Cancellation Terms
  • More than 31 days prior to departure (including the 31st day), the Company will charge 10% of the receivable amount on the booking order;
  • 15-30 days prior to departure (including the 30th day), the Company will charge 35% of the receivable amount on the booking order;
  • 8-14 days prior to departure (including the 14th day), the Company will charge 55% of the receivable amount on the booking order;
  • Within 7 days prior to departure (including the 7th day), all car and hotel reservations have been confirmed, and the Company will not refund the travel expenses you have paid.

Remarks:

1. Participants who fail to arrive on time on the day of departure will be deemed to have automatically forfeited their spot, and no refunds will be given for paid tour fees.

2. Whether refunds are possible for other additional hotel bookings or services will be determined based on hotel policies.

3. If a participant withdraws during the trip or is unable to participate in any part of the itinerary due to personal reasons (such as lack of travel documents, lateness, illness, accident, etc.), the paid tour fees will not be refunded, nor will any other services be provided as compensation.

In the event that the tour cannot proceed due to force majeure factors such as weather, war, or strikes, the Company will make every effort to protect the safety of guests and their property, and has the right to cancel or adjust part or all of the itinerary.   • Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult to join the tour. Unaccompanied minors are not accepted.

  • Common room types in US hotels include one King or Queen size bed, or two Double size beds.

  1. Itinerary Adjustments

  1. Meeting and Departure
  • Please strictly adhere to the meeting times announced by the tour guide to avoid affecting the entire tour's schedule.
  • If you need to leave the tour midway, you must inform the tour guide in advance and sign a departure agreement; any unparticipated parts will be considered voluntarily forfeited, and fees will not be refunded.
  • Please bring a valid photo ID and an electronic or printed copy of your tour confirmation when joining the tour.
  • The travel agency may arrange vehicle changes, driver changes, or tour guide changes based on actual operational needs.
  1. Transfer Service
  • For products that include airport pick-up service, only one free pick-up within a specified time slot is provided per order.
  • If the free pick-up time slot is missed due to flight delays, weather, or other uncontrollable factors, travelers must arrange their own transportation to the hotel and bear the relevant costs.
  • Please provide accurate name, contact information, flight details, and tour meeting point at the time of booking. Losses incurred due to incorrect information will be borne by the traveler.
  1. Transportation Surcharge
  • Starting from May 18, 2026, a transportation surcharge of US$5 per person per day will be charged for bus tours within the United States, collected uniformly by the tour guide during the tour.
  • This transportation surcharge will not be collected for simple airport pick-up or drop-off services on days without other bus tours.
  • This fee is not collected on tour days when bus services are not used.
  1. Other Regulations
  • Smoking is prohibited in vehicles and hotels. Fines or cleaning fees incurred due to smoking will be borne by the traveler.
  • No pets or animals are allowed on any tours.
  • If complimentary items cannot be arranged due to weather, traffic, or other force majeure factors, or if travelers do not participate due to personal reasons, fees will not be refunded.

4. How is the tour fee calculated for solo travelers?

The tour fee includes 5 days of transportation, 4 nights of hotel accommodation, hotel breakfast, and English/Chinese-speaking staff. Lunch, dinner, entrance fees, mandatory fees, guide service fees, and personal expenses are not included.

Each group will not exceed 13 participants. The tour typically uses a 7-seater commercial vehicle or a spacious high-roof touring vehicle, equipped with winter snow tires and snow chains; the actual vehicle type will be arranged according to the number of participants.

7. Is airport pickup available at Salt Lake City Airport?

Complimentary pickup from Salt Lake City International Airport is available on Day 1 from 10:00 to 18:00, with immediate pickup upon arrival. Only one complimentary pickup service is provided per booking. Please book domestic flights departing after 16:30 on Day 5, or international flights departing after 17:30.

9. What do the mandatory fees include?

The mandatory fee is US$300 per person, and includes the sleigh ride or carriage experience at the National Elk Refuge, Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National Park, and the Yellowstone snowcoach. 23. Is smoking allowed in hotels and vehicles?

24. Do hotels provide toiletries and slippers?
