Today, you can choose to get up early and participate in a hot air balloon tour (insurance included) at your own expense: enjoy the beautiful sunrise over Luxor from the sky, overlook the Nile River, and take in the majestic Valley of the Kings and other ancient ruins. The tour lasts approximately 1 hour.

After breakfast at the hotel, we will travel to our Red Sea hotel in Hurghada (approximately 320 km/4 hours one way). Nestled between Northeast Africa and the Arabian Peninsula lies a long, narrow, and colorful sea – our destination today: the Red Sea. Here, where the sea meets the sky, you can spend a relaxing afternoon on the beach, enjoying the tranquility and natural beauty far removed from the hustle and bustle. Alternatively, we offer an exciting optional paid experience: the Red Sea Desert Safari, where you can ride in a high-octane 4WD vehicle or motorbike, speeding across the undulating dunes. (This activity is extremely thrilling; please exercise caution if you are elderly, young, have high blood pressure, or have heart conditions!) You can also visit an ancient Bedouin village and enjoy a local dinner. Weather permitting, we have the opportunity to witness a beautiful desert sunset and the rare sight of a mirage.

Today's itinerary: No Chinese-speaking guide, free time in the Red Sea (no transportation provided), English-speaking assistant available online, optional activities include pick-up and drop-off.

Note:

(1) There are usually two batches for the hot air balloon project. We will try our best to book the first batch, but due to local conditions, this cannot be guaranteed. Each balloon can carry a maximum of about 20-30 people. Please stand firmly and hold on tight. When taking photos, hold your phone tightly to avoid it falling. Riding a hot air balloon is a project with certain risks. Please choose to participate in this activity with caution.

(2) [Lunch Instructions] Lunch is provided by the hotel. If you miss lunch due to late arrival or traffic jams, you can apply to the hotel to reschedule your lunch for the day of check-out. If you leave early on the day of check-out, you can try to apply for a takeaway boxed meal (contact the hotel front desk one day in advance to inform them, and pick it up at the front desk when you check out). If you do not use it, it will be considered as an automatic waiver, and no refund will be given.

(3) By the time we return to the Red Sea from Luxor today, it will be too late to participate in the optional Red Sea excursion. Therefore, we only recommend participating in the optional desert excursion.

After a fantastic Red Sea adventure, you can relax at your seaside hotel and unwind, or take a morning stroll along the beach to admire the magnificent sunrise before continuing to enjoy the Red Sea scenery. Check out and depart for Cairo, passing stunning desert landscapes along the way. The journey is approximately 500 kilometers and takes about 6 hours (with one rest stop). Along the way, we will appreciate the breathtaking natural beauty of the eastern Egyptian desert.

Today's itinerary: There will be no Chinese-speaking tour guide. You will be notified of the specific departure time to Cairo the night before. It is impossible to specify whether it will be in the morning or at noon. Please be on time for departure.

Depending on your flight schedule, an English-speaking driver will be arranged to take you to Cairo Airport. As this perfect end to your trip to Egypt, we look forward to seeing you again.

Note:

(1) Free 24-hour airport shuttle service at Cairo Airport. Please check out of your hotel room before 12:00 noon to avoid additional charges.

(2) If flight D1 arrives after 09:00, it is recommended to book a return flight departing after 21:00, thus adjusting the D1 itinerary to today's departure. (The tour is expected to last from 9:00 to 15:30, subject to the tour guide's actual arrangements!)
