1. What flights are included in the "double-flight" package?
It includes two domestic Turkish economy-class flights: Istanbul to Cappadocia and Izmir to Istanbul. International flights to and from Turkey are not included.
2. Is this an all-Chinese group?
No. This tour is shared with European and American travelers, and the vehicle is equipped with both Chinese and English-speaking guides. Chinese-speaking guide services are provided on days 2, 3, 5, 6, and 7 of the standard itinerary, totaling 5 days. If the order of the tour is adjusted, the dates for guide services will be adjusted accordingly.
3. Where does the itinerary start and end?
This is an 8-day, 7-night itinerary, round-trip from Istanbul. Airport pickup is arranged on Day 1, and airport drop-off is arranged on Day 8 based on your return flight.
4. Are airport transfers provided?
Yes, 24-hour pickup and drop-off services are provided at Istanbul Airport (IST) or Sabiha Gökçen Airport (SAW). Please provide accurate flight details at the time of booking so arrangements can be made.
5. Are there guides accompanying the airport transfers and domestic flights?
Airport transfers are provided by drivers; guides do not accompany these transfers. Guests are responsible for checking in at the airport and completing boarding procedures themselves.
6. What accommodation is included? Are cave hotels included?
It includes 7 nights in standard hotel double rooms: 4 nights in Istanbul, 2 nights in Cappadocia, and 1 night in Pamukkale. This package does not specify the inclusion of cave hotels. The specific list of hotels and their star ratings will be confirmed in the tour departure materials.
7. What meals are included in the itinerary?
The standard itinerary includes 7 hotel breakfasts and a total of 3 hotel dinners (on days 4, 5, and 6); other lunches and dinners are at your own expense. If you sign up for the optional Istanbul Historical District or Asian Side half-day tour, lunch is included for those items. Beverages and drinks during meals are generally at an extra cost.
8. Are attraction entrance fees and the Bosphorus cruise included?
The first-entry tickets for the sightseeing attractions listed in the itinerary and the scheduled Bosphorus cruise are included. Optional half-day tours and experience activities are not included in the basic tour fee.
9. Are the Blue Mosque and Topkapi Palace included items?
They are not included in the basic tour fee. The Blue Mosque, Topkapi Palace, exterior of the Hagia Sophia, Ancient Hippodrome, and the Grand Bazaar are listed under the optional Istanbul Historical District half-day tour; this item includes lunch and must be booked and paid for separately.
10. What optional activities are there?
You may choose from the Istanbul Historical District half-day tour, the Asian Side half-day tour, and Cappadocia hot air balloon and jeep experiences. Specific prices, locations, and arrangements are subject to booking confirmation.
11. Are hot air balloon rides in Cappadocia guaranteed to take off?
Not guaranteed. Hot air balloon rides are optional activities, and whether they can take off depends on weather conditions and local operating permits. It is recommended to book in advance and confirm cancellation and refund policies when signing up.
12. What is the baggage allowance for domestic flights?
The baggage allowance listed for domestic flights in the itinerary is 15 kg per person; excess baggage fees are at the guest's expense. Carry-on luggage weight, dimensions, and specific check-in regulations are subject to the final airline and ticket terms.
13. Is the order of the itinerary different for those arriving on Monday?
Yes. Guests arriving on Monday will travel to Cappadocia first on Tuesday, and after visiting other cities and returning, the two-day Istanbul itinerary will be arranged. The daily tour order is subject to the final tour departure notice.
14. Will the flight to Cappadocia be adjusted?
During peak season, if a flight from Istanbul to Cappadocia cannot be arranged, it may be changed to a flight to Ankara, followed by a drive to Cappadocia on the same day, with a visit to Lake Tuz included along the way.
15. Are there any shopping stops in the itinerary?
Yes. The itinerary includes visits to a handmade carpet shop, an onyx and turquoise shop, a textile shop, and a fur shop, along with a fashion show featuring leather goods.
16. What are the other additional expenses?
International round-trip flights, optional activities, meals and drinks not included, single room supplement, excess baggage fees, travel insurance, and personal expenses must be paid separately. The total driver and guide service fee is US$40 per person, to be collected by the guide locally.
17. Can room sharing be arranged for solo travelers?
This itinerary does not provide room-sharing services. Solo travelers must stay in a single room and pay the single room supplement; the specific amount is subject to the booking quote.
18. Are there discounts for children?
Child prices are calculated based on age, whether they require a bed, and the number of accompanying adults. Please provide the child's age and room type requirements at the time of booking to confirm eligible discounts and the final price.
19. What are the hotel check-in and check-out times?
The standard check-in time on Day 1 is 14:00; early arrival does not guarantee immediate check-in. Check-out must be completed before 11:00 on Day 8, with airport drop-off times arranged according to actual flight schedules.
20. Is the booking confirmed immediately after placing an order?
No. This product requires secondary confirmation, which can only be finalized after verifying tour availability, domestic flights, and hotels. It is recommended to purchase non-refundable international air tickets only after receiving formal booking confirmation.
