with the group. Please be sure to arrive at the departure point 15 minutes in advance and find your group.
Is it possible to provide Chinese tour guide service?
Usually, Chinese tour guide service is available during the peak tourist season in the UK from May to September. In rare cases, the minimum number of people may not be reached on the day before departure. If this happens, we will refund you free of charge, or you can choose an English tour group on the same route or other Chinese tour groups that can be formed.
Are there guided tours at the attractions?
Most of the attractions will have a tour guide accompany you into the attractions and provide professional explanations. However, Windsor Castle specifically prohibits tour guides from entering, so you will need to rent a multilingual audio guide inside.
Is the pick-up point inside Victoria Coach Station?
No, the pick-up point is not inside the coach station. The pick-up point is about 10 minutes walk from the coach station, please check the map.
Will the tour be dispatched once the reservation is made?
English tour groups on this route are guaranteed to depart all year round, but Chinese tour groups require a second confirmation if they are not in the peak season.
How big is the group?
This is a bus tour, usually with about 50 seats. One-day tours will accept passengers until the day before the tour, so it is difficult to predict how many members will eventually join the tour.
