          common problem

            • If I want to purchase a senior/student ticket for an attraction, do I need to bring a valid ID on the day of the tour?

To purchase senior or student discount tickets, you need to bring your ID on the day of the tour. Otherwise you may be denied discounted tickets.
            • If I'm late, can the bus and tour guide wait for me?

Can't. The bus will strictly abide by the boarding time. If you do not board the group on time, it will be treated as a "no show" or you will rush to the next attraction to meet the group on your own. Please be sure to arrive at the departure point 15 minutes early and find your group.
            • Is Chinese tour guide service a must?

This itinerary is a guaranteed departure. As long as you successfully book in advance, this itinerary will definitely depart.
            • Are there tour guides at the attractions?

Tour guides at most attractions will accompany you into the attractions and provide professional explanations. However, some attractions have special regulations that prohibit the entry of external tour guides, so you will need to enter by yourself.
            • Can I depart from a non-fixed tour location?

No, only up and down London.
            • Will the tour be dispatched after booking?

This route is scheduled to depart all year round.
            • How big is the group?

This is a bus tour. However, depending on the season, vehicles with 8-65 seats may be used.
            • How far in advance do I need to book?

To avoid disappointment, the sooner the better of course. Especially during the summer vacation.
            • Where are the members from?

With members from all over the world, this is a great opportunity for you to make new friends.
            • Can you provide the tour guide or driver’s phone number?

Yes, we will provide you with the tour guide’s phone number at least 3 days before departure.
            • Can you provide airport transfer service?

We do not offer airport transfers, but you can order our London Heathrow Express products .
            • I want to share a room, how far in advance do I need to book? Is it possible to choose room-sharing group members?

You need to book a shared room at least 10 days in advance. No matter whether the shared room is successful or not, we will not charge additional single room difference. If you need to share a room for less than 10 days, we will charge a single room difference. You will be randomly assigned to room-sharing groups. Our company is not responsible for the character, character or behavior of our members. Please treat each other based on mutual respect and understanding.
            • There is no formal meal arranged for the whole trip, what will happen then?

The tour guide will reasonably arrange the meal time according to the itinerary. He will take you to a local dining place to take care of yourself, or follow the tour guide to have a group meal (subject to the actual arrangement of the tour guide).
