1. What is the booking process?
This product requires manual confirmation. After completing payment and submitting your details, we will verify availability as soon as possible and send a booking confirmation email. Please do not purchase non-refundable air tickets or book other non-cancellable services before receiving official confirmation.
2. Is there a minimum number of participants required?
This tour requires a minimum of 2 participants. Once the minimum number is reached, departure is guaranteed.
3. What is the difference between Package A and Package B?
The main attractions visited in both packages are generally the same. The difference lies in the itinerary order and departure dates:
Package A: Los Angeles → San Francisco → Yosemite → Las Vegas → Canyon National Park → Los Angeles, departing every Wednesday and Friday.
Package B: Los Angeles → Las Vegas → Canyon National Park → San Francisco → Yosemite → Los Angeles, departing every Monday and Saturday.
4. What information do I need to provide when booking?
Please provide the traveler's name, gender, date of birth, nationality, email address, mobile number, and accurate flight details. Passport numbers are not required at the time of booking, but please bring a valid photo ID on the day of the tour.
5. How is the tour fee calculated for solo travelers?
For single occupancy, please select "Single Occupancy." This product currently does not offer room-sharing services for same-gender travelers.
6. What does the tour fee include?
The tour fee includes 8 days of transportation, 7 nights of hotel accommodation, Chinese and English-speaking staff, and breakfasts explicitly stated in the itinerary. Lunch, dinner, some breakfasts, mandatory fees, optional activities, guide service fees, transportation surcharges, and personal expenses are not included.
7. What is the group size and vehicle type?
This product is a bus group tour. The size of the vehicle will be arranged based on the number of participants on the day, and may include large tour buses or small travel vans.
8. Is airport pickup provided at Los Angeles International Airport?
Free pickup from Los Angeles International Airport is available on Day 1 from 10:00–22:00, with departures every 2 hours at: 10:00 / 12:00 / 14:00 / 16:00 / 18:00 / 20:00 / 22:00
Only one complimentary pickup service within the specified time slot is provided per room. At other times, a 24-hour paid private car service can be booked for US$120/one-way, limited to 5 people or fewer.
9. Where do I meet the guide at Los Angeles Airport?
For travelers arriving on domestic US and Canadian flights, please wait for the guide at the baggage claim area. For travelers arriving on international flights, please wait at The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. Please provide your flight details at least 3 days before departure. For last-minute additions or delayed flights, we will do our best to coordinate, but free pickup cannot be guaranteed.
10. Where can I leave the tour on Day 8?
This product offers multiple drop-off locations including Los Angeles, Orange County, Las Vegas, San Francisco Bay Area, and airports. Some locations are free, while others require a drop-off fee. Please select your drop-off location when booking. Different packages and drop-off locations may affect the itinerary available on the last day; please refer to the final confirmation for details.
11. What time should I book my flight for on the last day?
If choosing drop-off at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX), please book your flight for: Domestic flights: departing after 20:30 / International flights: departing after 21:30
If choosing drop-off at Las Vegas Harry Reid International Airport (LAS), only one free drop-off service departing from Las Vegas at 10:30 is provided on that day. Please book your flight for: Domestic flights: departing after 13:00 / International flights: departing after 14:00
12. What mandatory fees are included?
Each traveler must pay the following two mandatory fees, totaling US$190/person. Prices are subject to change and based on the latest information at the time of booking:
- ZA Mandatory Fee: US$140/person, includes Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, Horseshoe Bend, Grand Canyon National Park, and designated Las Vegas attractions.
- SF3/BF3 Mandatory Fee: US$50/person, includes 17-Mile Drive and Yosemite National Park.
13. Are there any other additional fees?
In addition to the basic tour fee and mandatory fees, each traveler must also pay: 8-day guide service fee: US$120/person, transportation surcharge: US$5/person/day of use, estimated US$35 for 7 days of use, Antelope Canyon and other optional activities: paid according to personal choice. Guide service fees for children and infants occupying a seat are the same as for adults.
14. Is Antelope Canyon included in the tour fee?
No, it is not. Lower Antelope Canyon is an optional activity. Reference price: Adults and children aged 4 and above: US$105/person / Children aged 0–3: US$20/person. The fee includes local transfers and guide services. Actual prices and availability are subject to confirmation at the time of booking.
15. Is visiting Antelope Canyon guaranteed?
No, it is not guaranteed. Antelope Canyon may be affected by weather, flood risk, maintenance, and local operational conditions. If the originally scheduled canyon is closed, the itinerary may be changed to another Antelope Canyon area or an alternative attraction. According to Antelope Canyon X regulations, for children aged 0–8 visiting, guardians must bring their own car seats, otherwise children may not be allowed to enter.
16. Which attractions will be visited in San Francisco city?
The itinerary plans to visit the Golden Gate Bridge, Palace of Fine Arts, Lombard Street, and Fisherman's Wharf. Travelers can also optionally participate in a San Francisco Bay cruise or an in-depth San Francisco tour. Actual arrangements are subject to traffic and opening conditions on the day.
