D1 : London Airport Pickup - Free Day to Explore London
After arriving at London Airport, the driver will meet you at your flight time and take you to your hotel in downtown London. After that, you can freely visit London's classic attractions, such as Buckingham Palace, Big Ben, Tower Bridge, British Museum, etc. You can purchase London Pass, double-decker tour bus or Thames River cruise according to your needs to help you better explore the charm of London.
Buckingham Palace — The British monarch often works here, summons the prime minister or ministers, and holds important events such as national celebrations. The current palace has 775 rooms, of which the garden is the largest private garden in London. The State Rooms used for official and national entertainment activities are open to the public for most of August and September each year, as well as certain days in winter and spring. The famous Changing of the Guards ceremony is held every morning.
Tower Bridge — A high tower-style iron bridge across the Thames, named after the Tower of London, it is also a symbol of London. It is a 244-meter-long bascule bridge with two towers, each 65 meters high. Today, the bridge is raised and lowered by electric motors, but the steam engine mechanism of the past is still preserved for visitors.
D2: London-Windsor-Southampton Docks
After breakfast, we will depart from the hotel to Windsor, which is known as the back garden of the British royal family. In this quaint town, we will visit the beautiful Windsor Castle and feel the charm of this historic royal residence. In addition, you will also have the opportunity to look at the famous Eton College and appreciate the style of this world-class university. Then we will continue to Southampton Pier to prepare to board the ship and start your sea journey. It is expected that your trip will end around 14:00 in the afternoon.

Children Policy
- Children and teenagers under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult and cannot make separate reservations.
- If you have children under 12 years old or under 1.35 meters in height, please inform us in advance and we will prepare a safety seat.

Exclusive airport pick-up service:
1) You can specify the time for the driver to pick you up at the airport (90 minutes after the flight arrival is recommended). The driver will wait for free for 30 minutes. Every 20 minutes after the time will be charged £30, which must be paid in cash in pounds. To avoid additional fees, the driver who picks you up at the airport may be an English-speaking driver, not limited to Chinese drivers.
2 ) Normal flight pick-up service time is between 07:00-22:00 . If the pick-up is not during this time, an additional charge of £ 60 per car will be charged .

The check-in time for most hotels in the UK is after 15:00 . If you arrive early, please leave your luggage at the front desk.

Tips should be paid in cash in GBP to the driver on the last day of service.

Regarding luggage allowance, each person is limited to one piece of 26- inch luggage weighing less than 2-3 kg + one small carry-on bag
- In case of changes in itinerary or inability to enter attractions due to major local events, closure of attractions or other force majeure, adjustments may be made or the attractions may be changed to their appearance. The final arrangements on the day will prevail.

| Cancellation terms are as follows
The deposit of £50 is non-refundable. After paying the balance, the cancellation fee increases according to the number of days before departure, as follows:
- 60 days before: Full payment except deposit will be refunded.
- 45-59 days before: 40% of the total amount will be deducted.
- 36-44 days before: 50% of the total amount will be deducted.
- 20-35 days before: 70% of the full amount will be deducted.
- 0-19 days ago: 100% of the full amount will be deducted.
