Booking Information

• If booking a child ticket, an accompanying adult is required; separate bookings for children are not allowed.
• Adult tickets are for those aged 17-59. Child tickets are for those aged 3-16. Student tickets require a valid student ID card at the time of booking and on the day of travel. Senior tickets are for those aged 60 and above.

• It is recommended to arrive at the designated departure location at least 30 minutes in advance. The vehicle doors will close 15 minutes before departure. All trips will depart on time. If a passenger does not arrive on time, the trip will be treated as a "NO SHOW" and no rescheduling or refunds will be provided.
• China: Chinese-language day tours have a minimum group size requirement. If the minimum group size is not met, one of the following two situations may occur. Please read carefully before booking:
  (1) Chinese and English bilingual tour guides will be on the same tour bus.
  (2) If the tour is canceled due to failure to form a group, we will notify you in advance. You can choose to join the same route English tour on the same day / participate in other Chinese tours that are guaranteed to depart / apply for a full refund.
• In the event of major local events, closure of attractions, or other force majeure circumstances that cause changes to the tour itinerary or prevent access to attractions, adjustments may be made, or the visit to the attraction may be changed to an exterior view only. The final arrangements for the day will prevail.
• The tour itinerary for the day is subject to the guide's arrangement.
• Due to UK law regarding driver working hours, if your tour returns to London after 7:45 PM, you will be dropped off at Gloucester Road Underground Station instead of Victoria. Your driver will drop you off a few minutes' walk from Gloucester Road Underground Station. Gloucester Road is in Zone 1 and is 3 stops from Victoria on the Underground. The Piccadilly Line also serves Gloucester Road station, and it's only 5 stops from Piccadilly Circus.

• (China) If I purchase a senior/student ticket, do I need to bring a valid ID on the day of the tour?

  To purchase senior or student discount tickets, you must bring your identification document on the day of the tour. Otherwise, you may be denied use of the discount ticket.

• If I'm late, can the bus and tour guide wait for me?

  No. The bus will strictly adhere to the boarding time. If you are not on time, you will be considered a "no-show," and you will either need to catch up with the group at the next attraction on your own or forfeit your tour. Please arrive at the departure point 15 minutes in advance and locate your tour group.

• Is a Chinese-speaking tour guide service guaranteed?

  Chinese-speaking guided tours are usually available during the peak tourist season in the UK, from May to September. In rare cases, the minimum number of participants may not be met the day before departure. If this happens, we will offer you a free refund, or you can choose an English-speaking tour of the same route or another Chinese-speaking guided tour that is guaranteed to run.

• Are there guided tours available at the attraction?

  Most tour guides will accompany you into the attractions and provide professional commentary. However, Windsor Castle has a special rule that tour guides are not allowed inside, so you will need to rent a multilingual audio guide upon entry.

• Is the pick-up location inside the Victoria Coach Station?

  No, the pick-up location is not inside the long-distance bus station. It's about a 10-minute walk from the station; please check the map.

• Does booking guarantee the tour will run?

  English-speaking tours on this route are guaranteed to run year-round, but Chinese-speaking tours require secondary confirmation if they are not during peak season.

• How big is the group?

  This is a bus tour, typically using buses with around 50 seats. Day tours will accept bookings until the day before departure, so it's difficult to predict the final number of participants.

• How far in advance do I need to book?

  To avoid disappointment, it's best to book as early as possible, especially during the summer holidays.

• Where do the group members come from?

  The group members come from all over the world, so this is a great opportunity to meet new friends.

  Since this is a group tour, hotel pick-up and drop-off services are not provided. However, the tour's meeting point is conveniently located in central London and near a subway station.

• Why are the meeting and dismissal locations for the tour not at the same address?

  To enrich the itinerary, we've included a Greenwich-Embankment river cruise as the final experience. This allows you to admire London's beauty from a different perspective, while also avoiding peak hour traffic and reaching central London in the shortest time. Embankment Pier is located in central London and has a convenient Underground station.

• Can I choose not to include tickets when booking and instead buy them on-site at the attraction entrance?

  Yes, you can, but we don't recommend it if you plan to enter the attractions. Firstly, the ticket price included in the package is a group price, which is cheaper than buying it on the spot. Secondly, the tour guide will lead the group directly through the group entrance. During the summer peak season, the queue for individual tickets at the entrance can be very long, and you might not have enough time to meet up with the group. Thirdly, some popular attractions have sold out on-site this summer. To avoid disappointment, we recommend you choose a package that includes tickets when booking.
