"Chinese Group" Classic 7-Day Turkey Tour (Round-trip Istanbul)

1. Age and Health

• Minors under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult.
• Seniors aged 70 and above are required to sign the Senior Health Declaration before the tour.
• Bookings from pregnant women are not accepted. We apologize for any inconvenience.

2. Child Policy

• Two adults can bring one child aged 3-6 who does not occupy a bed.
• When two adults bring one child under 6 years old to share a double room, the child, if not occupying a bed, receives a 30% discount. If the child occupies a bed, the price is the same as an adult.
• If one adult travels with one child, the child will be charged at the adult rate.
• Children of any age who require a bed will be charged at the adult rate.

3. Room Arrangement

• Twin rooms are arranged by default.
• If you require a double room or three people sharing one room, please make sure to specify it in the order notes. Triple rooms are scarce in hotels, and we prioritize families with children. If unavailable, please provide the names of guests who can share a room for coordination.

4. Room Types and Facilities

• Single Room: One single bed (approx. 80-100cm wide)
• Twin Room: Two single beds (approx. 80-100cm wide)
• Double Room: One double bed (approx. 140-160cm wide)
• Family Room: One double bed + one sofa bed/folding bed. Please note: Standard room types rarely feature three single beds.

5. Services and Reminders

• Hotel ratings refer to globally renowned booking websites (e.g., Booking.com).
• Room amenities include: kettle, hairdryer, shower gel, Wi-Fi (mostly free).
• Guests need to bring their own: toothpaste, toothbrush, slippers.
• Important rule: Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hotel. Violators will face substantial fines.

1. What is the booking process?

After you pay for the tour online and complete your personal information, we will send you a booking confirmation email within 1-2 business days. Upon receiving the confirmation email, you can start booking your round-trip transportation to the departure city and hotel accommodation. 2-3 days before departure, we will send you the tour guide's contact information and a pre-departure notice via email.

2. Is there a minimum number of participants required for the tour to proceed?

This is a small group tour for 6-8 people. We recommend consulting customer service to confirm tour availability before booking to ensure a smooth trip.

4. Do Chinese passport holders need a visa?

Chinese passport holders can enter Turkey visa-free, making travel more convenient without the need for advance visa application.

5. Where are the pick-up and drop-off locations?

This tour departs from Istanbul, specifically from the pre-tour hotel (as indicated in the pre-departure notice). At the end of the itinerary, guests will be collectively dropped off at Istanbul Airport (IST) around 19:00.

6. How is accommodation arranged for solo travelers?

If you choose to share a room, we will arrange for you to share with a same-sex tour member. If sharing is ultimately not possible, a single supplement fee will be required. Single registrants must pay the single supplement first; it will be refunded if a roommate is found later. If you wish to stay alone, you can choose a single room and will need to pay the corresponding price difference for the entire trip.

7. Is hotel pick-up and drop-off service provided?

This tour does not provide hotel pick-up and drop-off services within the city; you will need to make your own way to the meeting point for departure. If needed, you can book airport transfer services for Istanbul (IST or SAW airport) in advance.

8. Are entrance fees included in the itinerary?

Entrance fees are not included in the tour price. You can choose to purchase an optional package for all first-entry attraction tickets in advance to save time queuing on-site and enhance your touring experience. Children under 8 years old have free admission.

9. Are there any recommended optional activities?

The itinerary offers various optional experiences, such as the Cappadocia hot air balloon ride and an Istanbul day tour. We recommend booking in advance to increase your chances of securing a spot, as availability can be limited during peak season.

10. How are meals arranged?

Breakfast is provided by the hotel during the tour. Lunch and dinner are at your own expense; the guide will recommend local specialty restaurants based on the itinerary.

11. Are there any baggage restrictions?

Each traveler can carry one checked bag not exceeding 23 kg and one small carry-on bag. Please confirm with customer service in advance if you have additional needs.

12. What items should I prepare for the trip?

We recommend bringing a digital copy of your passport, a European standard adapter, a scarf (for entering mosques), sunscreen, and a jacket. Turkey experiences significant temperature differences between day and night, so please prepare clothing appropriate for the season.

13. What are the local currency and payment methods?

The official currency of Turkey is the Lira. Most expenses can be paid in Euros or US Dollars, but some attraction tickets require payment in Lira. We recommend bringing Euros or US Dollars to exchange for a small amount of Lira locally as needed.

14. Do hotels provide toiletries?

Local hotels usually do not provide disposable items such as toothbrushes and slippers. Please bring your own personal toiletries.

15. Are there any forced shopping arrangements?

This is a pure leisure tour with no forced shopping arrangements, so you can enjoy your trip with peace of mind.

16. Is participation in the hot air balloon ride guaranteed?

The hot air balloon ride is subject to uncontrollable factors such as weather, and participation cannot be guaranteed. If canceled due to weather, a full refund will be issued.

17. Can I join or leave the group mid-tour?

If you need to join mid-tour or leave early, you will still be required to pay the full tour fee. Please confirm specific arrangements with customer service before booking.

18. Do I need to purchase travel insurance?

We cannot purchase insurance on your behalf, but we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance yourself before departure to ensure your safety and rights during the trip.