17. What are the main optional activities?
Optional activities include: Lower Antelope Canyon; Las Vegas Night Tour; Fly over Las Vegas; San Francisco Bay Cruise; In-depth San Francisco Tour; Las Vegas shows and special dinners. Optional activities are not mandatory, and prices and availability are subject to confirmation at the time of booking or on-site arrangements.
18. Is Yosemite National Park always visited in winter?
Not guaranteed. In winter, if there is heavy snow, icy roads, or road closures, for safety reasons, Yosemite National Park may be replaced with a visit to Solvang (Danish Village), passing through Santa Barbara on the way back to Los Angeles. Final arrangements are subject to road conditions, weather, and the opening status of the national park on the day.
19. How are lunch and dinner arranged?
Lunch and dinner are at your own expense, and breakfast is not included on some itinerary days. The guide will provide dining locations or restaurant recommendations based on the daily itinerary. Specific included breakfasts are as stated in the daily itinerary description.
20. How are hotel room types arranged?
Common room types in US hotels are one King or Queen Size bed, or two Double Size beds. Each room can usually accommodate 2–4 people, but specific bed types, floor, view, or room location are not guaranteed.
When three or four people are staying, existing beds in the room are usually used, and extra beds are not guaranteed.
21. Is a deposit required for hotel check-in?
Some hotels may require travelers to pay a deposit using a credit or debit card that can be used in the US. If there are no additional expenses, the deposit is usually refunded to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after checkout. The actual time depends on the hotel and the issuing bank.
22. Are there any luggage restrictions?
Each traveler can usually carry one piece of luggage not exceeding 23 kg and with a total dimension (length + width + height) not exceeding 158 cm, as well as one small carry-on bag. As the actual vehicle will be arranged based on the number of people, please contact us for confirmation before booking if you need to carry extra or oversized luggage.
23. How old do children need to be to require a car seat?
Children under 8 years old require a car seat for the tour. The rental fee is US$10/person/day. Please provide the child's age when booking so that arrangements can be made in advance. If a large tour bus that does not require a car seat is used on the day, the relevant fee may be refunded.
24. Can unaccompanied minors join the tour?
No. Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by at least one adult on the tour.
25. Can pregnant women participate?
Yes, but pregnancy must not exceed 24 weeks on the last day of the trip. As this tour involves long periods of travel and outdoor walking, it is recommended to consult a doctor before booking.
26. Is this tour suitable for travelers with mobility issues?
This itinerary includes national parks, canyons, and outdoor attractions, requiring travelers to have basic mobility. Travelers with mobility issues, requiring wheelchairs or other assistance, please contact us for confirmation before booking. If not notified in advance, we cannot guarantee the provision of wheelchair-accessible vehicles or suitable seating.
27. Can I buy my own tickets or use a City Pass?
No. Tickets required for group itineraries must be purchased uniformly as arranged by the guide. Travelers are not allowed to bring their own tickets or use a City Pass as a substitute.
28. Can I join midway or leave early?
If you need to join midway or leave early, please contact us for confirmation of feasibility before booking. For early departure, you must notify the guide in advance and sign an early departure agreement. Unparticipated itineraries will be considered self-abandoned, and relevant fees will not be refunded.
29. Will the itinerary be adjusted due to weather?
Yes. The guide or driver may adjust the order of attractions, stopping times, meeting times, or arrange alternative attractions based on weather, road conditions, traffic, national park opening status, and team operational needs.
30. Is smoking allowed in hotels and vehicles?
No. Smoking is prohibited in tour vehicles and most hotel rooms. If smoking in a hotel room, you may be charged a cleaning fee of at least US$250 per night.
31. Do hotels provide toiletries and slippers?
US hotels typically do not provide toothpaste, toothbrushes, or slippers, so please bring your own. Most hotels provide hair dryers; kettles are not available in all hotels, so if you need one daily, it is recommended to bring your own.
32. Can I cook in the hotel room?
No. Please do not bring or use electric stoves, electric pots, or other equipment for cooking in the room, to avoid triggering smoke alarms or fire sprinkler systems, which may result in high compensation fees.
33. Is travel insurance recommended?
Yes, it is recommended. We cannot purchase personal travel insurance on your behalf. Please purchase travel insurance that includes medical, trip cancellation, luggage loss, and outdoor activity coverage in your country of residence before departure.
34. Can credit cards be used in the US?
Most merchants accept international credit cards such as Visa and Mastercard. It is recommended to also have a small amount of US dollar cash for guide service fees, meals, tips, or other small expenses.
35. Is there mandatory shopping on this tour?
There is no mandatory shopping arrangement. The itinerary will include a stop at Barstow Outlets, where travelers can freely choose whether to shop and spend.
